Hey...at 75 years young, can you imagine how many times I've been in a parts store? At least 3-400...maybe more.NEVER have I received the outstanding customer-focused level of service that Manager Gabriel and his entire staff continue to provide. These folks know their stuff...they handle tough questions with professional patience and a big smile...and they'll give you straight answers when you're comparing items / prices.

Gabriel helped my wife out today as she was stranded in Lilburn. He was very pleasant, helpful & courteous. We greatly appreciate him. He represented the O'Reilly family today in a tremendous way.

Worst customer service ever! I went to get a battery charged up. Their team did not charge my battery didn t care if it was charged didn t even give me a slip to say that it was charged or anything. Had to make a second trip back to a different O Reillys with a guy had great customer service there.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough! My car needed some spray paint to cover up some paint, etc. on my car and Bryan assisted me very well! Because my car was previously spray painted, it was not an easy task to figure out which color/shade to match my car. He was persistent and worked to find the right tone. He clearly explained how to use the product and he gave it to me free! On top of this, he came out to my car and used compound to get paint/scratches off! 5/5 stars!

Normally have pleasant interactions at my local Oreilly. But not at this location. Stopped by at 9:30pm sign on door said they were open til 10:00pm and the neon open sign was lit. There appeared to a language barrier with the employee on the other side of the door. He just keep saying two people, two people. Whatever that meant. But didn t open the door.

I don't know what is the way you hire workers, but at this location in particular you have the WORST employees and managers. They don't care about customers, they just pay attention on their phones and chat. This place is not recommend at all. Very bad experience.

I bought a AC compressor online. The part started to fail within the 2 year warranty. I tried to return/ swap at this location since they had it in stock. Manager didn't want to exchange because I bought it online. Went to the next store over 15 min away with the part in stock and exchanged without a problem. Will never support this location again.

Do not go here!!! This place will come up with every excuse to not let you return a product, I bought and alternator for my ford ranger which I never even installed, because as soon as I took my old one out, I went to go get it tested and found out it was fine ( turns out my anti theft system was the problem)... now there saying I installed the unit and refuse to refund me my $105 dollars, I had to work all day to earn that money and oreillys is just stealing it from me, do not go here if you appreciate your hard earned money. This isn t right and businesses like this should not be allowed to operate, they are just trying to move auto parts and do not care about anything else. It s all about money for them.

Cant remembee the guys name but he was very helpful over the phone when I called. I was in need of a alternator for a PT Crusier and he was able to assist me even close to closing time.

the 2 fellows working on sunday evenings have no idea of what they are doing went in to return a core one had no money in register other was to busy talking to his friends will get core refund and never go in that store again
