If they don't have the part I need, they will always find it. Very knowledgable staff. The Legend battery is the only one I'm buying from now on, because it's Extremely reliable

The phone number is wrong. I had to wait over 40 mins for someone to pick up the phone. When someone did, I was redirected to Conyers NAPA location. My phone call was dropped twice. The person on the phone wasn t helpful at all. On my way to the store, I ended up at an Auto parts that wasn t NAPA. When I finally arrived at the right NAPA retail store, the guy at the register was very helpful, even though the store didn t have the item I needed in stock. He went ahead & placed the order anyways. I drove all the way to the Norcross location to pick up the item. Customer service over the phone is a mess, like always. Locations & phone numbers on google map & iPhone map needs to be updated. It ll save anyone plenty of time and travel.

Excellent customer service at this location. Moises (or Moses) was kind and genuine in helping us out when we needed to replace a part for our car. He went above and beyond to make sure that we get the right part, and we felt very appreciative of his service. We'll be back!

the Hispanic guy gave me an attitude for even a simple battery drop off. He couldn't even pull up my information given that I'm an established member.

I needed trailer bearings and seals for a pair of Dexter axles. They only had 2 inner bearings only and 2 seals, I needed 8 bearings and 4 seals. Went to TowPro on Buford highway. I got 12 bearings, 6 seals and 6 tang washers for and for $210. I was charged $105 for just 2 bearings and 2 seals at napa. Needless to say I took back all the parts to napa for a refund.

Odd mixture of charming and incredibly rude/untrained staff members. Charged me 30% more than the estimate, charged me twice for a service (The double service charge was at least fixed with a phone call). They did call/pay for an uber to take me home since my car was staying overnight.The final straw was, while getting an oil change, when I asked what $40 of the $100 was, the fellow didn't reply, muttered to his buddy who then removed the charge with no explanation.In the end I just didn't feel that I could trust them. Not bad work but it does feel like they'll try to charge you extra if you don't keep an eye on them

Napa legend battery not even 2 years old they wanted 52.00 dollars pro rate on battery will never buy anything from. Lilburn Napa again manager would not even talk to me

Good customer service. Really good at their ability to get parts other stores caring. They actually got a part for me the same day, though it was in their warehouse. Professional and courteous. But they are on the pricier side.

Hispanic guy on the front was too busy talking on the phone to help correctly. He incorrectly told me they had a part and I drove 30 minutes to find out they didn t have it. Please put someone up front that understands English.

I dont come here often, but I can say that my past experiences with this location has been positive. They have very friendly and helpful staff and you usually can get affordable parts here. I wish it was located closer to me. There is ample parking.

Don't buy batteries from here! Bought one less than 2 years later it was dead, which they replaced for free which was great however less than two years later it's dead again.... I decided not to take it back to get a free battery I'll just get a battery that's reliable!! I don't like to be stranded

I got a great deal on synthetic oil and a filter. Can't beat the price. My car told me, thank you. I always need to use the high mileage synthetic oil in my car.

Like many places they do have a shortage of staff. Never came to this location before so I don't know if is normal to wait that long. Also they didn't have the part I was looking for. Even when the website says they do.

All NAPA stores will deliver if you take the time to set up an account. If their store is out of stock they'll go get it from another location. The Lilburn store works hard to get the job done and they do.

Why are the Napa employees parking in the Leslie pools parking lot. Maybe the fleet of Napa Chevy metros should be parked in a storage lot! I won't ever use Napa auto parts, they are inconsiderate and care more about being on their cell phones than helping their customers.

I took back a fan mother for a return and used my debit card over a week ago and they would not give me my money back it had to be put back on my card and l needed the money now not on my card . It will take 2 to 3 days if this is the way it's going to be l will go somewhere else.

I just spoke to a guy and gave me a price and I just said "wow, its expensive" and he said thank you sir and hung up and just found out he is the manager his names is Pete
