While visiting from out of state, I needed Pat and his team to evaluate a potential problem with my vehicle. They were accommodating time wise and detailed in the outcome. I had been using mikes auto for about 2 years with multiple different vehicles and all was good, they have generally done a great job with vehicles, the reason for me nolonger using them is pat who works at the desk. Every time I'd call he would sound put off and list everything like it is a chore for them to do. It's not a chore it's a job I'm paying for. He would constantly interrupt, and cut me off.Very rude and poor customer service.However whenever Mike would answer the phone it would be a good call Mechanics = goodPat at the front desk = cranky old man needs to retire.

When my car wasn't running properly last week, I was so thankful that Mike's was able to get my car in right away. My usual mechanic was booked for a week and I needed my car sooner, so I tried Mike's-I'm so glad I did! The drop off process was simple and convenient, and te hye fixed the problem quickly for a reasonable price. I'll be going back in the future.

I m so happy to find an auto repair shop so close to my house which also has every other Saturday available! The repair shop I used to go to is great, but it s difficult to get in during the week and they don t have weekend dates available. I don t trust my vehicle for an oil change to the oil change places as I ve heard of too many horror stories. At Mike s, you can be assured that a true mechanic is taking care of your vehicle. They have the knowledge to find any possible concerns, can diagnose any issues, and can relay the information to you in a courteous manner. They ve been around for a long time and have stellar reviews!

My truck overheated on me. My wife went into the shop because I didn't have the phone number, Pat got on the phone and was very patient and took my concerns very seriously. I dropped my truck and recieved a phone that was very informative, Pat was very knowledgeable about the situation and my truck. My vehicle was complete much earlier then I expected and the price was very reasonable. I will most definitely take my truck back to Mike's for all of my auto needs. I highly recommend them.

The team at Mikes auto went above and beyond to ensure my car was running better than when I brought it in. They are kind, informative and understanding regardless of how much you may or may not know about cars. Pat took the time to explain how certain systems work and what the issue was as well as reassure me that they will do everything in their ability to get my car running smoothly again. Safety is one of their top priorities as well as ensuring that you are completely satisfied and comfortable with your vehicle. I can t thank them enough for all their hard work and dedication to making sure my car was at 100%.

I've been here twice for regular maintenance, and both times the crew at Mike's has been thorough, clean, and quick. Pat is one of the nicest people I've dealt with in the business. Great experience, definitely recommend.

Highly recommend this shop because of their expertise and honesty. They provide the best service at great value! While I was there picking up my vehicle they were on the phone explaining to a customer the proper oil for a high mileage car. Big box retailers who offer oil changes likely go with one weight fits all. That is the difference when you trust one of your most important assets to Mike s. We've been using Mike's Auto for maybe 25 - 30 years. They have always treated us fairly. This visit was for our old truck that they manage to keep running for us :) Pat in the front office is knowledgeable and efficient. This shop is a breath of fresh air. I had a front drive shaft falling apart on my infiniti FX45 when I visited. They got the parts on time and installed as promised. I definitely go there for my auto needs for sure. Well, just one more insight... Pat gets a lil' grumpy especially if you question his expertise :-) I found out quick that he means all Good though.

Very helpful, reasonable and understanding. They not only fixed the issue, Mike also took interest in the overall usefulness and safty of the car and advised me. I called him at different times, and he always responded.

I really trusted this place because the owner Pat was so charming and seemed honest. After receiving a service then having to return days later for the same thing was very disappointing. I had to pay again because they said it was something different ( which could have been true so I paid it). Now I would have went for a third time because they did 1 of 3 of something when they should have done 3 of 3. I relieved they were doing certain things or half the job so I could keep coming back. Being a female and coming to the shop alone, I feel like they took advantage of that. Pat and his team did an outstanding job. I had my wife, 2 young kids, and our dog with me and all of a sudden our lights came on and our car was about to stall out. We realized it was an alternator issue and I was scrambling trying to find a mechanic who could help us out as we were passing through town. Pat graciously took us in, resolved the issue in no time, and we were back on the road. I truly wish he lived where we live because he would become our new mechanic. Thank you Pat and team for delivering exceptional service! I highly recommend using him for all of your car needs. Friendly, professional, honest, and reasonably priced.

My mechanic retired. I had heard good things about Mike's and decided to take both of our family cars to them. One needed a new new radiator and some other work. The other needed a repair in the exhaust system. They fixed both for half the price we had been quoted for the just the radiator work at another shop. And they were super quick and responsive. My friend recommended Mike's auto and truck service. I'm so glad she did. I walked in and asked if they had time for an oil change and they didn't hesitate to provide me with great service. They found that I had a nail in my tire and patched it for me. Great service & great price. I'm definitely coming back for the care of my Toyota Corolla.Service: Oil change

Great experience. Called on Saturday. They said I could bring my car in Monday or Tuesday. I chose Tuesday. I dropped it off at 8:30am. They called at 11:30am to let me know what they found and explained everything in detail. Then called back at 3pm to let me know it was ready for pickup. Easy peasy.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

We've been going to Mike's since 1996. They are the kind of place you can trust. They let you know if they see an issue you should know. Their prices are fair and resonable. I love going to Mikes. They are down to Earth, always helpful, and don t make you feel like a brick in the wall, offering good insight on your particular issue whether you choose them or not. Took my Ford F350 to them and they had the issue figured out in less than an hour, I was back on the road, and they didn t just throw parts at it to guess . TAKE YOUR CAR HERE, IF YOU WANT TRUSTWORTHY, HONORABLE, AND HARDWORKING PEOPLE.My mom (70+ years old) has been taking her 2001 Camry here for almost 20 years and they have always looked out for her. As an example, her timing chain broke last year. It's not a cheap fix. However, they told her they replaced it less than a year ago and it was still under warranty. She's not mechanically inclined and they could have easily charged her again but didn't.Another example she's been looking for a new car for the past 2-3 weeks. Pat (he runs the place) has been going above and beyond to help her find a reliable replacement. Living in California, they give me an immense sense of relief. I know they're looking out for her, instead of trying to rip her off.Again, do not hesitate to take your vehicle here. You'll be glad you did. Thanks again, Pat. I really appreciate you.
