Brought my car here for a rotor and pad replacement, I was told on the phone and in the store it would take 45 minutes, after handing off my keys and waiting for over an hour I noticed the car hadn t even been touched. Then finally after they started to work on the car I left for about an hour and a half, called in to ask the status and told it was ready, I arrived almost an hour later to see my car on the lift with no tires on. I then waited around for ANOTHER hour for them to put the tires back on the car. All-in-all this was a terrible experience, and if it wasn t for the super nice lady who made me laugh I would ve rated this place one star.

Ashley was welcoming and helpful. This location was easy to talk to and efficient. I appreciated the waiting room and the air conditioning. The staff is positive and in good spirits.

I purchased four new tires on 11/02/23 they install them and didn t balance the tires also they broke one of my tire pressure sensor didn t say anything about it. a couple days later tire pressure sensor light came on in my car and the tire goes flat took it to another tire shop and the sensor was broken into three pieces. I had no problem with the sensor until I got new tires $80 out of pocket to replace the sensor I been to other Mavis locations and had good service but I wouldn t recommend Liburn Stone Mountain location.

Thank you so much to the team! Our tire went out last night and we called to see if they had our tire in stock. Keisha was very professional and kept us updated throughout the process. Once our tire came in they gave us a call to let us know. The shop was also very helpful throughout the process.

Went to replace my headlight bulbs, great service! everyone was very nice and helpful, and I was able to bring my own parts as well. will definitely be back here for maintenance in the future!

Chad came through for me. I came in to get my back brakes and rotors done... he was able to get fronts and backs done for a great price and saved me money. The techs got me in and out. Highly recommended.

I ve been coming here for a few years now and the service keeps getting better and better. Normally, businesses usually dwindle after a little bit but Mavis on Stone Mtn Hwy has improved greatly. The guys are extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I m here to stay!!!! Please visit them for all your maintenance needs. You won t be disappointed!

I come here for service often. I could go to the dealership, but Jaylon the crew are always a tremendous help. They always explains my service with a smile and Jaylon even made my wife laugh(not easy). All in all my experience is always fast and easy versus having to sit for hours at the dealership. I ve sent friends and family here and will continue to do so. Thanks guys for all you do!

Chad is amazing. I had to get a few things done and it was over my budget so I did flex for payments. The payment people took over 3hrs to finally get my agreement up even though I ws approved in the morning. Chad, took initiative and called them and talked to a supervisor to help me get the agreement so I can sign it. He deserves a raise!!!

Went in for a routine punctured tire. Was given an estimate of $29.99 to fix it, gave my keys and waited in the waiting area. After waiting for about 1.5 hours, I was told they didn't have patches in the store to perform the fix. Definitely would have appreciated being told this from the get go, so that my time would not have been wasted.

Carlson and the rest of the crew were great in my visit. I had a nail in my tire and wanted to get it checked out. While they couldn't patch the tire because it was on the side wall, the tire was leaking. They put in the spare free of charge and asked me to take it to the dealership right away. Fantastic service overall and I will definitely return for my next flat here if I can. Thank you team!

Made an appt the night before 03/24/24 for 9am to get my tire patched. The manager that opened the store came 15 minutes late to open up. When he backed into his parking space he hit the back of his vehicle against the building and left it crooked after pulling forward a lil bit. He got out of the car and smelled strongly of weed. He opened up the front door and didn't say anything to me and the other guy that were waiting. He got my information and they took my key as I went to go get some breakfast. On my way back about 10 I saw that they were just pulling my car into the bay to fix the tire. I hung around the lobby until about 10:30 and the same sleepy and disheveled manager finally asked what my name was again and got my total. I had to ask him if they found a nail in my tire, which they did. I paid and he told me someone would meet me out front with the key. I stood by my car for 10 minutes waiting and no one showed. I went back inside and asked if someone was coming...he started looking around. He then looked in my paperwork pouch and the key was right there. He held it up with a piece of paper. I grabbed the paper and he dropped my key on the floor. He said sorry about that and I left.

My wife went here Thursday 12/14 to get an oil change. I usually change it myself but I was out of town when she told me the change oil message came on. Out of all the places she could have went she chose this Mavis location and not only was she overcharged for a simple oil change but now I COME BACK FROM OUT OF TOWN TO NO OIL ON MY DIPSTICK AND HUGE OIL SPOTS ON MY DRIVEWAY THAT I JUST HAD PRESSURE WASHED 2 months prior. I do this oil change with no problem with $10 worth of tools and a multimillion dollar company can t do a simple oil change on a Jetta. I absolutely can t wait to go up there tomorrow and I hope they know a good pressure washing service for my driveway. I ll NEVER go back to this location and they better rectify this expeditiously.

I feel compelled to share my recent nightmarish encounter with Mavis Tires & Brakes, an experience that has left me utterly disgusted and frustrated with their complete lack of customer service. From the moment I entered their establishment, it was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for Mavis. The staff exhibited an appalling level of incompetence and indifference, making my visit an unforgettable ordeal. The young lady at the front desk was the nastiest, unskilled customer service agent I have ever encountered. What I was told to me on the phone was completely from when I arrived. it took 4 hours to install 4 tires and still did not follow my instructions. I had to come back the next day to get their mistake corrected which they attempted to charge me. after some back and forth, they finally corrected their mistake. this young woman should be kept far away from customers. Please Stay away from this location..WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If only I can give this place 0 stars. I would never come back to this place ever again. I spoke to the two guys upfront, I have a voice recording of them clearly saying if you get all four tires I ll get you that free alignment included and windshield wipers when I called them to check on my car if it was ready they gave me the total of $644 when they had clearly told me when I was there in person everything was going to come out for $400. SCAMMERS. Please don t fall for there I gotchu I gotchu because they really don t.

I had 2 tires replaced at the Lilburn location yesterday. They honored my appointment time .I waited around an hour to have everything completed which was not bad at all. Carlton help me when I arrived. He was very professional and had really good customer service. I will definitely recommend this location.

Came in with a flat and purchased 2 tires the tires would not balance. Took the to my Porsche dealer. They were able to balance one but not the other properly. Told me the tire was defective also they were not a match to my existing tires. I took them back and they finally matched the tires on my car but charged me mounting, dismounting, balance etc again ! Would not do business with them even if they were handing out winning lottery tickets. Stay away from this location.

I decided to ask what their price was for new tires and I took him up on the deal for tires and got a great deal! Thank you Jameel and the rest of Mavis Tires & Brakes.

Horrible customer service! The location is 4135Stone Mountain Hwy in Lilburn, Ga. I spent almost $1000 on new tires just to have to wait 4 HOURS to be serviced. Halfway thru my wait time I asked for an update & was told that my car was almost ready in an attempt to pacify me. In actuality the work on my car had not even began. I'm extremely disappointed because had the wait time been communicated properly I would have chose to come back at a more convenient time. When I asked an employee why I was not informed of a wait time he blamed another employee, said he thought that she told me & that he forgot that I was in the waiting room waiting for all of that time. The service took so long that I was forced to call out of work due to not having my vehicle. No accommodations were made & not only did I spend $1000 on tires, I also missed out on wages due to incompetence & lack of communication.

If I could I would give minus 100 stars. I set an appointment for 1pm because my back passenger side brake was grinding. I arrived 12:45pm, I check-in, I told check in person what the problem was. At 3:10pm they finally pulled my car in the bay, another hour goes go by, finally someone talked me! He said my passenger rear caliper was seized up, he had order part from advance auto parts, said will 30 to 45 minutes. At approx. 5:15 they told me didn't they order complete parts, they need order the "brace" for the caliper. I could pick my car up around 12 noon tomorrow!! I had get a ride home and back the next day. I wasted 5+ hours, felt I like I disrespected in nobody talked to me about was going with my car, why it took 2 + hours to pull my car into bay?? When i got invoice (after charging me, I not afforded to choice to question anything on the invoice), I noted I wasn't charged $158.99 "brake special", and they marked up the brake caliper for the price at Advance Auto from $98.99 to $249.84, a whopping increase of 152.4%!! If you feel like being ignored and disrespected by means go to Mavis on Hwy78. If respect your own person and bankaccount you'll go elsewhere.

I found myself in an emergency situation right before closing and I need of tires. The service here was incredible staying beyond closing hours to get my vehicle up and running again. Would highly recommend!

I was having a hard time trying to find a place to get my brakes looked at to see if they needed replacing. Ms. Keyshia was very helpful in getting me in and getting my car looked at. Will I be coming to Mavis again for service? Yes. Would I recommend Mavis to others? Most definitely yes. Thank you Ms. Keyshia and everybody at Mavis for everything.
