My service experience was great today. Corey/Chad the new manager was really a lifesaver for me today. He was leaving out of my job and saw me having car trouble and offered to check my battery for me. He had great customer service and he wasn t even at his place of business.(Please forgive me for not writing your name down because I am bad with people names.) Thank you for your service and my new battery.

I had a great experience with this team, they were all very nice and timely. I had to get brakes and a thermostat replaced and I was in a out in bo time. Went back a few days later to get my daughters car fixed(no one else new why her heat would not work), the guy that worked on her car fixed and showed us what the problem had been. She was so happy, that she won't let anyone else work on her car.

The customer service at this location is top notch! I recommended this location to all my friends and family. I went in to have my brakes done and tires replaced. Quick service. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and friendly. John the manager is amazingly helpful as well as Gabriel, Tony and the rest of the crew. I highly recommend this Mavis.

Excellent service and exceptional customer service. I came to Mavis for an oil change and a tire, I was in and out and very satisfiedwith the services I received. Chad assisted me and answered every question I had. 100% recommend these guys when you go ask for Chad.

I had a truly disappointing experience at Mavis Tires. They claimed my Toyota needed a new motor mount, insisting it was urgent and charged me nearly $2000 for that and brake work. Suspicious, I sought second opinions from four other mechanics all confirmed my motor mount was perfectly fine! This kind of deceitful behavior is unacceptable. My advice: don't agree or pay upfront. Get multiple opinions elsewhere. Mavis Tires seems solely focused on making money, not on honest service.

This place is a hidden gem off hwy 29. Very thorough, friendly, quick, and efficient. I came in with no appointment to get my loud squeaky brakes looked at after I drove up to the ga mountains earlier in the week. Even though I had no appointment, they took me in and were quick to help my brakes get back to normal. I wanted to spotlight Tony. He was so sweet, patient, helpful, calm, honest, and down to earth. His customer service was very genuine and polite. He didn't have a super fake Chick-fil-A voice which I actually appreciated alot. As a black woman myself, it warms my heart to see other black employees actually thriving and enjoying their workplace and being able to be relax and be themselves :)

I wouldn t recommend this location to anyone personally. I went for a set of 4 new tires and an alignment. Overall careless work with the cleanliness and job performance. It doesn t cost lay down plastic or paper to protect customers cars when you re working in a dirty environment.Alignment was done very poorly, if it was even done at all, because my car now pulls to the right if I hold the steering wheel straight/level. I wouldn t do business here again especially at those prices.

I can t say enough about the star at this establishment .John!!!! He serviced my truck for brakes and did an awesome job. He is very knowledgeable and great at explaining what was needed and what may be needed later. I was hearing a weird noise that I tried my best to explain to John. All I can say is . Brake job is great and no more weird noise. Thank you so much John!! You are awesome!!

John at Mavis was super helpful and quick. My tire popped on I85 i put a donut on, dropped the tire off, ran some errands and when i arrived they put the tire on the car from pothole to brand new tire in about 3-4 hours. Fastest and most convenient tire replacement I ve ever had! & John gave me an excellent price !

Great experience. I made an appointment for an alignment and it was taken back to start work on at that time. Took a little longer than expected however my car is riding wonderfully.

Extreme negligence. On September 8th of 2023. My vehicle was brought in for a new battery, new terminals and a starter. After several hours I called and was told they were just putting my vehicle back together and it would be available for pickup. Unfortunately I was greeted by a very unpleasant manager (Mr Carlton). I can attest to other reviewers who have experienced INTIMIDATION. The entire process was frightening. Long story short my car didn t even make it home. I was left stranded with my (2) two small children. I called the store and the manager said he would personally come to check on the vehicle because a tow service would take too long. No one contacted me further or bothered to show up. The terminals were NOT replaced and battery not properly screwed down. They used the same corroded terminals which nearly caused my vehicle to catch on FIRE. Do not be swayed by the percentage off for a good google review. This business is deceptive and could cost families their LIVES. I m still waiting for a region manager to reach out.Update: I have been contacted. FingersCrossed this situation can be rectified.

Friendly customer service. I actually really enjoyed the wonderful guy who attended me. I had gone to a different location and left unhappy with the experience and didn't want to get services there. I'm going to get his name and update my post. His name was Gabriel he was amazing I really enjoyed working with him today!! He's amazing! Definitely recommend coming to this location!

Beware of scammers that work at this place. I purchased two new tires and declined the warranty and within 2 weeks of me leaving I found that I had screws imbedded in the side walls of both the front side tread and backside tread of the new tire. Statistically impossible right go figure, because the shop does not repair damage to the side wall area, but only the flat surface tread area. I circle back and lo and behold the worker went directly to the screws in the tire as if he had placed them there himself. He told me that since the shop could not do the repair he could do it himself for a small fee. I will never go back to this place again. I wasted $150 on a brand new tire to be scammed by some punk at this tire place. This occurred February/march 2024

John S. (Store Manager) was very knowledgeable and thorough when explaining my brake concerns. While the location was short staffed that day, John jumped right in and helped to make sure customers didn't have to wait too long. I definitely recommend this location for its trustworthy and definitive work.

I have used Mavis to service my family's vehicles. I've always had good service and good pricing. I got a flat tire on a jobsite and while a coworker tried to repair the tire, he couldn't do it. I took the tire to Mavis and they fixed it in no time. Couldn't ask for better service. Absolutely trust this place with your car

I've been going to Mavis on Luxomni Rd for 5 years. Every time I got an oil change. I told the woman/ man at the desk. About when I turn on my air conditioner. It had a funny smell to it. I was told that they don't service air conditioners. So, this morning, I was in a rush. I went to the 15-minute oil change. The manager, Ms. Nicole asked. "Do we need to check your filters?" I said, "I really don't know." She said." Don't worry, we will." Once she checked the cabin filter. This is what she pulled out. She said "Its full of dust, dirt, and mold. She told me it's supposed to be changed once a year. I just had my oil changed at Mavis 3 months ago. So how haven't they caught this? So, Mavis, you just lost my business.

I went to use the free air to put air in my tires. The associate Gabriel came out to greet me and assisted me with putting the air in my tires. I had a great experience and he was so helpful and nice

I'm having my brake pads replaced on both axils. Been here over 2 hours and am still waiting. One guy is working on my car. There are four mechanics working, two of whom are doing absolutely nothing except watching the other two. Very frustrating and inefficient. Why is this guy working solo? If two were on it i could have been out of here an hour ago. We will not be back to this location.

Slow, and careless. The store opened late. It took 2.5 hours to install 4 new tires. I was the ONLY customer there. They tried relentlessly to up sell me things my truck didn't need. When I left 3 tires were under inflated, two with 10 psi! The 4th tire was at 45 psi! The tire balances is off. Unfortunately this was not my 1st experience with mavis tires, but it will be my LAST!!!

The manager (John) was able to get me in the same day that I called for new brakes and rotors. He gave me an excellent price and great service. I won't go anywhere else and now neither will my husband. This store has always taken good care of my older Honda and have never steered me wrong. Make sure you visit the Luxomi Location in Lilburn.

Gabe Campbell took great care and concern with my Lexus. His recommendations were very helpful and I did not feel pressured to accept his recommendation. He took the time to show me the problem with my brakes. I recommend this store for tire care .

This past weekend we had a full schedule and I was up early to get the car ready for a lot of driving. One of the tires was soft and when I drove it over to Mavis for their free air machine, I saw the screw embedded in the side, so not repairable. I had an unmounted tire back at home and it was half an hour before Mavis opened, so I crossed my fingers that somehow this would work out.John opened the door right at 8am, said of course they could put that tire on, noticed I was a little distressed, and waived the fee. I was out of there in less than half an hour even without an appointment. I am tremendously thankful to John and his extremely efficient tire shop for getting me in and out like that!

Would highly recommend! John was very helpful! Originally came in for prepaid tires from Amazon. When I was informed I needed new breaks! I was gonna go somewhere else but they were able to beat my mechanics price! Plus the bathroom was clean!
