Do not go here. It s literally down a giant hill in a hole. Their bays were empty, and they all stood around outside goofing off instead of trying to take care of customers.

Old owners used to run the business much better. Went to get my mom some tires and showed me some 12 year old tires with tread that was very very worn(you can see the date stamp on the tires). When I asked him if there were any newer tires, he told me these are newer tires. Asking $45/per tire for somePretty bald tires. Went down to Walmart and got brand new tires for $70/per tire. Yes more pricey but buying used tires isn t a what it used to be. Old owner Larry was the best.

These guys are Awesome!! Knowledgeable and genuine! They pin pointed my problem, gave me advice and council, then got me squares away to drive off safely.

We called in for a leaky tire and were there and being taken care of withing 15 minutes of my call. Great, quick service, decent price. Will definitely return for our next tire issue.

Im a woman and dont feel like get used or over charged at this place. So this will be my main mechanic/tire spot that I trust the most. Quality services without the overhead charged price. They will tell you what you dont and will need. Thanks, for being a sincere business in customer service. Especially in this inflation or should I say, "Price Gauging" day and age. You will not get this here!

Javier and his crew are BEYOND amazing and whats even MORE amazing is the fact that this shop is Christian owned :) I recently bought a Winnebago RV and had no clue where to even began with the repairs. Javier not only ordered all 6 tires and replaced them, but he also was able to get the engine running. All I needed to get was a battery. I recommend Lilburn Tire and Auto Services 10000%. Great pricing as well!

The BEST service, professionalism.! Javier and his team are the greatest. They are very helpful, respectful, kind and more than anything very honest personal to make business with.! Would definitely recommend them when buying a car.!

Worse Of the Worse!! Overcharging, lying about you needing tires!! RIPOFF!!! For sure!! And DISrespecful when you call then out.also never try to buy a car from them. It will be JUNK for sure!!!

Excellent service! My favorite place for all things tire and brakes. Had my alignment adjusted this a.m. They were so quick and only $30! They checked brakes at my request and said they are fine for at least another 10K miles or so. That is what I love! They don't sell things you don't need. Just honest, friendly guys who do great work for great prices!

I met Javier the owner over a year ago, he did some auto body work and painted my vehicle at a very reasonable price .I m physically disabled and every time Javier sees me he runs to assist me and gets me taken care of he is great and I can t say enough good things about him!I drive from Brookhaven Georgia to let him work on my vehicle. Hands down the best! Brett and Mike took care of my BMW and made sure I had the correct parts. Really felt like I was treated like a respected person almost like family. I really appreciated the care for my safety. As long as they are open I will patronize.

My vehicle was in need of not one, but three repairs. They took my car in, worked on it after the shop was closed to get me on the road again. Lastly, the quality work speaks to the professionalism, the price speaks to their philosophy of great service at affordable prices

These people are racist and rude. I pulled up for an alignment. A man can out and I graciously asked them if they did alignments and they said yes. I then went into the shop to confirm that they could do the alignment and they said yes, however I wasn t even serviced, I was ignored and I couldn t even believe that this was happening. I instantly back tracked my steps to make sure that it wasn t just me. I initially walked up and asked cheerfully if they did alignments and they obliged but I never got an alignment they never did anything I just sat there and they closed their garage doors one by one so I was just sitting there and I was the only one there and I was a little embarrassed because I didn t understand why they would do that. I thought that my money was just as good as the person they were serving before me but I guess not. I calmly just start my car I left confused. I didn t realize that it is 2018 and I don t have to put up with racism or people who have hate in your heart I d rather take my business elsewhere where my car can be serviced. I never so much is ordered who were the rudeness towards them I kept a smile on my face and stayed in my car and waited for them to finally service me which they never did so I take that as them being discriminatory against me. I can help with my skin is brown if they want to hold that against me then that is on them so I left with a clear conscience. Beware people of color particularly black people do not spend your money with them do not support this business obviously they don t want to service black people. It really doesn t matter what kind of car you have if your skin is black because I was in a luxury car.

*** DO NOT GO HERE***i took my vehicle here for a change of tires on all four . they told me to go back at a certain time, so i did .upon arrival my vehicle was still on the lift and i had to wait about 15 min. As it touched ground and they reversed it.. the front wheel didn t move (my rear rims were put in front and my front in the rear ) so they switched them around . As i was inspecting my car i saw both side skirts were dented ! my right side was even worse . THEN i saw my tires ( i have a staggered setup)all 4 tires were the same size, absolute madness . so i m like nothing else could go wrong nope . ALL 4 of my rims were scratched from the removal of the tires . i ve never seen so much unprofessionalism in one place ever in my entire life . They don t want to fix my car or at least put the right tires on .please do not go there .*the old owners were way better these guys bought it thinking it s easy but have no idea what they are doing *

We've been to "big name" places in years past, but after many unpleasant experiences with those we decided to give this one a shot. We love the idea of using small local family owned businesses, and this place definitely did not disappoint. They were absolutely great to deal with, completely open and honest, the prices were reasonable, service was quick, and it was altogether an excellent experience. Highly recommended!

1. Did not have my tires ready 2. They can t even take a simple wheel out with out stripping the bolt 3. They ruined the paint on my rims plus did not installed the tires correctly with air. 4. They stripped the bolt and thread from the INSIDE OF THE HUB BEARING, they DID NOT IMFORMED ME & DID NOT TELL ME THEY DIDNT INSTALLED THE LAST LUG NUT, therefore they took my lug nut and hide it from me. I was driving with a low air pressure, plus one lug nut short. It is a HAZARD! I was there from 12pm - 5pm it took them 5 hours. I called 3 times today (Monday) to address the issue, since they were closed on Sunday & no answer. One Young gentleman was very helpful. I thank him for getting my tires. but there were 2 other older guys who did the installation was very clueless.

LT&A has served my family for 15 years now and I have only high praise for their automotive work and fair pricing. Plus they're really good peoples! I couldn't recommend them more highly. It's nice to know when car work is necessary that there is a place like this that isn't out to work you over on cost!

Fast service, friendly, professional technicians, and great prices. Unlike the majority of tire shops around here, when I take my vehicles to these guys, I leave knowing the job was done right. Also, they've never tried to push unnecessary repairs or B.S. add-ons. I trust them and will continue to support them with my patronage.

A small great shop. Unfortunately I had to buy a tire elsewhere(due to my impatience) but Mike was truly so helpful. Very sweet gentleman. I honestly can't get this service elsewhere. They helped me from the time I had the flat tire, to me having them put the new tire on. I'd rather give my money to them than a corporation any day. Thank you for everything.

I had 2 tires bursting at the seams on my new to me Cadillac DeVille literally an hour before I got there they received 2 great tires to fit my car they replace them balanced them and disposed of my old tires for less than $60 any Tire need if you're in Lilburn should be done at Lilburn Tire friendly workers that offer a service to get you on the road again quickly and safely! Thank you for fixing my tires for all these years! And if i ever have any issues with my tires again I'd be at your shop before i even thought of anyone else!

words can't explain the quality and service that they deliver,excellent pricing no disposal fee which all these other low quality used tire service charges! They are the last of the " Good ole boys' and may they stay around longer. Good job fellows!

good speedy service. i was the only customer in the morning so i was in and out with a tire plug. waiting area looks relaxing, not typical picnic chairs and tile floor setting. i will go back when i need new tires.

LILBURN TIRE IS THE BEST!!My family has been using Lilburn Tire since the early 1980's. Was one of the first automotive shops my father visited when he moved down here from MIchigan and is still getting service there. Larry, the previous owner, gave remarkable, trustworthy, and affordable service as long as I can remember. I've been using them since I've been able to drive, over 17 years ago. Every time I've used them the guys are friendly, fast, and reliable. Truly an older Gem of Lilburn. Brett, the current owner, has been working there a long time and has continued the tradition of providing a great service for the community. I highly recommend using them for your new and used tire needs.

I went here with a 1966 Buick special. I recieved a first class education on what rim and tire combination would be best and why. I also didn't realize that I had one of those old school rim locks and I didn't have the key. No problem the guys took care of it and didn't even charge me for the spare lugs they put on. Wow . . . When was the last time you expierenced that? These guys were great and their shop is old school place with plenty of know how. It doesn't matter if you have an old classic or a brand new car if you go anywhere else you will be paying too much and not get half the service. I won't go anywhere else again for tires.

These people are actually unethical Thieves especially towards women, starting with douglas. Runaway and save yourself a headache!! These reviews are fake!

My whole family uses Lilburn tire. They are the fastest and most affordable around. A few months ago I had a blowout on 85 with my dogs in the car. I put the spare on and drove over, the guys were super sweet about the dogs and faster than usual to keep the dogs from overheating. Lilburn tire will always have my business.

Life savers... literally. Brett got me in, had the tire that I needed. Educated me on a couple more issues, tightened a couple screws and discovered that my wheel was in danger of coming off!!! Life saver indeed. And to top it off, he gave me a great price. You're the man Brett!!!!

The people here are rude and racist. I called prior to arriving and everything was great. Once I got there(in person) they made it very clear to me that they did not want my business. Totally okay with me I'll take it elsewhere. If you are black, do not waste your time or money.

Need tire plugs the day before Christmas while other shops either closed or told me they can't fix my tires, and I have to have to them replacereplaced. Lilburn tire and auto fixed my tires within 15 min. I know my tires will need to be replaced soon, but as for right now, I appreciate their speedy, honest service that doesn't cost me a fortune right before Christmas. They will be my future tire shop from now on.
