We ve been trusting our cars to Lilburn Chevron for years and have never been disappointed. The service is always top notch and speedy. We never have any issues making appointments. We never feel pressured to get unnecessary work done. Everyone there is over the top friendly. They make you feel like more than just another customer. I highly recommend Lilburn Chevron!

I noticed a red light with a battery symbol on my dash and my steering wheel was hard to turn. I called Bill the owner and said I'm on my way to see you. I was at his shop at 4:30. At 4:45, they order a alternator belt and a drive belt pulley. At 6:00, I was on my way home. Best kept secret in Atlanta, great honest people!

Excellent customer service! I arrived at work with smoke coming from my hood. A coworker referred me to Lilburn Chevron. I called & explained my issue to Jose who advised me to bring it in. He identified the problem immediately & was able to repair it that day. I do not live close to my place of work therefore I was very appreciative of the prompt & courteous service.

I ve been coming to Lilburn Chevron for car repairs for 15 years. This is the only place my family and I trust to work on our vehicles (a mix of new and old). Harris, Mark, Bill and the team take great care of us, the service is detailed and done with precision. We always recommend Lilburn Chevron.

Everyone there is so nice and very knowledgeable. Have gotten my oil changed 3 times there and they finish within the hour. I have never had any problems. Will definitely recommend and will be going back!

Mark greated me by name at 7:00 AM sharp, took my info, then called me with a status report and approval request.Picked up the repaired and we'll serviced car an hour after they notified me they were done.They have a smooth, well managed operation!

Always an excellent experience at Lilburn Chevron. I Trust these guys to do all my auto work. Bill and his team are professional and treat you fairly. Going to a mechanic nowadays is always a crapshoot as you don t know whether you have good mechanics, or are being taken for a ride on costs, but with Lilburn Chevron, you can feel comfortable that your car is getting the best possible maintenance at a very fair priceService: Auto maintenance

Lilburn Chevron has been taking care of my cars for over 20 years now. They continue to deliver high quality service, with a minimum of upsell, unless they feel that it is absolutely necessary for my family's safety.They work quickly and their pricing is always very competitive. They are very friendly and accommodating of my schedule. Great guys all the way, led by the Owner, Bill.

As always, I was greeted quickly and when I asked for Harris, they went and found him immediately and he stopped what he was doing to come talk to me. I explained my problem and he said he could not only fix it, but quickly. I had mentioned I had a trip to make that day. While I waited, Harris personally took care of my issue and even fixed a related but separate issue at no charge. I was charged very little for labor and very fair prices for parts. This is indicative of a typical visit to this Chevron. I have been going here for years, and I even take my elderly mother's car here for service when she is in town, and they always work quickly on hers knowing she doesn't live here. Harris has always taken the time to talk to me, explain the issues, tell me what will happen if I choose not to fix it, and NEVER pressures me into additional services. I have met Bill a few times but it seems he works behind the scenes a bit more, but he is friendly as well and extremely helpful while Harris seems to be the "face of the garage" and he does it well. In addition, they still offer full service gas fill ups at certain pumps. The locations is convenient. I've been going here through two cars in sixteen years, and I will continue as long as they are open and Harris is working at the shop. I highly recommend this Chevron service station and think it should be a model for others.Let me also say, ALL the staff are friendly and helpful - I did not mean to leave anyone out in my praise of Harris - every staff member I have encountered has the same friendly and helpful attitude and makes me feel valued each time I visit.Kudos to the entire staff of this shop.

My first few experiences have been pleasant. Dropped my Infiniti, Volkswagen and Mazda off because they are one of the few places that if you bring in your own oil and filter will change it for you. Later on brought my vehicle back for a new battery. They were very competitive in their pricing including labor.Their time estimates are a bit off but I'm okay with that because I rather a job get done properly rather than quickly and sloppy.

They are always polite and respectful. I trust them to work on any of my vehicles and will take them here 1st! Rebuilding a 71 c20 and a so called reputable place in mountain park said it would be $12,000. I needed a bew motor and rebuild transmission. Bill, the owner, said I like ro try to fix the most obvious and simplest things first ... my bill is $1,900. I can't remember the last time I got full service when I stopped to get gas but this place does it!

Lilburn Chevron has been the most helpful and honest about advice on needs for my two vehicles for several years. I have never had a dealership or other vehicle repair business that I trusted as much as I do Lilburn Chevron. They tell you what you need and they do the repair in an efficent, timely and excellent manner. The employees are the best with customer service whether they are putting air in your tire, filling your gas tank or doing a major repair job. I recommend them to everyone in my family and circle or friends and neighbors. Before I buy a new or used vehicle, if I have any questions or concerns, I always take it by to them for a inspection, even new. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicles to Lilburn Chevron for anything related to your vehicles.

The gentlemen at Lilburn Chevron really took care of me when my service truck wouldn't start this morning. They dispatched a tow truck and picked up the truck right away. After a few hours, they were able to diagnose the problem, replace the bad part, and get me back on the road in no time. They are honest people who do good work. I would recommend this great shop to all of my friends and associate's!

This is a shop you can trust your entire family with. My mom and dad have brought their vehicles here for 30 years. I am 29 now, and continue to bring my vehicles here. They have worked on our Fords, Chevys, Land Rovers, Jaguars, BMWs, Porsches, Jeeps, Subarus and so the list goes on. Mark and Bill have always been the nicest of people and truly care about you and your vehicle. They have gone out of their way countless times to give us the highest quality of service. This is what a Full Service Station was always supposed to be and is the only place I trust with my vehicles.
