I ve used them twice in the last year. Once to diagnose an issue. The second time to diagnose & replace my thermostat as well as flush the radiator. In my experience they are honest people with reasonable prices. They seem very knowledgeable & performed timely repairs. Chris is friendly & professional. It s hard to find a mechanic to trust so I m thankful they re in my area.Service: Electrical repair

Chris and his Staff are "Awesome" Chris was recommended by my manager, and then I read the Reviews and they are Top Notch for sure Chris is very fair, prices are excellent , very professional, service was quick and they even explain things for you to look for in the future. I had 3 studs and bolts replaced, I am so happy my boss recommended them 5 Stars all day I found a mechanic in my area so excited

Do not buy a car here. I don t know what happened in the last couple of years, but you can no longer buy a reliable car from Chris. I just purchased a Ford focus from him less than three weeks ago, and it has been overheating and it needs a new transmission. I paid $5000 for this car. He has taken no responsibility for this, and has basically tried to say it was someone else s fault. Since it was sitting on his property, and he conducted the sale , I assumed it was a car that he purchased and fixed himself, and that seems not to be the case. However, I was not informed of this, and I am now out of money, and I have no car.

I came to the service from a recommendation from Pep Boys. The reason I had to come to Chris was because Pep Boys couldn t find the answer and the only person they knew that could solve the issue was Chris and his team. I dropped off my car, and I spoke with Chris, and I knew right away that my car was in good hands. Chris through process of illumination was able to find the issue without compromise and offered excellent service for a fair price. He is always in a happy mood. It s a pleasure to work with someone who has integrity and knows how to treat customers well. It s a rare thing these days. I absolutely recommend Killian service and Chris with his services you can trust your vehicle to him at any time. Killian Hill Auto Service is professional reasonable and polite to customers. We have been using Killian Hill Auto Service for at least 7 years. The owner Chris you could not work with anyone more honest or more pleasant in the automotive industry. I tell all my friends family about the wonderful experience I had there and continue the house. Must be a God thing.

DEFINITELY recommend them! Chris is Awesome!! The best customer service! It just feels so good to have a trustworthy shop you can believe in. I've been screwed over in the past so I've had to pay out of pocket for 2nd opinions often and was in shock when I was referred here and was told that I was being lied too and what was "wrong" with my car was not accurate. Its hard enough being a woman and dealing with the car industry and how they try to get over on you in general. This was so refreshing to say the least and so appreciative of honest good people. Saved me thousands!! Thanks

Chris is AWESOME. He is knowlegable, considerate and fair. He has done so much work for us over the years and we travel quite a distance to bring our vehicles to him. He has done just about all the major things and so many minor things over the years for us. Edit Post-Service: Chris & Crew CARES. Your...mileage..may vary. My 7 year old used car now runs better (expected), smoother and quieter than I have ever experienced in the 3 years I have owned her. This was UNEXPECTED since the car has been serviced by the dealership, other service centers and a body shop over YEARS without these ancillary IMPROVEMENTS. After Killian replaced my clutch, I returned a few weeks later due to unrelated issues pulling/drifting steering and clicking noises from wheel well. Killian put it on the lift and found a loose linkage bolt. I hate to post about free service since small businesses are the least able to afford to give away their time...but despite the technician's time (shout-out to Juan!), use of the shop lift/tools/electricity/etc, when I asked how much, Killian said no charge to tighten the bolt (again mileage may vary and we should never expect free service).Original: If you call Killian Hill Service Center, you will immediately notice a friendly professionalism that I have found to be rare for the auto service industry. From the first moments that you talk with Chris, it feels as if you are getting good, accurate advice from a trusted friend. His knowledge is tempered and delivered through patience. All this was evident by just a phone call. He has my car and my trust.

We bought a car from here last summer and it s given us nothing but trouble month after month. Despite the new engine they said was put in, and the repairs that have been done, the car is still giving problems. Do not buy from here!

This place is great. Chris the owner really knows his stuff. I explained the problem I was having and he immediately knew what it was. He said he couldn't get to it until the next day so I left my car there. Chris called me a few hours later with the price and ended up getting it done the same day. I am definitely going back for any more work I need done. Thank you Chris.

Chris is absolutely amazing! Every time I visit (which is a lot), I receive great work at a fair price. They have always been very respectful of my time and worked with me around my busy schedule. However, what impresses me most of all is the honesty he displays on a consistent basis. 2 times now he has surprised me with good news - No work was needed once and less work was need than initially expected on the other. Unprecedented integrity for the auto repair industry.It goes without saying but I'm a lifetime customer. I truly appreciate the good people, the good work, and the good business practices exercised Killian Hill Service Center.

Chris and his guys are the only people you should ever let work on your car. He always tells the truth and makes sure to take the time to explain what s happening. He never tries to fix anything unnecessary and he does it right the first time. I tell everyone this is the best place you can go for anything with your car. Last time I had my car dropped off, Chris called me before I had a chance to let him know what was happening... I can t imagine having better service or a better experience anywhere. Good, genuine, trustworthy people!!!

The manager communicates well, is always polite, and does honest work. I recommend Killian Hill Service Center to everyone who needs work on their car. I use them for all non-body work on all my cars. I've never walked away feeling like I've been taken advantage of.

This is the third time I have taken one of my vehicles to Chris and his staff. They're honest, fairly priced, quick, and do a great job. No one could tell me why my 4Runner was make the weird noise that it made. I took it to Chris, and in a short time, he had it diagnosed and fixed at a fair price. Keep up the great work!!!!

I was VERY pleased with our experience with Chris at Killian Auto. My company had a service technician stranded nearby, both him and myself are from different states (me-Alabama and him-South Carolina). This would have been a good opportunity for someone to take advantage of our situation, but Chris treated us fairly and honestly and got our service technician back on the road very quickly. I would recommend this company to ANYONE! Especially an out-of-state stranded motorist :)

Absolutely the ONLY place I will take my car. The owner, Chris, is so kind and helpful, and really knows his business. All of the guys that work on the cars are extremely knowlegeble and helpful also. Chris makes you feel like you can ask any question, and he is happy to answer. Had a terrible shimmie on my 2013 RAV4 and was dangerous to drive. Chris and the team tried multiple options to diagnosed the issue. They discovered it was a rare frozen rear suspension ball joint. They fixed it and did my regular maintenance. I have been a customer for several years and can always count on Chris and his team of mechanics to be honest and fair, and provide excellent service. Several times I have thought my car's issue would be major or more expensive, and was pleasantly surprised when it wasn't. It's so nice to know there are mechanics that won't take advantage of you. Haven't had any service done yet, but the atmosphere is very nice. Chris is very friendly,a Christian and everyone at my church who knows him always refer others to him.
