THIS SHOP IS THE REASON PEOPLE DON'T TRUST MECHANICS. Just save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. Took a Volvo in for a Pre-Purchase-Inspection and for $249 (-$1 less than Dealership), they gave me the all clear that the vehicle was good to go. Well these automotive experts missed the blown head gasket, engine was on it's dying breath and I was $11k into a deep hole because I trusted Gino. Just go somewhere else. If Eddie's Automotive hadn't referred me to EuroAutoPro then I'd never have trusted them. The only positive thing to say is...nothing...this business is basically my next door neighbor, I was supposed to have home field advantage in buying this car and instead I was robbed from every angle.

The name of this business is incredibly accurate. Gino, Daniel and the Euro Auto Pro crew took the time necessary to fully analyze my Rover and repair what another mechanic had made a mess of. The customer service was superior: from the warm welcome I received, to the timely calls with updates about the progress of the work on my vehicle, on down to the incredibly fair pricing. Not only do I highly recommend Euro Auto Pro, I ve decided this is the only mechanic I ll take my vehicle to when the need arises. You should do the same!

Mr. Gino is the owner of this clean establishment. He has proven to be a honest and trustworthy man. Gino takes excellent care of my BMW X3. His prices are reasonable and he stands by all the work that his mechanics perform. His employees are also kind respectful people. The customer service is impeccable. Gino also lets me know if there are any other things that I may need to be aware of. Thank you Gino for taking such great care of my BMW!! If you have a high end vehicle, Euro Auto Pro is the perfect place to bring your vehicle. I took my BMW here, they did a really really good job. These people are very knowledgeable. Also they are professionals and do really good service and keep you updated the whole time. I had taken my car to a different shop and they didn t do a good job. These people found so many problems and saved my car. I also brought my Yaris for them and they were able to get parts for me that other shops weren t able to get. I kept getting dead ends at other shops. 10/10 recommend this place.

Great experience. I was looking for a authorize mechanic to work on my Mercedes. Euro Auto Pro did exactly what they were ask to do; I didn't get a whole lot of you need this, you need that. Car was taking there for electrical alarm problem , after keeping the car there approx. 3 weeks was told couldn't find problem, after having car tow from shop , discover my hood was jammed and could nolonger get it up, had to pay another tech to open hood and discover euro pro had left cover off electrical fuse box and had cut some wiresin box trying to disable the alarm system. And didn't even reconnect them after being unsuccessful . The cover was left under the hood and had it jammed ,now hood no longer will Manuel open with latch, they is no excuse for this kind of service

Friendly and fair prices. I had great experiences with EuroAutoPro. I usually bring there my car for oil changes and small repairs. These guys are great. They look at my car, patiently explain me what is wrong with it and give me an accurate estimate. I never had problems with them. They fixed my husband's BMW/oil leaks and a dash board light - all under $1K with warranties in 3 days. We saved over $900. The car runs great.

Went in to get my girlfriend's oil changed in her 90's Volvo, they had all the stuff needed and addressed a lot of other issues with the car. Completely honest and up front people, they took us back into the shop many times to see the car and show us how to check things on it. The saved us a lot of money over a dealership visit and didn't pressure us to buy anything that wasn't immediately needed. The waiting area was nice and they had lots of cool magazines and posters as well. Very positive experience and I'll be entrusting them with the care of any of my friends' European cars for many years.

My neighbor recommended this shop when I intended to buy a BMW 528. I brought the car in for a "pre-purchase inspection". I must say I was impressed by the attention I received which could be at any premium brand repair shop. Following a detailed inspection and diagnostic report they spent with me more than half hour to consult and explain the details.After my purchase they did some minor repairs at a much lower cost than the dealer or any other estimate I had from other repair shops, plus they warranty every work they do.Thank You Euro Auto Pro!Highly recommended!

This shop is the best place I have ever taken my car to! Everyone there, from the owner to the techs to the entire Euro Auto Pro shop family, have consistently gone over and above my expectations. They are amazing in their knowledge and capability of ensuring that my vehicle is repaired at a more than reasonable price! Being a newcomer to the area, and being female, has caused me to be very cautious as to who I can trust. Euro Auto Pro in Lilburn, GA, has earned that trust and respect! I recommend their services to anyone who wants a shop they can trust to do beautiful work and treat you like family! This IS the place to go for your vehicle needs!!

This place was great. I have a 5 series BMW that had a transmission issue no other shop would touch or new how to repair. Gino at Euro Auto knew exactly what my car needed. After sitting for almost a year unable to find a shop able to repair it Gino had my car done within just a few days. The car drives better than it ever did before. I won t take my car anywhere else.

I took in my daughter's Jetta because my regular mechanic said I needed someone who specialized in German cars. We hadn't had the car long, and it turns out that it had a whole list of underlying problems. (buyer beware!) They tried everything to fix it, and finally had to advise that it wasn't worth trying to fix. They really went above and beyond, trying to find a way to save the car. I really appreciated their honesty in not letting my daughter drive around in an unsafe car.

Euro Auto Pro thank you for your honesty. I like the fact your shop was upfront and clear with me when I brought my 2013 BMW last week. It is hard to find mechanic shops like yours this day, and that's why I drove over an hour to reach your shop. I will defiantly recommend you to my family and friends.

Gino, Fransico, and Aaron are truly dedicated to taking care of the customers. They are very detailed and honest. The prices are very reasonable. I have two bmws that they take care of and keep running great. I've dealt with this shop for approximately 5 years. No complaints. They stand by warranties and ensure you are satisfied with your service provided. Thank you all for your sincere and honest business practices.

Very professional and helpful. After taking my car to many shops, I got the most honest diagnosis from them. They suggested spare parts after listening to my concerns. I was provided with a clear invoice. I highly recommend the Euro Auto Pro.

Gino & the Euro Pro Team provides impeccable service, they are extremely professional and above all AFFORDABLE for exemplary service. If there is any continued issues, they will accommodate you like you wouldn't believe -- "unless it was just me" (Wink). Oh! I forgot to mention the infamous "CARLOS" - smooth, charismatic, very people friendly, shows real concern for the customer and is exceptionally personable, he is (hand-down) the balance which is necessary for a successful management team. Please note they are a VERY VERY busy shop so book in advance if you need service.

After years of paying dealers and other import auto mechanics outrageous prices, I finally found this exceptionally skilled local shop. The team is extremely knowledgeable, focused on detail and quality and above all are tops in customer service with very fair prices. Try them for your need tune up or any foreign auto mechanical needs.

The owner isn t very good at communicating. Took my car to get serviced and when he did call, he told me what extra stuff he had already done without even asking me first if it was okay or even if I could afford it. The main reason I took it wasn t even fixed and had to take it back, and lay again for labor when it should have been done the first time. Not going back.

DO NOT TRUST EURO AUTO WITH YOUR CAR. They charged me for battery programming. I took my cayenne to Porsche and thy said it's no such thing ,then I asked for a print out of the diagnostic that I paid for an got a couple of sentences that they typed up on the bill. Told me one price an when I got there had a additional 350 added on

Took a Volkswagen here, it started having issues soon after. Took it to a Volkswagen-specific shop and they found a whole bunch of things that Euro Auto Pro either caused, or didn't spot themselves (more likely the first option)

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! The Worst! Did not give detail on the estimate. Told us the estimate was $2,634 when we went to pick the vehicle give us a invoice for $3,648.55. was completely rude. i would never advice anyone to use these guys. WARNING! be aware for these guys. Only care about money. not the service SHADY BUSINESS !!!! reporting him to the BBB.

Brought my car in recently to have some minor repairs done, I could not have been more pelased with the service I received. The owner Eugene was professional and courteous and took the time to explain each service I paid for and why I needed it. I will definately be refering my friends and family to go here. I absolutely love this place they are very professional and very very knowledgeable about European cars not to mention very reasonable. If you ever need to visit Euro Auto just ask for geno or Arron & I promise they will take great care of you and your vehicle.

Came here as this place was highly recommended but I had a bad experience. Told me work was going to be completed in 3hrs, it actually took 6hrs. Turns out the repairs they made ended up just making things worse and they refused to take responsibility for their work.
