Please do not go there. It's very rude and unprofessional. Don't be deceived by the price. Waited in the line for 30 minutes, and I got in. When it was my tern, the tech said we're going to reopen at 2 pm. They blocked the remaining customers way back. I'm really disappointed. I got the emmison done somewhere with a dollar difference.

I called this location on Saturday afternoon and they picked up the phone within 3 rings. The person I spoke to mentioned that they were going to be closing soon but said he would stay later if I needed him to. I arrived and the line moved quickly. My plug in port was loose but he managed to get a solid connection so I could get the my emission testing completed. The person who performed the test was clear with the instructions and helpful in making sure it was done right the first time and not have to do it twice. He wore a safety mask and was considerate about social distancing. We had a great experience and considering the cash price is $14.99 this location is one of the cheapest in the area we will definitely be repeat customers for our other vehicles.Services: Emissions testing, Registration renewal

Rude, overcharges and just doesn t know what he is talking about. Also never call has the rudest attitude towards customers. Drive like 5 mins in any direction and go to a better one

I went to get an emissions test done. I found shortly after I left, my fuel cap loose indicator light came on. I got to check the gas cap & realize the tech Author switched my gas cap for a smaller one. I went back the let the tech know what happened. He told me I was mistaken, he probably thought because I m a women & I would not have noticed. He was very condescending & disrespectful. I had to purchase a new gas cap. Now my check engine light is on, I m hope I won t have any issues in the future with my engine. I would not recommend anyone going there to get their emissions done at such a dishonest tech working there.

Their sign says they are open on Sundays, but nobody is there. $15 price is cash only

Currently:We drove by over an hour ago on Saturday afternoon at 1:40 and they were closed, with a sign stating they would return at 8pm. They aren t opened at 8pm on their business hours. We drove by just now at 2:50. Still closed. Too bad. Used to like this place.A year or two ago:Nice folks. Fast service. Gave them a tip. Found them unexpectedly after trying to go to another emissions place with a crazy person running the show. Thanks y all! Will be back next time.

Fast service and friendly staff. When I entered I immediately felt welcomed by the manager. He walked me through the process and was kind while doing so. Affordable service plus this is also one of the few emission places that s open on Sunday s so that is an extra bonus! I would recommend this place to everyone!

Fantastic experience this morning. Quick, friendly, and wonderful customer service, and didn t even have to exit my vehicle. Came after going one place that was closed and another that took cash only. This will be my go-to for now on. Far better experience than the place I have gone for years!

This emission location is crooked! I got my emissions and it failed due to a new battery installation. I went and drove the car to fix the issue and it would have passed but he would not retest my car. I went there 2 times and he would not retest the car. I went to another local emissions and my car passed fine! This place is crooked. He stole my money and did not complete the service!Service: Emissions testing

After my twilight zone experience with another testing location, I drove to Guidance. The associate was taking a break in his vehicle, but immediately signaled for me to come on in. I drove into the testing area and like normal people, I was treated like an actual customer with a greeting from the Tech.The Tech started and completed the inspection then handed me my inspection report. Up until earlier today, this is how every other experience has been in all testing sites opened for business. The other location that tried to ruin my day should be shut down by Georgia Clear Air.Thanks Guidance for your prompt service and remembering basic human norms when dealing with and engaging customers.Service: Emissions testing

Absolute wonderful customer service and speedy in and out time. Arthur was extremely polite, helpful and quick. If you are looking for a fast and reliable emissions testing than this is your place. Will definitely be back

Website and Google showed them open on Sunday... However after driving all the way there, they were not. Don't trust the hours.

Have an emission test on Jan 11, 2022. Run away from this guy. He put the sign up Emission Test for $14.99 but at the end he charged me $16.99. This place is not honest. $2 is not a big deal but I don't like the way he runs business. Go other places to have your car emission test for $15.Service: Emissions testingService: Emissions testing

The person working here was sitting in his car instead of passing emission on vehicles. I waited for 10 min and he didn t bother to get out of his car to start my emission so I left and did it somewhere else. If I could give it 0 stars I would
