I appreciate that I can go to Eddie's knowing that my car will be serviced well, the prices are always fair, and I won't be pressured into services that aren't needed. It's a comfort to know that my car is getting what it needs and I'm not overpaying for it. Glenn is also super kind and helpful!

My husband took his suv to them back in Nov. 2023 for a fuel injector. After the work, he continued to have problems with the car. He eventually took the car to Hennessy Cadillac who told them he needed a fuel injector. He went back to Eddie's who said it was not the fuel injector but that the valve covers had lots of carbon and needed to be cleaned. He cleaned them and the issue persisted. He took it to Precision Auto who replaced the injector. They found that the injector was the original GM part on the car and that the injector had never been replaced. He went back to Eddie's with the original injector and was told they would make it right. A day later they refused to refund him for the work that was never done. Unfortunately, we'll likely have to sue them in order for them to make it right. BUYER BEWARE. They will charge you for work that they didn't do.They also said he needed a new engine and quoted approx. $10K. Car runs like a dream since Precision replaced the original part.

I left this place with my vehicle feeling very satisfied. The guys here are very nice and they provided a quick, affordable turnaround on my vehicle. This will definitely be my go-to auto service from now on.

Mr. Glynn and Mr. Denny are the epitome of what honesty and trust means. When I say I won't be taking my vehicle anywhere else not even the dealer that's exactly what I mean. Mr. Glynn works extra hard at making sure your vehicle receives the best parts available.Ladies, Eddie's Automotive is a name you can trust. My 2019 Sorento has found her service family.

My wife and I are in our 80 s and need this car running to pick up groceries at Kroger special service and to take us to doctors. My wife is on oxygen machine which is used in car. Since we couldn t drop car off they came by and picked car up, took it to shop and repaired it. Got car back next day and is running great I can t thank people at Eddies especially Glenn enough for the help and care they have done twice now.

I appreciate the honesty and integrity I received from the shop manager Glenn. I had to find a new auto repair shop for my truck, and I know this is the place I can now trust. They took care of a situation with my truck after dealing with turmoil with my previous mechanic. I would have given 5 stars, but I am detailed, so I like for their mechanics to also be more detailed to the small details servicing my vehicle.Customer service overall is good and I will be back.

After trying to figure out what was wrong with our Truck, wasting money on mobile mechanics and the dealership, we were lucky to find Eddie s. They told us they would get the truck back and running .and THEY DID!! Great customer service and communication. We ve found our mechanic!!

Eddie's Automotive Service in Lilburn provided outstanding service, at a fair price, in quick fashion in a clean facility! Thank you Eddie's! Glenn was helpful and a pleasure to work with when dropping off my van. Another shop quoted a $149 diagnostic fee and said it would take up to two weeks to address any problems they found. Even though I already knew what the Check Engine Light code was and I told them what I needed! At Eddie's, there was no diagnostic fee and the repair was completed the very same day. Eddie's is well worth my drive from mid-town Atlanta for service I can trust. I highly recommend giving them a call!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

It's so strange that a service shop would refuse good paying customers, but that's apparently the case here at Eddie's. No services are offered here for Nissan or Inifini's, despite what their website claims. Make sure you look elsewhere.

The work was great and they dropped me at work and returned the truck back to me. Unfortunately when I went to get in the truck this morning I found an unwelcome addition to my drivers door. My take would be that someone in bay next to it opened a door and didn t own up to their mistake and hoped no one would notice. 5 stars to Glen Jackson and the professionalism of the upfront staff and the work performed. Zero stars to the person that dinged my door. Unfortunately bad reflection on an otherwise good shop. :-(.Service: Auto exhaust system repair

Eddies did a great job in taking the time to test drive the car to really see what the issue was and there was no problems with the car. Dealership wanted to charge $2500 to fix the problem they said it would be. I went to a Tires Plus for a tire patch and they told me the tire was unpatchable and that I needed a new tire. I took it to Eddie s for a second opinion and they lifted it, patched it and sent me on my way for no charge. Just told me to come back for business and I can assure you I will be back. Most honest mechanic I ve ever worked with.

I had an extremely bad experience at Eddie s. All in all I was never updated about my vehicle as I stated I would be. It was kept in the shop two weeks without any updates. I called and checked in periodically and they made me feel like I was a bother, each call treated them with nothing but respect and never let them know I was frustrated. I went to pick up my vehicle after the last no call follow up. I was met with apologies and how it s been crazy there. At the end of the day I would have liked to been updated and not without a vehicle for so long.

We took my wife's vehicle to Eddie's after they were recommended to us by a friend. They were extremely friendly and professional and above all, they were honest. I asked them to do a brake inspection along with an oil change. Most any other service center would have tried to upsell us on brakes whether they were needed or not. After the inspection they said the brakes were fine and did not recommend replacing them at this time. I appreciated their integrity and will be using them again in the future. I would highly recommend Eddie's for all your auto service needs!Service: General repairs & maintenance

A former customer, I recently moved back to the area and was delighted to hear from my son (a current customer) that Eddie's was nearby. Eddie and his entire team provides exceptional customer service. The team is professional, trustworthy, extremely helpful and go above and beyond to give the best car care to their customers.I had a problem with a tire going flat due to a nail last week and was afraid to continue driving on it. I really was impressed with the service from start to finish. They don't just tell you if there is a problem, they show photos of your vehicle's issues. Matt and Mr. Eddie are so easy to work with and both are really such genuinely nice people. Their prices are fair and I will continue to give them my business.

Another Update: My wife's 2015 Pilot needed brake work, i.e., a Master Cylinder Replacement. The Master Cylinder was replaced new in 2020. Glenn replaced it and also gave me a little discount on the part since it was only three,years old. Glenn continues and strives to "do the right thing" by helping vehicle owners in this very uncertain time. Thank you Glenn and company. Please continue to "do the right thing".Update: Glenn called me, and we spoke for a few good minutes. Glenn is really trying. He hired a new mechanic with over 20 years' experience and Glenn said, "I want to make this right." That was all I needed was reassurance that the job will be completed and done right.
