Quick and efficient. Got all 4 tires replaced on my car and everyone I encountered was nice and professional. They even asked if I wanted to replace the spare since because it was old, it could put my safety at risk. Thank you to all the workers here

For the second time now, I ve been so pleased with the service and help we have received here. Their prices are fair, and their employees have been very helpful. I ve enjoyed watching them interact so positively with all the different customers that have come in the last hour. They have taken their time with each of them and genuinely seem to care to help them in the best and quickest way possible. Lastly, their waiting area has relaxing music, and is kept nice and clean.

They took good care of me. Reason for 4 stars is the tires I had ordered did not come in. And instead of telling me I wasted a lot of time going to the shop only to have to return later. Would have been nice to know ahead of time I needed to delay the apt before I left the house.

Danny and ryne helped me out on 4/5/24, I had picked up a set of tires from a competitor across the street that rhymes with Rep Toys told me their tire machine was only for bigger wheels and tires and not low profile tires. Just pure laziness from Rep Toys . Danny and Ryne were able to fit me into the bay the same hour I called and had me out within another hour. I will always come back here to get tire work done from now on. Thanks again Danny and Ryne, y all made my day.

BEST place to get tires. Everybody here is always VERY helpful. I came in late the other day after purchasing my first car and needed new tires put on, and they didn t even make me feel bad about coming in late which they definitely had the right to do. They even offered to give me a discount when I come back to fix my tire pressure sensors. My mom, friends, acquaintances, we all come here because it is simply the best. I can t speak for other locations, but I would assume they re good as well. You truly don t want to go anywhere else for tire related issues.

Came to the Lilburn location to have a new tire mounted to replace a flat and they were AMAZING. Took less time than they said it would (about 25 mins total), and they ended up saving us a lot of money since their mounting and patch service is free. Every staff member I encountered was extremely pleasant and very helpful. Their service went beyond my expectations!!!!!!

New 2022 Ford maverick truck. I have worked with the guys here at this particular discount tire for a few years now and they ve always been solid. This truck is a new model and I am so glad I stopped by and talked to Sam who called the wheel manufactures and Ford to make sure that the bolt patterns would match up correctly. The truck looks great and I am super happy with the team at this location on Lawrenceville highway. Thanks guys appreciate everything you do! Thanks Sam!

I've purchased tires and rims many times here but I went to price for my 2500 Denali they were the highest of 4 places by far this was same set up at each locationsI guess they get pd a commission but they lost a long time customer that spent alot of money at that location oh well it happensTyRonnie Eades

The staff is helpful and I didn t feel like they were upselling me. They just added to the bill what I ask them for. The waiting area is just a place with some chairs, magazines and free wifi. They have complementary cold waters too. Their service was a little bit slow but in our case was slower because they messed up what they were supposed to do to my car, but they explained the error, fixed it and apologized for the extended wait time.

their dedication to customer service is great I got my rims and my tires here if you guys buy new tires make sure to get the warranty it's well worth it I'm on my third set of tires from them. They carry all the famous and well-known brand and some budget-friendly Brands as well EDIT: I will never ever buy my tires from anywhere else but here. I have never received the level of service and respect as I have from when I was dealing with Brandon who I believe is the sales manager. He exemplifies the phrase "Above and Beyond' he gave me options I didn't even know discount tires offered and was very fair. My Michelin tires ran out well before warranty within 2 years. I went there and he put me in some better brand new Michelins with extra road hazard warranty and lifetime free balance and rotation. The best part about it is when all was said and done. they paid me 7.13$ after they did all the work. keep in mind guys this was 2 YEARS LATER. They did all that and PAID ME. with this most recent deal I realized he was purchasing something from me... and that is a lifetime of business from me and everyone of my family and friends who I've been able to relay my story too. no one has heard of this level of customer service and satisfaction from anywhere. Thank you Brandon and the team at Discount tires for buying a customer for life. Ill see you guys for my next set.

This has to be one of the greatest places ever invented...You pull....They give you free air....In every tire that needs it....It gives a signal when it's at the right amount...They send you on your way....I always give them a tip, though!!!

I am a Discount Tire customer for life. I'm sure all of their locations are excellent, but I am exceptionally fond of the lilburn location on Lawrencecille Hwy. Marcus and Danny ROCK! Exceptional customer service, every time. Many people aren't aware but Tires Plus will attempt to repair your flat for free, as well as check and adjust your air, for free no matter where you bought your tires. Why you say? Because they are a Christian company who genuinely cares about peoples safety. They have fixed multiples flats for me, regardless of where I bought the tires and now, I only see them for anything related to my tires. In this particular instance, I hit a massive pothole that not only ripped a huge hole in my tire, but also damaged and bent the inside of the rim. As you can see, the end result is pretty awesome. Thank you Discount Tire for continuing to be an exceptional company that genuinely cares about people.

Customer Service is always nice, however every time an appointment is made I'm always just sitting around waiting. It would be nice to be able to make an appointment and not still have to wait an hour to be serviced.

I went to Discount tire to rotate my tires, and the tech didn't want to rotate them even though the front tires had enough tread. But after insisting, they ended up rotating them. Overall, they were quick and did a great job.This is the best place to buy tires for me.

This store replaced one of the tires of my car, time to evaluate the old one was around 2 hrs just to tell me it was bad (what i already knew) so it had to be replaced it, they replaced it but waiting time was ridiculous a long, my experience in other locations been totally different

It is sad that I went here to get a nail out of my tire and got home with a flat tire. I called and a gentleman whose name is Ty Craig ensured me that someone would call. This never happened. Sitting here waiting for a response. Imagine if I was on the highway with this worthless tire. My children would have gotten hurt. You are thieves. It s really sad. I will never ever purchase a tire from this business again. Bought four tires from here. You deserve zero stars.

I went to Mavis to purchase my set of new tires last year but I wish I would ve came here instead.I went about two days ago needing one tire changed and the whole experience was amazing. Polite employees and the entire process was quick.Overall, it was better than what I experienced at Mavis.

Love this store and location. Thank you Sam and Robert for being understanding and supportive of my needs. They did an amazing job fixing my Flat with no charge, when my own dealership was going to charge me a fee. I appreciate your honesty and Sam your Customer Service Skill is amazing. Amazing service writers. Bought 4 new tires Saturday for my mom's Rav4. Was in and out in no time and the price of the tires was unbeatable. I'll be returning when I need tires on my Mustang.

Excellent service always from this location. Recently, I had a flat tire and they didn't have a replacement in stock so I left the tire with them and came back to get it later in the day. When I arrived for the install, one of the managers installed it in less than 10 minutes and put away the spare in our minivan. A few weeks ago, we pulled up for a tire pressure check and the nice helpful person who came out checked our tread depth after he put in air. It was a very quick way to verify that we needed new tires. I went home and was able to book an appointment later in the day with an online discount.

Excellent experience this morning. In and out in less than 30 minutes with two new tires. Ask for Ryan - very friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Did not try and upsell. Definitely recommend!!

I am very disappointed. I got an appointment at 1 pm to check my two front tires and rotate the tires and they told me it is for free. I went there and handed the key and the guy came back and said the front two tires are bad and he can't service me with anything. I said what are you talking about, I bought them from less than a year ago . He took me out to show me and he didn't show me anything wrong but he says it is. I took the car to Mavis and they showed me the tires and they look brand new. Mavis is going to do enrything for free for me now.Hay be honest next time you don't have to sell tires to someone who has still brand new tires!
