Got 2 New Front Tires for a fair price. The staff was courteous and professional. This was not my first visit. I've been using this location for 4+ years now.

Discount Tire's service was fantastic! Everyone I interacted with was professional and helpful. Another service center told me my flat tire couldn't be repaired, but Discount Tire was able to fix it for free! They provided excellent service, and I will definitely be going back to them for all my future tire needs.

Overall great customer service. They scratched all 4 of my wheels, but they offered and paid to repair all of them using a professional service. Wouldn t recommend if you have fresh/new wheels. Thank you for making it right, 4/5 stars.

Only needed to replace rear tires due to a sidewall puncture, but I was in an out in less than 20 mins. I am picky when it comes to my cars and the staff always makes me confident the job will be done right, just how I want it.

Nothing less than five stars. I had a leak in my tire; called and it was good customer service over the phone and upon arrival. The rep took the time to explain why it could not be patched. From the time of my appointment, I was in and out in under 30 minutes. This was my first time here and I would definitely recommend this location.

If you're in need of a new set of tires, Discount Tire is a great place to go. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they offer a tire protection plan in case you run into any problems down the road. I had a slow leak in one of my tires after running over a metal bar, but luckily I was covered by the tire protection plan. They were able to get me in and out within a couple of hours, which was great. The only downsides are that they tend to overinflate the tires above the suggested PSI, and I was missing my valve cap when I left. Overall, though, it's a great place for new tires.

I came here to get my tires rotated and balanced and I had a great experience. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was helped right away. I made it to my appointment about 10 minutes early. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. They were able to get my car done in about 30 minutes. The gentleman who checked out my car was also very nice and had a smile on his face. Definitely coming back again!

Angel was incredibly rude by approaching my vehicle when he pulled out of a parking spot almost hitting me when I entered in (essentially we both were in motion at the same time). I went in to speak to a manager Joseph who suggested I was speeding in the parking lot. I can get having your employees back and I m not a person to cause conflict but customer service doesn t seem to be a thing here. Per the law I had the right of way entering in and it just seemed like when I entered he was rushing out of his parking spot in which could ve caused a collision, I simply beeped as a courtesy so we both can avoid any issue. When I got in line for air Angel decided to walk over to tell me I was speeding and should slow down, when that wasn t the case I literally have a dash cam that shows otherwise. I don t appreciate the basics of resolving a issue with the manager Joseph placing blame on myself it s disgusting and inappropriate. I ve worked in customer service for years and I ve given business for years to this establishment and definitely won t comeback to give my hard earn money here. Do better, approaching me was highly unnecessary and wasn t customer service friendly whatsoever and Angel left when I was waiting for air in which I waited 10 minutes to get I have the time stamp for that as well. Yes, have your employees backs but there are ways to approach things so do better.

Terrible customer service walk, then stood there. Nobody said anything to me walked out, went down the street to the tire place. Great customer service I would recommend.

The worst place to buy a set of tires. I bought a brand new set of tires last year 2022 which come with free tire rotation for the life of the tire. I go to get them rotated today 2023 and I get a bunch of bologna from the manager why they couldn't do it. I wish I could get my money back buy from them at your own risk

I would say that this is rated this because the employees are very friendly and very nice. The downfall of this is the time, I have been here two times in the past six months and every time I have waited 4+ hours to get my tires rotated when it should take only an hour.

Used to be a huge fan of this place but I'm switching to a different service. I bought some pricey tires for my vehicle from this store, paid the extra for insurance, and after 8 months the tires are spent. Less than 2/32ndths tread left. The store offered no credit for the tires despite the fact that I hadn't come close to the mileage warranty. Can't justify using these guys again.

They were great! Answered all my questions and took care of both of my vehicles in one day. I did make an appointment, which I highly recommend to save some time, but they took the time to explain anything anyone had questions about and a bonus that played with my dog.

I pulled through to get my air checked in my tires because I had a warning light. The gentleman who helped me was very nice and told me what to do in case it gets low again. I've been to two locations to have my tires checked and they are always nice and it's an excellent service.

Today will make 4th trip to discount tire in a month. I went in originally to fix a leak in my tire. When I went in my sensor light was not on. When they so called fixed my tire my sensor light was on and flashing. I immediately went back in and was told my tires need to recalibrate it never went off. I went back a few days later and was told my tires was over inflated or it could be the weather somehow they got the sensor light off without checking the actual sensor. Two days later sensor light start flashing again. 3rd time when I went they claim it was a sensor issue on a tire I didn't have serviced never discuss this tire never had an issue. So now almost a month later my sensor light is still on. Two companies have told me to go back to discount tires because my sensor could be damaged. It's like they are not understanding my light was not on going in. My sensor light never flashed until after I brought it too discount tires

I normally have good experiences with the company, but today I came in to see why the tire on my new car is leaking and was told it needs replacing as well as another tire in the back. I made an appointment for later in the day and was quoted a price and estimated time.When I returned I was told I d have to pay almost 5x s what I was told this morning for half of the work I was promised by the same person who quoted me and that it would take twice as long. I was essentially bait & switched and have received no recompense for this completely avoidable situation.Again, until now I ve had no issues with the company as a whole, but wouldn t recommend this specific location.

At first I was annoyed and Thought the Customer service person wasn't trying to give me the discounted tire they initially said they were looking for. These guys were so professional had every customer in ad out ad I had to apologize waking up to a shredded tire wasn't fun but neither is assuming everyone is out to get you. ____ remained professional and I apologized. He allowed me to walk back and check the tire rack. Very clean establishment very professional seriously not like a typical shop. Would easily refer anyone here. Thanks for the empathy guys and the speedy service ya'll are awesome. They were also crunched for time and closed early this day so I was really appreciative I even was able to get in.Joseph

Had a flat, came here via appointment, and I was here maybe....7 or 8 minutes and I am rolling out. Extremely fast service and extraordinary customer service. ALSO, I have the warranty on the tire I bought and guess what.....FREE TIRE!!! THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST

Patched up my new Michelin Tire for no cost, tire only had about 2000 miles on it & caught a nail in the road. Will definitely be coming back when it s time to upgrade.

I ve been coming here for all of my tire necessities for the past two years, and I ve never been disappointed. I mostly come here for the complementary tire pressure checks and I appreciate the fast and efficient service. Tyreece was especially great today & I appreciate the great customer service.
