I recently had an extremely unpleasant experience at DP Body Shop. The owner was incredibly rude and unprofessional, making me feel like a nuisance for even bringing my car in for repair. Unfortunately, my poor treatment was just the beginning of my troubles.When I picked up my car after the repairs were completed, I discovered that not only had the original damage not been completely fixed, but the shop had also created new damage to my car. To top it off, my windshield was cracked in multiple places, which was definitely not the case when I dropped off my car.When I tried to speak to the owner about these issues, he was dismissive and uninterested in making things right. It was obvious that he didn't care about my car or my satisfaction as a customer. I left the shop feeling frustrated and disappointed, knowing that I had wasted my time and money on shoddy work and terrible customer service.I strongly recommend avoiding DP Body Shop at all costs. The owner's rude and dismissive behavior, coupled with the terrible work done on my car, made for an incredibly unpleasant experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone. Save yourself the trouble and take your car elsewhere for repairs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Bumper my daughters side doors. They were both professional and detailed in doing the repairs. The price was very reasonable. My daughter was very surprised with how it came out, seeing as how the dents were so close to the door handle.

I needed my rear passenger door repair. D&P Auto did an awesome job. I give 5 stars for the repair, but this company needs improvement in communication. Once this has been improved, this company will be the best ever.

This was my 2nd time bringing my vehicle to D & P. This time was very frustrating because of the insurance company. Dave told me to relax and he would handle the insurance company for me. I am so grateful he stayed on top of the Insurance company and we received more money for my vehicle than what was quoted originally to make sure it was repaired PROPERLY. Dave was ALWAYS available when I called with questions and put me at ease. I refereed my neighbor and he thanks me all the time for referring him to D & P. As long as D & P are in business I will take my vehicle them-a shop I can TRUST. I love the the work that was done. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone because they will be very pleased.

I brought my Nissan 370Z here about 4-5 years ago and did not have a good experience because of the communication between the insurance company and the shop. It took forever to get my car fixed and released and I was not a happy camper. Fast forward to today, my trunk would not close so my fiance took it to D&P to have it fixed. The communication was good and it was fixed in a timely fashion and was reasonably priced.Second chances can result in positive experiences. Thanks Dave! :)

I was looking for a body shop that could repaint my rear fender. Everywhere I went the prices were outrageous, that s when I found D & P Auto. That customer care and the entire experience here at the shop was excellent along with it being affordable. I would definitely recommend you to visit them and let them take a look at what you need!

Dave the owner was extremely rude he quoted one week for my Jeep and it turned into two weeks. He added on 1400 dollars worth of addition parts and labor then yelled at me and my appraiser about sending invoices for the parts. He then declared that he would hold my truck hostage until the insurance company guaranteed payment.When I arrived to pick up the truck Dave would not allow me to fully inspect the truck prior to payment ( which I had already done) my son had to intervene in order for me to complete the inspection.After viewing the truck fully I found parts that had not been replaced Dave proceeded to cuss me and yell at me that the parts were fine and didnt need to be replaced, but he had charged me for their replacement, after he reviewed the appraisal and found the part was indeed included he offered me a refund. Keep in mind these are only parts that I can see I believe Dave didnot complete work as requested uses used parts instead of new and has comitted fraud against my insurance company. U have filex a complaint. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SHOP

I had a bad experience in this place, I took my car to an estimate so they could check if it could be fixed, they gave it up for total loss, my car was only there for three days while my insurance was on it, but when they went to pick up my car, He cheated and charged them 21 days. I am seeking advice on why I am being blatantly cheated and more so in times when there is not much work for Covid.This fraud can not go unpunished I have all the evidence in my favor and this man was upset why I went to explain and very cheeky told me the insurance was going to pay and who will pay the insurance? I will and the robbery.

Took my truck to this shop and I must say they did a fabulous job. Customer service was amazing. I would recommend D & P to anyone that would need an auto body shop.

The worst experience I ve ever had they painted my car spoke with David to do me some extra work when I went back nothing was done of course he made me pay before I even get the chance to look at my car, When I tried talking to him about it his attitude changed don t trust this guy

Bad service, blatant theft, these people charged my girlfriend's insurance $1000 just for an estimate, which they did nothing but steal Mal servicio, un robo descarado, estas personas le cobraron a la aseguranza de mi novia $1000 solo por un estimado , lo cual no hicieron nada m�s que robar
