I first became acquainted with Jonathan around 20 years ago on the 560SEC forums. Whenever someone had a question nobody could answer, the consensus was ask Jonathan, he will know . He always did. I recently bought a 2009 CL600 only from photos and had it sent straight to Jonathan from the MB dealer to perform a complete inspection and make all needed repairs. I knew a car like this needed somebody who would critically evaluate it from bumper to bumper so when l received the car it would be trouble free. Over the next 6 weeks he identified all issues, even those due to poor workmanship from previous mechanics, and sent me photos so l could see for myself everything he saw. Needed repairs were extensive as the previous owners left a lot for the next owner (lucky me to inherit all of them) and Jonathan kept me informed throughout the entire process. Blue Ridge delivered 100%.

This Mercedes Shop has so much knowledge all under one roof. If you are looking for a specialist for your classic Benz, go see Blue Ridge MB 1st. Jonathan is a wealth of knowledge and he can get your classic Benz running like brand new. We are so happy with our 90 MB 560 SEL. Searched ATL far and wide for a thorough MB/AMG specialist at reasonable rates; this is it (who knew they were so rare). They properly diagnosed the issues causing the tiny-vibrations in my S211 E63 after having two shops frustratingly tell me that the car "drives perfectly as it should" (utter BS). Great patience and rigor in properly diagnosing issues rather than just replacing worn parts. Besides mechanical work, they also wired my aftermarket head unit and backup-cam.It's clear the moment you step into the shop that it's run by real enthusiasts that live and breathe MB/AMG (just look at the photos and Jonathan's blue 1 of 1 Hammer wagon). Jonathan and his team are the go to place for all OEM or aftermarket MB/AMG needs with tons of experience. It appears to be a one-man mom & pop shop - extremely unprofessional. He must have been called a liar a lot. I complained about the sloppy (and simple) job. He said it's the part, and I said it's obviously an installation problem. He suddenly went ballistic: "are you calling me a liar'! Really? I felt a psychopath tried to intimidate me! Evidently he has been called a liar often! The shop is so unprofessional that they don't give you any paper to prove that you leave a car there. I said that I will give him a very 'good' feedback. He said he doesn't care. That says it all!

With an old Mercedes that I'm steadily trying to perfect, I've gotten to know this shop over the last year. Jonathan and Paul are who I usually work with and both have been excellent. You can tell there's a passion in the shop for the work they do and the cars they work on. Jonathan is extremely knowledgeable about these cars and gracious enough to provide thoughts on projects that I attempt to DIY. Communication is great- the published office number is a direct line to the owner and he's always friendly to talk to. For work in the shop, everything I've experienced has been top notch. It's obvious they prefer to fix jobs correctly, not just easily. When it comes to my vehicle, that's what I want to see with an independent shop. Highly recommended.

If your Mercedes Benz isn't under warranty, BlueRidge is the only place you should take your car.Jonathon and his crew are the best with every model from 1950 to the present. Not only do they service your modern car, they'll restore your vintage one as well.I've had Jonathon work on my cars exclusively for the last 15 years or so, and always will.Even if you're still under warranty, they can do many services for you and keep your warranty.Blue Ridge maintains all of my Mercedes Benz automobiles, and a couple of other German toys as well.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Oil change

Jonathan and his team are literally the best AMG guys in the country and you will not find better Mercedes Benz technicians. I had a collector car shipped to them, I had not done business with them before this. Jonathan is incredibly knowledgable, creative, smart, super high quality of work, they care, great communication, attention to detail is fantastic. After they were done the car looked and ran like it had just come off the showroom floor when new. When is the last time you had someone exceed your expectations? If it has been a long time (and it probably has), send your car to Jonathan!

Jonathan is the Best mechanic I have ever dealt with. I try to do all of my own maintenance but some things are over my head. Over the years I have taken a 1990 300E, 2003 AMG C32, 1998 E320 and a 1996 C280 with various issues and he aced all of them at incredibly reasonable rates. As an added note, the shop is 55 miles from me but I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Best Mercedes Mechanic in Georgia. This is how a shop should be run. Jonathan genuinely cares about the car like it was his own and take care of what needs to be done correctly without taking any short cuts. He is honest with you about what it will take and does great work.. You will not be disappointed.

We are new to the area and took our car to the local dealership. Our Mercedes had about 100,000 miles on it so we knew we needed some maintenance work done. When we got the quote we felt it was much higher than normal according to the internet. We decided to take it to Blue Ridge after doing a Google map search. It was so easy and much less expensive. What a unique operation they have to cater to Mercedes owners. We got great service and beyond expectations on communications. It was so easy to email what we needed and they kept us posted with pictures on what they were repairing and why. We will keep our service with them as they seem to be dedicated and passionate about keeping our car running another 10 years. Thanks for your help!

Came in for a service B after shopping around prices. Great shop. Nice waiting lobby and shop cat! Jonathan was very informative and knows what he is doing. They obviously work on all era of Mercedes. I was impressed. I'll be back

Nice shop, good experience. Got my issue addressed on a W210 repaired, plus some added maintenance and a once over of the car. I could not be happier with the visit, exactly what I wanted to get achieved. Super! I am on my 4th Mercedes-Benz automobile and have worked with three other master mechanics / shops + a dealership. Blue Ridge Mercedes ranks at the top, right with the old guy master mechanic, except his shop does many euro-cars so it takes a lot more time to get things done. Very happy with productive visit to Blue Ridge Mercedes and to have this shop as a resource. That's a solid 5 stars! #1 Go-to Mercedes-Benz shop in the Atlanta area.

Wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicle. Jonathan and his crew are top notch! Very informative and professional. Always willing to answer any question I have without hesitation. Any time I have called or emailed I get an answer or reply back the same day. Very nice and comfortable waiting area that makes business with these guys a breeze!

Integrity. A word that can be used to describe only a handful of businesses in this industry. Needless to say, Blue Ridge MB is one of those businesses. Even before my car got to the shop, just speaking with Jonathan put me at ease and I said... "I don't want my car to go anywhere else." I was SOLD. I booked the tow truck and had it delivered immediately. The folks at Blue Ridge MB are soooooooo knowledgeable and informative it's incredible. I cannot wait to have more work done just for the experience. Thanks Guys!

The best there is, full stop. I only have first-hand experience with their work on the 123 and 124 chassis, and there isn't a better shop anywhere. You'll get someone who works on your car like it is HIS car. No shortcuts, no copycat parts, no inferior fluids, no inflated labor costs, and no crazy parts mark-ups. Exceptionally fair pricing makes this the best value shop you can find, no question.
