Stopped by due to headlight issues, was greeted by great staff and attended right away. Adil went out of his way to help me install them and try to figure out some loose wiring. Due to other issues we couldn t get them to work 100%, but my car was still safe enough to drive. As a female, just trying to make it safely home late at night in an unknown area I can t thank him enough!

My family has always gone to AutoZone for battery replacements and installation and recommended them to me. I have an older vehicle, a 2005 Toyota Camry, that suddenly stopped working on account of the old battery giving out. I found the staff courteous and at least initially the installation process streamlined. I sat in my car as they installed the new battery.However, after about a week, my car suddenly stopped working again despite the new battery being installed, and after looking, I saw (1) one of the terminal connections had already come off despite being tightened all the way and (2) the battery was missing its hold down bracket that was there the day the new battery was installed. I went to AutoZone again and, while the staff was courteous, they were pretty unhelpful in providing solutions to the issue.For the terminal connection, they sold me a new terminal (~$5) and said to go to a mechanic to have it installed, but after buying and evaluating it at home, I found it was not even compatible with my car's setup. For the hold down kit that they originally failed to reinstall, they gave me a free, generic replacement (~$8) that I also brought home and quickly realized it was not compatible with my car.After doing a few minutes worth of research, it turns out a compatible hold down kit is not sold by AutoZone and so they said there is nothing they could do; getting a new one was $62 from the Toyota dealership, an expense I had no choice but to pay. Furthermore, the terminal issue stemmed from the connection, having been stretched and deformed over the years from previous batteries, being slightly larger in diameter than the battery terminal was. This is apparently very common in older cars, and the solution: cap the terminal with a battery shim to increase the terminal diameter. These shims, which AutoZone sells for ~$4 in their stores, was an easy fix and something I did at home in about 10 minutes, but it was not offered as a solution in my conversations with them.In summary, I found AutoZone staff to be pretty unhelpful in addressing the terminal issue that I, a non-mechanic, was able to fix after just a few minutes of research. I also have frustrations with AutoZone losing the battery hold down for my car from neglecting to reinstall it initially. Will it keep me from being a customer in the future? No, but next time I will be sure to more closely monitor the installation process.

The crew was absolutely amazing. My father went in early to get a new battery for my car. The owner himself changed it while the car was running in order to save all my presets in my car. 10/10 would recommend for their friendliness and willing to go above and beyond! I came in today to get my battery checked. Amar went above and beyond to test my battery, clean the terminals and install a new battery. He also tested my charging system to ensure that my alternator ans starter were working. 10/10 customer service.

Amar and Adil were amazing! Out of 10 they were 100. They are above and beyond customer service! I had issues with my car and they took their time and were patience because my car was complicated. I can t recommend this location enough! Super friendly and fast service!

Employee couldn t test my battery Becuase he said he needs the car off to do so. Which I understand. Said I can t turn it back on if you do. I asked he doesn t have a jump starter. He said no. How y all offer free battery testing and replacement and couldn t do any of those? I went to pep boys and they got it all straighten now. This is the worst autozone I ever been too

Horrible store that engages in price gouging. I have a receipt showing they are supposed to give a radiator $82.99, but instead they tried to charge me $174.00!

Ordered an exhaust manifold for my jeep, the gaskets were supposed to be included with the manifold and when I opened the box the gaskets were not there, upon taking the manifold back there were no other manifolds available at any stores. Only options I was given were to return the manifold which I needed due to there being no other options in the state or I was told to purchase a gasket. Quality control is not there at this location, only reason for two stars is the employee was as helpful as he could be, asked for the manager to speak to them and they didn t show. I m very upset with my experience here.

I love the fact that the main stor stays open late!It's always full, so they just need to do more to keep the line moving! for the commercial side...Commercial is always great!!!

I needed a new battery put into my car, and AI mar, the Assistant Store Manager, jumped in and saved the day. He was knowledgeable, polite, and even drove across the street to complete the job. This will be my go to Autozone from here on out. He went over and beyond.Thank you Amar!

I was told by Randy the part I needed was not in stock even though it showed online it was in stock. I go to another location the next day and they tell me they would have to order the part from this location. Needless to say Randy either did not check for the part or needs prescription glasses.

Thank You Arlen for your help. AZ diagnosed and replaced my battery, saved me time and money. I previously stopped at one of the other auto stores and they incorrectly diagnosed the issue. Something told me to try this store and i'm glad I did. Thank You Arlen for your help.

Strike One, Inexperience Staff.Strike Two, Rental tools? A joke. Slide hammer bearing puller, vacuum packed and inspect by their staff, only the slide and zero attachments.Strike Three, Long wait times. Never saw more than 2 registers open. 30 minute minimum line.This makes my third trip trying to get the right parts and tools.No WITTIDJR.

This AutoZone is open 24 hours. It has a large parking lot and extra parking on the left side of the building. A key making machine, the same FREE services at other AutoZone s like check engine light, tool rental etc. Although there were several employees around the registers an immediate greeting wasn t given. Thankful by the time I got to the end of the store Mr. JUSTIN a manager who was stocking the shelves with product greeted me with a warm welcome asking if he could help me find something. If you need a new battery with a good warranty and FREE installation come to AutoZone. If you need windshield wiper blades and FREE installation or even a headlight or brake light this is the place to come. Reminder, like the sign says.... AutoZone is hiring!

Came here to have a battery put in for my mom s cord edge 2015, I don t know anything about cars and the guy Rod that that works here was very kind and patient and help me! I brought the battery and he installed it within a good time frame! Thank you Rod I appreciate it
