Kenneth really needs to learn better customer service towards women. I ve been to this location multiple times, and he s always so condescending and rude! His behavior during my last visit was unacceptable. Not only did he laugh at me, but he also carelessly gave me the wrong box of parts that didn't fit my car, despite me giving him the exact part number. The other employees are great, but he s terrible. Not returning to this AutoZone.

Needed full synthetic and long life oil filter. STP had a deal, buy both, get a discount. The employees are always busy looking up more extensive parts for customers. I understand, that's why I'm happy they' added a self checkout counter. Got my stuff, cashed out, no waiting in line.

Romash was very helpful with the battery and tire help that I needed. There was an associate in the store that help with my needs. Everyone seems very knowledgeable. The place is busy, but they have alot of staff to assist.

Julien and Brandon deserve a promotion, raise, a big fat bonus and everything else. They both went above and beyond to help change a brake light for me that was completely fused and melted into the socket. Not only did Julien first make sure which light needed to be changed out, because somehow police officers just assume we are to know that our tail light / brake light is out, I went straight to auto zone right away. Julien and Brandon spent a good hour out in the rain prying out this old bulb that was rusted, melted and fused to the socket. After being completely soaked from the cold, freezing rain, they got it out and replaced the bulb and made sure it was working. I can t thank them both enough for everything. God bless them, thank you thank you soo much!!

If I could give 0 I would the store manager is lazy doesn't do his Job and refuses to give the area or district managers number bc he knows he will get into trouble send this dude back to wherever he came from bc no manners and definitely no work ethics and sadly rude to customers and thinks he is the shi* when in reality he is shi* on the bottom of our shoes.

JayG gave me great, fast service with windshield wiper replacement!! Pointed out how to determine wear and importance of replacing both blades. I'm very thankful because as he installed the old passenger blade broke as he lifted. Could have happened on highway in rain.

I walked in this location as two female employees were talking to each other. They both saw me enter and made eye contact, but they continued their conversation. Finally after I walked over to them I was greeted. When I called before I arrived a male employee helped me after first telling me he didn t have the part, but I knew it was there on hold for me. He decided to go physically check after I told him it was at this location. He did have my part waiting at the front for me when I arrived, THANK you for that. Customer service wasn t the best. Maybe next time.

Useless employees came in for a radiator hose lady spent 10mins finding just to come back and say she couldn t find it yet she didn t know what was a radiator hose then the manager just agreed and didn t even try to find it when it said online 3 in stock been here before and stock online has always been correct

Alex, the manager and his crew are very knowledgeable. If they don't have an answer to help you they will find someone who can help.They welcome all veterans with a very nice 10% off of most every item.

I just went to this branch a few minutes ago because my engine light came on. Tiffany was the one who assisted me. She was awesome!!! Thank you so much Tiffany & also to the other staff (I didn't get his name, who also gave me car advice )

I went there to change my battery , but their body language & attitude disheartened me . Very bad experience received from the staff. I think Autozone change that type of employees asap.

The attendant was very helpful after another had me waiting outside and didn't return. He did want to do the job because he thought it would take too long. Carlos Rodriguez put my new battery in place in no time. He informed me that the guy that kept me waiting was new, but that doesn't give him the reason not to give good service.

I have gone to this location several times and they were very helpful and had no problem with changing a brake light or battery but tonight was the worst Pablo is what he said his name was; was very short with us and not helpful at all we needed one of our brake lights replaced and he said we don t do that anymore; anything else is what he said as his way of telling me are you done. I will never go there again. I even called another autozone to see if that s something they stopped and the lady who answered said that they still help. So of course I took it personally. Pablo needs to get trained on good customer service and empathy.

Had to visit this store today to get my CHECK ENGINE" sign checked..I couldn t use the reader properly myself... Carlos was very kind to help..He went extra mile. He checked it for me. He described everything. Then suggested something for temporary help too..I bought it..Thnx Carlos for ur superb customer service.Keep it up

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The customer service is horrible and the assistant manager is just as bad. The employees are a direct reflection of this. I asked politely if there was someone I could ask a small question and I was told no. I've never heard of a retail store telling a customer no one could answer a question about a product that they are selling. So I decided to call and speak with the general manager and happened to get the assistant manager. He wouldn't even let me speak about my experience before he started cutting me off and making excuses. His excuse for bad customer service was that they service over 500 stores from that location and a lot of the employees don't know anything about the products. Wait a minute? So basically they just hire people to fill up space and don't train them on the things that are being sold. POOR EXCUSE! He needs to change his occupation and Roy as the general manager needs to step in and ensure his employees are properly trained. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I will be contacting the general and regional managers.

The young man that assisted us with my daughters headlight replacement was amazing! He did everything I could've expected and more! Fantastic customer service. If you need auto parts in the lilburn area, this location is worth the drive. Thank you for providing a level of customer service that is hard to find these days! I wish i could remember his name so I could make the regional manager aware of the gem he or she had at this store!

My Rouge was starting to take longer to start thus I knew I needed a new battery so I swung by Autozone. The customer rep, Chris Ramirez, was friendly and super helpful. He took out my old battery and installed the new one. I was there maybe 10 minutes tops. That 10 minutes has saved me from worrying about getting stuck some place once the battery finally bit the dust. Kudos!

Excellent service!! First time there was a problem in my car battery and second time I wanted suggestions for a good cleaning material for my car. A worker name chris helped me..he was patient and very professional . Love the service!

Joseph was extremely helpful! He personally helped me with 3 or 4 different items: Sea foam, tire pressure gauge, oil and filter (special), and car freshener. He walked me to the items and explained them. He was very knowledgeable! I am certain he will be a manager soon. Thank you!

I want to say this is on of the Best Auto Zone s I have been to . Customer service is above and beyond what you expect (Every) time I go here.Larry Weathers put in a new battery for me today. I asked his manager for his name. I told the manager he was extremely helpful and was exceptional customer service.Thank You, this Location is Amazing!!I notice a few different faces. You always have Great people here!I wish you could tell the higher ups to put in an awning for the area s you work on cars so that your not at the mercy of Mother Nature!
