Very professional, quick response and service. My wheel was wobbling due to a strut breaking. Was .6 miles away from Automotive Solutions LLC and I decided to give them a try to see if they could help me. And let me just say they exceeded my expectations. They somehow ordered my parts and had me out of the door within 30-45mins. Problem solved and they gave me a discount on the labor! Will see them again

This is a top tier company. The owner is extremely kind and was knowledgeable and honest about what needed to be done to my car and it got done in a great time frame. Pedro was also very nice and was great with communicating what was going on with my car while it was there. I am extremely grateful!

These guys did a fantastic job of repairing my vehicle. Really went out of their way to get my truck back to me in a timely fashion. They even assisted with getting my truck towed to their shop. Completely satisfied with the service and cost of repairs. I will be using their services again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone seeking to have their vehicle repaired. I actually used their services for the first time 2weeks ago. My catalytic converter went out, and I made an appointment to get it repaired. They actually got me the earliest appointment they could give me for the next day. I dropped my car off, and I let them know it was my only vehicle, and that I needed it for work. They diagnosed it, and told me exactly what it was. They told me the price (which was lower than what I was quoted from a popular auto parts place. They did not get the part when they expected to, and had to keep my car longer than they told me. I asked what could be done. They went out of their way to help me out with options, and even offered to comp me an Uber and drop my car off at my job when it was done!! WHO DOES THAT??! All in all, I would highly recommend them to anyone who is having issues with their vehicle. Their integrity and customer service is top notch, and a refreshing experience from what most other auto care providers are giving.Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic

They are always so good to us! We will never go to another shop! Aldo and his mechanic crew always go above and beyond in repairing our vehicles and in customer service and communication. They work very quickly and usually have the repair finished the same day the vehicle was received! They are always friendly. They get you in at your appointment time, or very close. They do great work and don t try to sell you other things you don t need. Their prices are at or better than anyone else s. Bottom line, they are honest and and they do great work. I don t go anywhere else with my car anymore.

As soon as we arrived, Aldo greeted us and got working on the truck right away. We had concerns about our brakes and a burning smell in the engine and by the time the truck was done, it felt brand new. They have great customer service and coffee in the waiting room! Super spacious, clean, and the tv is HUGE! The wait was short but comfortable. FIVE star service!Service: Brake service & repair

I have a 20 year old Lincoln Nav that is in great shape, relative low miles for its age, but had 2 windows that couldn't be closed entirely for the last few weeks. Took it to the dealer, and they talked about the difficulty in getting parts, etc. I let them handle a few minor items, but they never offered any solution to or time frame--let alone cost--for the window repair. With more and more rain happening in our area, I called the folks at Automotive Solutions and got the windows repaired in a few days at a reasonable cost. These guys are awesome.

What a great, efficient and professional experience I had today during my first service visit to Automotive Solutions! The owner, Aldo, is running a top-notch establishment. This establishment came as a referral. Upon my arrival, it was estimated to take awhile, but I didn t mind because of the nice accommodations in the customer waiting area. Service was completed ahead of schedule, so I decided to also get my oil changed. Five stars-plus. Keep up the great work . Wonderful supportive staff .friendly and helpful service with Pedro. I will definitely be returning when any car service /repair needs arise. If you are looking for efficient service and great car repair, look no further than Automotive Solutions! Shout out to AUTOMOTIVE SOLUTIONS!! They helped me out tremendously with my car I went to two different places just for a broken bolt in my exhaust manifold that everyone was charging me 600 and up to get out and fix the problem so when I came here I was feeling very discouraged and they looked at it and said 175 they could fix it for! I was shocked and extremely happy they got it out and fixed it in one day! AMAZING!! So thank you all that work there!! Also Pedro the front desk man for being so helpful and very kind and keeping me in the loop with the fixing process! You guys rock thank you again!

I had to get my engine changed and they were very kind in explaining everything to me. They also provide very affordable rates, which they were up front about (except for a credit card surcharge, be prepared for that!). They got my car in the day I wanted and finished work in a timely manner. Thank you Automotive Solutions, I will be back for my future car needs!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I actually looked on Yelp for auto repair after my daughter s car stopped in the area and had to be towed. I called and spoke with Pedro. His tone was so pleasant and he assured me they would run diagnostics and keep me informed. Once they had the car and diagnosed the issue, Pedro called and gave me details about what had to be done just to get it running. The engine needed to be replaced and that was no surprise considering the car was 20 years old and the maintenance wasn t kept up. At any rate, financing is available for major repairs with 6 months at no interest. Once the engine was replaced Pedro called to let me know of other repairs that were necessary. Overall, I really appreciated the communication, finance options, and timing of the repairs. The car was back on the road better than ever in a few days. My dad recommended me to them so i went in to get a serpentine belt and a new radiator. Despite it seeming like they were busy they managed to knock it out same day. Everyone gave great service from the front desk to the mechanics. Very friendly, explained clearly, prices arent bad, and their waiting room/house is top notch lol. I definitely recommend.

I highly recommend Automotive Solutions. This Repair shop has an excellent Customer Service and Friendly Environment. Technician explained all possible repairs and answered all my questions. Kept me Informed every step of the way explaining all needed Repairs and why. Repairs were completed successfully at an affordable price. It was like driving a new car and I'm thinking this is too good to be true. These are the Team of Experts you want working on your car. They are Fully Equipped and can carry out Basic and Complex Repair to all Vehicles. Two Thumbs up to the Team of Experts from Automotive Solutions Auto Repair. Excellent Job!!

I really liked the customer service until I paid for the work and found that I was dinged for a 3% service charge for paying with a card! I was not informed about the service charge prior to paying. If I had been informed or given payment options then I could have made the decision whether I wanted to pay the service charge or not. I felt duped ! The service charge was a large amount! The owner Aldo and the man that did the work were very informative! I appreciated that the work was done in a day and they took me home so I didn't have to sit in the waiting room. Price was better than dealership price for the same work before the service charge for using a credit card. When I called to inquire about the charge, the young man apologized for not telling me about the service but I had paid ! I was talking to them while they ran the card and their system went down and they had to reboot the card reader so I didn't look at the receipt. The owner told me what the cost was.

Love Automotive Solutions!! Their prices are good. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they guarantee No need to go anywhere else. They put a whole new air-conditioning unit in my car $500.00 cheaper than another auto shop wanted. The only reason I went to another shop was they advertised the best prices.
