ANDREW IS AMAZING! My experience with Apex was the best and highly recommend. My repairs was done before the estimate timeframe and Andrew made the process easy. I'm soo glad I was recommend to them from my warranty company. Now he's my permanent mechanic lol.

I cannot say enough positive things about Apex Automotive Group!! I unexpectedly shredded a tire late on Saturday afternoon on the way to a birthday party. I had my kids and elderly mom in the car. I was able to maneuver into their parking lot and the owner was so gracious and came right out to help us out!! I was forever grateful for Apex saving the day and giving us such amazing service in such a timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend their services!! Many thanks again to Apex Automotive Group!!!

I purchased the $160 package which included buffing, scratch removal and other items which I didn't receive. They scratched my windows and blamed me for the mishap. I dropped my car off at 7am. Picked it up at 12:30pm lunch time and only had basic wash and vacuum that I could've did myself with a $15 car wash. Do not use this service. Tywanna G. s Reviews1.0 star ratingStay clear and warn the others. I really feel taken advantage of and feel like I got scammed. I just bought a car from Carvana and this is one of the approved shops for repairs. This "Andrew" dragged the repairs so long. He has to be getting paid the longer the car stays. He is scamming the insurance and warranty companies. his communication is horrible. Every day for a week he had me thinking I was to pick up the car and came up with a new issue each time. It ended up a week later, he told me to pick up the car. I get there at 6:45pm after warning him I would be there in an hour. He's eating and chatting.He pulls the car out and says he is going to rinse it off. He preceded to get out of the car and open the hood and kept looking at the tires. then he tells me he is going to test the brakes!!!! Supposed the brakes were done since last Monday when "I took it in. This dude drives the car for like 5 in and then pulls is back around the building where I couldn't see. After 15 min I call him and he tells me he needs to bleed the brakes it'll be 20min. I told him it had been 30min. I sat patiently and at 8pm i had had enough. I walked in and went behind the desk and opened the door to the garage myself. This man says, I'm sorry we have an issue. I lost it!!! He was so nonchalant and not to mention he moves so slow. I walked out after telling him everything i had been holding in all week regarding him misleading me numerous times!!!I left at 8:20 pm-- I get a text a 10pm at night saying he now has fixed the brakes and he wants to bring the car to me. SHADY all the way. I still don't have any paperwork on what he "supposed fixed" on the car.

Took my car for needed detailing after traveling across multiple states in last several weeks. I had only 1 hour to spare for this before I headed back to the office but they did an awesome job giving my car TLC! They were very attentive , Professional and the lounge was clean and comfortable. Andrew is AMAZING!! When everyone tells you You Have To Go To The Dealership call Andrew at Apex! Not only did he get my car in and fixed he even worked with my difficult warranty company! So professional he even put on the TV for my kids while we waited! I'd gone way too long without getting my car detailed, I purchased the Mini Detail and they spent hours getting my car IMMACULATE. Everything, including the insides of the doors and trunk look brand new and my car is almost 4 years old. I will be back, thank you!

First and definitely not the last time to visit. The staff is friendly the shop is clean(including the bathroom ) You can tell everyone here takes pride with what they do and its appreciated:) My car was well taken care under their care.

This place has horrible and I mean horrible customer service. My sister visited here I was on the phone with her the whole time which they didn t know and heard EVERYTHING. They were so unprofessional from the time she got there. She had to greet them. She asked about a special they put out and she was told they would not honor it after she drove an hour to get the service. The guy told the person with the company who posted the ad to take that s**t down! They admitted it was their mistake but instead of trying to do right by the customer told her they would only wash the outside when the ad was for the higher wash that included several features inside and out. Other than that they offered nothing to help her or make it right. They don t respect women, peoples time, or care that my sister took over 2hours out her day to support this black business.

I'm buying a car from a dealer in the area but live out of town. I needed someone to look over the car and do a full inspection AND do a compression test. They were so accommodating and welcoming. They were also very responsive and thorough, even providing a video of the car, notating any imperfections. I couldn't ask for any more. Huge thank you to Andrew and the team at Apex.

The air conditioning wasnt working . I called and had an appointmet next day. 8AM 6/3 They staff was amazing sorry i dont have their name, The girl was awesome and so want the man that fixed it. Everytime I've used Apex the service is always beyond what you expect. The staff is always helpful & willing to go the extra mile.
