I bought a new battery for my BMW because Advance Auto now offers FREE registration of the battery, which is a necessary step for the vehicle, and something I really value!However, after getting the run around from other locations and even after 2 calls to customer service, I landed in this store, which was confirmed to have the necessary equipment to register my battery.Hooray!Well, after a quick chat with some members of the staff, I was told that it is not a service offered at this location, and I was promptly dismissed!Then Kristina saved the day!!! She went above and beyond to look for the equipment to be able to help me, and she spent almost an hour with me outside to get the job done while learning the process!I was very disheartened with my experience at Advance Auto until this angel of a person did what no one else wanted to help me with.Thank you, Kristina.She took my 1 star experience and made it nearly perfect!For that reason, I give 4 stars

TL;DR: Go to another location, the team at this store is shady.Why:I was recommended a product based on my make and model and when it didn t fit store employees refused to initially offer a refund. I asked for their return policy and the manager made an "exception" only after I insisted. I have never had an experience like that before.**Update**Looks like advanced auto parts corp team takes the feedback seriously. It is still my favorite place to buy parts, but I will skip this store in particular. Thanks to responsiveness I am adding a additional star but keeping this review up for others.

I recently visited this Auto Parts to swap out my battery, and I must say that the customer service was exceptional. The staff members were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with the battery replacement. Their expertise and willingness to assist made the process smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend this store for their outstanding service and knowledgeable staff. They made sure I left with a functioning battery, and I truly appreciate their excellent customer service. Romash is the best! He went above and beyond. I wasn t expecting him to change my tail light, but he did. Also, he is very knowledgeable when it comes to parts.

I went to this advance auto parts today and had the best experience. The manager Nayeli was so helpful and knowledgeable about cars and the products that they have in store. She was kind and explained what I needed for my car in the best way because I know nothing about cars. I will definitely be back whenever I need anything for my car!

I didn t know why my car wouldn t start correctly. Adam greeted me immediately, I explained the problem, he checked and gave me a thorough explanation, and resolved the issue. I was out in no time. Thank you!

Drove all the way from conyers to get grill retaining clips for 2000 chevy silverado which only takes 2 clips. They would only sell the whole box 25 clips.

I work at another advance down the street from that one but I called ealier they had the part and put their hand on it with a easy checkout to end it all off.

Muy satisfecha con la atenci�n que recib� en esta tienda advance auto parts #3965 en Lilburn , Georgia, s�per amables las chicas que me atendieron , muy buen servicio y sobre todo me solucionaron el problema en pocos minutos , gracias a ellas . Porque hab�a estado en la tienda que est� en pleasant hill y me enga�aron dici�ndome que no ten�an el tipo de bater�a que yo necesitaba y que ten�a que ir a otra y resulta que ten�an solo que no quer�an trabajar , muy decepcionada de la atenci�n al cliente.Por eso recomiendo que vayan a la de Lilburn , van recibir un servicio excepcional .

The service is very bad, they don't help you with anything, so if you need help with a problem that you get a check engine, it is the worst auto parts you go to.El servicio es muy malo no te ayudan en nada adi que si necesitan a yuda con algun problema de que te sale un cheking engine es la peor autoparts que acudas.
