I felt like a real person here. I wasn t bombarded with all the unnecessary stuff and I didn t feel pushed into making a decision. I contacted Krystal Williams at the Americus location on Friday about a car I was interested in to confirm the availability and let her know I would be stopping by on that Saturday. When I got there Saturday she already had the car pulled up to the front door. We test drove it. Went in and signed papers and I had a new car in all of about 2-3 hours. I highly recommend Finnicum just based on the ease of things and how everyone that I ve interacted with has been so helpful and understanding. I ve also used the service department in Leesburg for things like oil changes, battery problems and tire problems as well. Everyone in the service department seems knowledgeable and informative. It s really a comfortable experience every time I go. I will be back again and again for future service needs.

So thankful for Vikki, Tiffany and Holly for all their help! They stayed in contact with me to keep me updated throughout my whole service experience that was through the Nissan dealership. I bought a vehicle there about a 6 weeks ago. A month into my purchase the dashboard leather began to ripple and bubble up. I wasn't happy but knew I bought it as is. I left a review about my displeasure but was resigned to the fact that it was not their fault. Not long after the review they reached out and ask I get a quote so they get rectify the problem. Tiffany in the service department keep me informed and got it done. I was super happy the guys/ladies at Finnicum for financially taken care of my dashboard. It looks great and I appreciate the the customer service they provided. Thanks again Finnicum Motor Company!!!

Took my vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation. The staff was very professional and was attentive to my questions. The wait was not long at all, as they got my vehicle in to service quickly. I highly recommend Finnicum s service department. They are always pleasant and they do a good job. They truly care that you are satisfied with your service.
