Every time I go to this location I'm waiting and people are going In front of me. I go only for oil changes, but they will pull people in from the other side of the bay for extensive work while you're next up in line. The last time they worked on 3 cars that weren't originally in line. I said never again, but gave them another chanceToday, the guy was giving some sort of consult (no work being done, just talking to the driver) for over 30 minutes while I waited! I don't care what they do, but just COMMUNICATE that it will be a long wait so I can stop thinking I'm next and leave!

Came here for a quick oil change one afternoon and ended up waiting in line much longer than expected. Though it took a while, I was very satisfied with my service and the employees were all incredibly friendly and helpful. I plan to return here for future oil changes at a (hopefully) less busy time!

Was promised a 'locked-in' price by the management team before the newer crew, the girl is pretty nice but she up charged me by 30 bucks after I was promised to have locked-in pricing - got a headlight fixed and both of my lights went out the same night - so now I have a bigger problem. I won't be back and will be contacting corporate on Tuesday when business re-opens. At this point the trust has washed away and now I no longer trust these people.

Poor experience today. Really disappointing as a former employee to see how this location has gone downhill. First and foremost we waited for nearly an hour before being serviced.My main concern is that the employee began putting oil in my car without ever asking what kind of oil change I wanted. I could ve wanted a conventional oil change but they put full synthetic without ever asking. When I tried to ask what was being put in the vehicle I was ignored. They do this to force you to pay for the most expensive oil. On top of this, my fluids were not topped off, light not reset etc yet the receipt says these things were done. Truly disappointing service from Alan and Grayson.

Valvoline, Josh and his team went above and beyond to help me today. They are always wonderful when I come in to have my oil changed but today my car wouldn't start and Josh was able to jump start my car and get me in for a new battery. They did it very timely and I just appreciate the kindness when he did not have to come to where I was and help. I will always recommend them and be a loyal customer. Liz K

Friendly and attentive staff.There was a line, but is normal to wait during rush hour. Josh, Eric and Brandon were helpful and answer any questions I had about the vehicle and service.

Waited over 1-1/2 hours in line. Cars in other line were getting service but not the line I was in. They told me it would be about 15 minutes. I spoke to one of the employees and he said there were only 2 people working and I saw 4. So after waiting this long and still had not got over pit I left went 3 miles down road to Jiffy Lube and was out in less than 15 minutes. Will not return to Valvoline for oil change.

Melinda and Terrell are the best! The whole staff is awesome. They are so kind, efficient, and professional. They hook you up with whatever you need for your vehicle and for very reasonable and competitive prices. I never used Valvoline s services before. But you got a lifetime customer. Lastly you should incentivize your employees to earn extra cash by gaining Google reviews. They work hard and they deserve it.Service: Oil change

DO NOT GO! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I was foolish enough to use a Groupon for an oil change at this location. When I arrived, I was second in line. There was constant horseplay among the employees. I waited second in line for about 45 mins, no greeting. I guess a past co-worker or mutual friend of the employees arrived. They allowed him to cut the line and engage in even more horseplay, general playing around. I mentioned that I and a few other customers had arrived first. They stated, "he just needs a top off" (keep in mind he stayed just as long as I did). When I finally got into the service bay, the oil change took about another 30 mins. I mentioned that the service was taking too long. The line of cars waiting for service was in the street. When the oil change was complete, the employee slammed the hood so hard he broke the hood latch (hopefully it's on camera); so the hood was unable to close. I stepped out of the car to inspect it. I was told, "don't get out of the car sir," which I ignored. I confirmed the hood latch was broken as a result of the employee's unnecessary actions. The manager, Joshua, insisted that it was not their fault. "I see this all the time; it's just a build-up of grease!" He scrubbed brushed the lock and closed the hood. I re-opened it to check if it was fixed and it was still broken. He stated, "we don't do anything under the hood!" with a giant smile on his face. This does not make sense being that I was getting an oil change and opening the hood is obviously necessary. I demanded his managers name and stated that I will have to call corporate. Now I have to get the hood latch replaced before my girlfriend goes out of town for the holidays (in1 week). I have little faith Valvoline will compensate. I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS THIS MESSGAE IS FOR ANY PROSEPCTIVE CUSTOMER DO NOT GO HERE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. FYI, I really don't care what their generic response is to this review is; they will probably lie. This location / business represents indifference, unaccountability, and serious incompetence. I am just trying to help other people not go through what I went through. Good luck if you go.

$100+ oil change and they didn t put the metal cover back under the car properly. Few days later driving down the road we hear this extremely loud screeching sound. Turns out the metal cover under the car was hanging on a few loose screws and completely bent/destroyed. Had to drive about a mile down the road screeching away back to the Valvoline location. They took the cover off completely and said it could not replace it due to the extent of damage. Took down our information and was told someone would reach out. 2 weeks later and have not heard a word. Not a surprise, already got the $ for the job and no concern or accountability for your mistakes. Recommend going somewhere else as they obviously do not care about their service/complaints but will send emails to advertise.Service: Oil change

Pros: friendly staff, you don t have to get out your vehicle, decent location, decent pricing.Cons: on my invoice they made up an email address for me, made up my physical address, falsified filling all the tires up with air. When I asked the guy I gave my credit card to, he said the low tire pressure light would go off when I started driving. I asked another guy to please fill my tires and as he did it showed on my dash the tire pressure changing real time. Glad the second guy filled my tires as promised, but he kept one of my custom valve stem caps.. come on!

Vavoline has cost me $2400. Do not take your car to them. If you file a claim they have no attention to reimburse you for your damages. I wish I read the reviews before dealing with this terrible service. And I will be reporting to the BBB. They are doing bad business & changes need to be made immediately.

Used for a quick oil change on my way to work. This crew ROCKS! Grayson would not give up on finding and replacing my cabin air filter. It was CRAZY dirty. I don't think it had EVER been changed and was moldy and gross. It was so bad, I kept it to show my wife (this is her vehicle)! He even busted a knuckle/finger on the small plastic clips that hold the cover on and stayed positive the entire time. The new air filter was not in two pieces, but one. This made it more difficult to install and Grayson didn't give up and spent the extra effort to install it properly. Christopher and Michael kept the change going while Grayson worked on the air filter so we didn't lose time. I had to get to work so was grateful that it didn't delay me. This crew was top-notch and I will be back!

They took a very long time for just fluid changes and air pressure check. This is drive thru service only. But other that the staff is very nice

Purchased an oil change through Groupon and after I had it done my car locked up on the interstate and the oil was at 0% . Ruined my car . Transmission toast engine toast filed a claim and they offered me $400 for an inoperable 2014 Chevy Camaro!!!! DO NOT GET YOUR OIL CHANGED HERE!!!

I visited a Valvoline Instant Oil Change place a couple of weeks ago; there were about five people working there, and they all were very professional and courteous. I watched how they interacted with all the other patrons, frankly, they were absolutely very efficient in what they do. Let's just say that I don't have to take my Mercedes Benz E-350 to the Dealership anymore, why you ask? Because, at Valvoline, I can enjoy the same treatment, the only difference is, I don't have to break the Bank. I was beyond happy with Valvoline. Dr. Fritz-Gerald Delice (Aug. 22, 2023)!

We had a unique situation and were not sure what to do. We thought all of the fluids would have to be changed in our Jeep today, however the technicians were very friendly and went through and inspected everything. They informed us that everything was clean and up-to-date and did not charge us. They were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Although I had a super busy day today, I wanted to make sure I didn't forget to write this review! When I say this was by far the best experience, I have had getting an oil change, this is no exaggeration. From the moment I called this morning and spoke to the manager on duty, Michael, to downloading a coupon that saved me half off... Yes, I said half-off, y'all! When does that ever happen at a car shop? My point exactly:). But the experience just kept getting better. I was able to stay in my car the entire time and watch their process from beginning to end. Just as advertised, not only did they do my oil change, but they also completed the 18-point check. When I left their shop, I knew my car had been checked from top to bottom. So, I drove off with a different level of confidence than other times. Usually, you never know if a mechanic did everything that was promised, so you have to just trust and hope they do the right thing, but at this shop, you are able to watch them from the beginning of the process to the very end. I love that each technician takes the time to include the customer, so we will have more knowledge and understanding of certain things we need to pay attention to, such as leaks, odd noises, bad oil colors vs. good oil colors, etc. I had a few questions about my car, which they quickly answered. It was an awesome experience, to say the least, and I will definitely be going back for my next oil change and preventative maintenance. Although their whole team was pleasant, helpful, and professional, I want to say a huge THANK YOU to Michael, Todd, and Lanell, who all went above and beyond to make sure my experience was top-notch!Service: Oil change

First and foremost I am overly impressed by the customer service Valvoline provides. My original service was informative and timely which I really appreciated. Unfortunately during the routine oil change an honest mistake was made that ultimately caused slight damage to my vehicle. I contacted Valvoline s district manager(Daniel)/corporate customer relations team, and together they worked diligently to rectify the mistake. They honestly went about and beyond even what I expected as a resolution!! If you re looking for an guaranteed quick services for your vehicle I recommend Valvoline.

I typically go to this location to get my oil changed but I had especially good experience today. The line was quite long but I could tell everyone was doing their best to keep the lines moving. Several individuals collected information ahead of time for efficiency. Grayson was super nice and helpful in explaining the different services. I felt like he recommended things I really needed and wasn t just trying to sell me something. I hope he s there the next time I get my oil changed!!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

This was the best and fastest oil change I have had in a long time. Very friendly staff. Micheal kept me up to date on all issues he was finding as he was performing my check. Oh and Grayson he not only took time to explain why I needed certain parts he gave me ball park pricing on how much the items might be. Quick and Easy. I usually change my own oil, but was travelling and really needed an oil change. This is the chain that I prefer if I need a quick oil change.
