Fist I need to give Mr.Joel and his team a big Army "Hooah" Called and immediately I had a feeling that my wife's car was in good hands based on how professional Joel was on the phone , I explained the problem I had , he got me in for repairs quick like next day , I received a tour of the facility met with a extremely professional technician & outstanding customer service continued from start to finish with a top notch repair. At this point I feel they have set the standard within the automobile repair industry. Great Job!!! Kinda like have a automotive seal team 6 covering your "6" .

My first visit to True Automotive was very special.My first time having my car serviced alone,I thought here comes the rip off.Was I ever so wrong, everyone was so friendly and sweet.They did everything to make me feel comfortable.It turns out the problem I thought I had with my headlights was no problem.I'm a senior lady, they could have taken advantage so easily, they "did not".I had questions about the car, they answered in ways that made me feel confident in having them do any and all work on the car.My second visit I had a real issue,Joel explained everything to me in terms I could understand, so I could make an informed decision.I really like that you're given "options".No pressure to make quick decisions.I felt Joel was being honest and sensitive to how I might be feeling.I most definitely recommend "True Automotive" especially ladies who are on your own, in need of "THE GOOD GUYS" !!

I had a Transmission Fault Service Now code on my 2014 Ford Focus. I called to see how soon they could get my car in & Mike was able to get it in 15min later. After less than a hour they came back with a diagnosis of issues with the TCM. They found that it was covered under warranty with Ford & encouraged me to take it to the dealership to see if it could be fixed there for free. They encouraged me that if not they would be happy to take care of it for a reasonable price. It was so refreshing to see such integrity, that they cared more about getting my car fixed without the financial strain than just taking my money. As a female I ve been scammed by mechanics before but this company has truly restored my faith that there are companies who care more about their customers than money. One of the technicians took the time to explain in detail what was wrong, what was under warranty, & how to resolve the issue. He was patient with my many questions. They gave me a print out with the exact codes for the warranty & offered to speak to Ford about what they found if necessary. To top it off they waived the diagnostic fee! Everyone there was so welcoming. The waiting area is very welcoming & clean & I was able to do homework while I waited. I will absolutely be back & will recommend True Automotive Lawrenceville to all of my friends. They ve earned a customer for life.

This was my first time visiting this establishment. I had an excellent experience with Zach at the front desk and with Corey the mechanic. These guys both did an outstanding job and very courteous. They both were very informative, showed me what was wrong, ordered what I requested and got it all done in 1 day. I truly recommend this place to bring your car to and this will be the place where I will be taking my car going forward.Keep up the good work!Thanks,Deborah P.

Took my BMW X3 for service and had a great experience. They changed my oil and offered a complimentary inspection. It was during this time they noticed my brakes were nearing the end of life. I was assured I did not need to replace them this time, but be prepared for my next visit. This is the exact transparency I was looking for.

Second time visiting and will continue to use them. Honest mechanics at a fair and reasonable price!! This last visit I met one of their technicians, they brought me back in the garage and explained that the brakes are getting low on the back but don't need to be changed quite yet. Front are fine. Handed me a printed quote so I know what to expect next time. I mentioned I heard timing belts tend to go on this vehicle around 75k miles. The Mechanic took it upon himself to take a look at it and even took a picture to show me it looks good, that it may have been replaced with a recall that was made and told me how to find out for sure with the Vin #. Finally, unbeknownst to me that were running a promotion on their oil changes and gave me the discount without having to ask. The entire staff are friendly and very knowledgeable and honest. So glad I found them.

When I was growing up companies prided themselves on good customer service and loyalty. I have been working since I was 15 years old so this was ingrained in me. Sadly, these days it is very rare to experience great customer support. My experience at TRUE Automotive was everything that companies USED to be... absolutely wonderful! They kept me updated and well informed along the way. I feel that they were welcoming and honest. Richard is absolutely amazing! Great personality, positive attitude , knowledgeable and kept his word. When I picked up my vehicle after it was serviced, there was a young gentlemen ( I didn't get his name) who gave me my keys. He explained how extensive the job was in great detail and reassured me that the issues were all resolved. This really made me feel good because he did NOT have to do that. He could have simply given me my car keys and walked away. - Above and beyond in communication and service! Days later I received a follow up text from Michael M. welcoming me into the family and asking how they did! I have told my friends and family about my experience at TRUE automotive and I will continue to recommend this company to everyone. Thank you for the outstanding customer service and truly making me feel like my vehicle is in good hands. I appreciate you ALL! I will most definitely remain with TRUE Automotive for the repairs/needs of both of my vehicles. If you are in need of maintenance for your vehicle.. I HIGHLY recommend coming here, you will not regret it!

Very professional. They solved the problem on a PT Cruiser that Chrysler did not want to touch. Zack kept me up to date on the repairs and my car runs great now! Will definitely come back for any automotive service.

I want to thank Michael at True Automotive for taking such great care of me and my Jaguar. I had a power window repaired there several months ago and the part malfunctioned. Michael had it quickly replaced at NO cost to me including labor. I can t remember ever being treated as well as this at an auto repair business. The mechanics are top shelf and the staff are true pros. I highly recommend them !

It s always nerve-racking taking your car to a mechanic you don t know, and are unsure of their reputation. I recently took my BMW 650i to this shop and they were phenomenal. They were very responsive and very reasonable in their pricing. I would go back in a heartbeat, and would recommend them to anybody I know.

For the SECOND time, the service I scheduled an appointment for in advance, could not be performed. The first time, I arrived to my appointment only to be told it should not have been scheduled that late in the day as it wasn t enough time to complete the service.The second time, they reached out to me about scheduling an oil change which we did. I arrived, checked in, and was told the car would be pulled in quickly and it would only take 45 mins. 40 mins later, my car is still sitting in the parking while I can see 5 people sitting in the back office talking and eating while the guy at the counter spent 25 mins talking about religion. I finally asked what was going on and was told they have a staff meeting at that time of day so they would take it back soon . I got my keys, left, and I will never go back. I suggest you take heed.

I recently had a lot of major work done on my 2015 Hyundai (will never buy Hyundai again). This was my first time using this shop. My Service Rep Joel was very informative and helpful as I navigated through this ordeal. When he was not available other staff jumped in and handled everything. I am very satisfied with the work and I especially appreciate the genuine friendliness of the entire staff.

Customer service wise was pretty good. Service advisor was nice. I was only unhappy because I dropped off my Bmw for the technician to tell me that he doesn t know where to start on my car. he saw parts in the backseat and assumed The worse. Only parts that was in the backseat were pieces for the engine cover. I told them in detail what was done to the car- spark plugs-Ignition coils were swapped out also camshaft position sensor and it was an exposed wire on top of the engine that was taped. That was it. They ran a diagnostic didn t even even tell me what the codes were Just said they were a lot and charge me $149. Now I m having to tow My car To eurofed who is actually willing to take the time scan my car and tell me what the issues are and what are the solutions.

This is the place to go! The manager Murphy is an amazing individual and truly cares about his customers! I have gone to plenty of mechanics in the past and have always felt mistreated and taken advantage of, but not here! I ve been taking my 2009 BMW 335d to True Automotive since the warranty ran out at 50,000 miles (a long time ago)! They have always been professional, courteous, reliable and reasonably priced. This last trip was for an ABS sensor. However, they have replaced the AC, turbos (Rodriguez turbos), EGR and swirl flaps delete, down pipe, etc., and maintenance from bumper to bumper (along with a really great tune). I highly recommend this company and wouldn t take my car any where else!

The people who work here are awesome. They listen to you & treat you well. I trust True, because they've earned it. My family have been clients for a few years now. They always let you know what needs to be done. If it needs to be done now, or if it can be postponed ~ they will send you pictures, texts, and phone calls. Everything is very transparent. You couldn't ask for better service or treatment. Thanks Joel!

Always a pleasant experience. You will be genuinely greeted by every employee you encounter. They talk to you on your level and show the issue to back it up. They know their customers by name and talk to them on a personal level. Not to mention the music is always great. Keep it up! It s appreciated

Had a coolant and oil leak that needed immediate attention. Richard took care of me and gave me an honest estimate that ended up being square on. He was very friendly and professional, and kept me in the loop of the status of my car. I ll be back to fix a non-immediate issue in a couple of months.

Efficient-Professional-FriendlyI recently had my car serviced for the first time after receiving a flyer in the mail. I was greeted the minute I walked through the door, provided a time frame of service and an accurate list of concerns to address in the near future. The atmosphere is inviting, clean and warm. I had such an amazing experience with Joel and his crew at True Automotive!! Such reliable and efficient work done on my car, she feels brand new! Everyone was so friendly and willing to help take care of me. They easily overnighted my parts and got me taken care of asap! Using the night drop and pick up was really awesome when it fit outside my schedule! The team at Lawrenceville is great. Richard is friendly and patient. Maceo is knowledgeable and set us at-ease he went above and beyond to fix a second issue we discovered last-minute before a big trip we had planned. Next time I need work on my VW, I m bringing it back to these guys!

Received a coupon from my local True Automotive location in Lawrenceville recently and made appointment for routine maintenance services on my 2021 vehicle. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, created a comfortable atmosphere and provided very good service at a fair price. Felt very valued as a customer and services were performed very well, no issues. Having moved to this area within the past 3 years, am very glad I found a local auto services facility like this one, and definitely plan to return for future auto service needs.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance
