Stay away! Do not go here for a simple repair! They scammed me out of $1600 because I wanted a loose bumper reattached!They gave me an inflated quote for work that I never asked for, and then stated that they couldn t give me another quote until an authorization to repair was signed. I never received the new quote. Instead of doing the simple work I asked for, they replaced the whole thing, repainting and everything, and took several extra days to do all the work. They would not give me the keys until I paid the original quote in cash! Their credit card machine was very conveniently not working that day. And they were happy to charge me $55/day to hold the vehicle until I did pay.There are plenty of other reputable shops in the area. Go to one of them instead.

The 5 star ratings are real!!!!I highly recommend Alan and David at Top Notch Collision. They will help guide you through the entire process and work in the best interest of each client when dealing with an insurance claim. Very detailed and professional staff. You can trust your car with them and they will get it done faster than expected.I got rear ended and my bumper and exhaust was damaged. Top notch collision helped transport my car to their shop since it was inoperable. I got everything repaired the right way and even the paint is a perfect match.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Top Notch Disaster - The good: Front desk receptionist was beyond helpful, polite and prompt on communication. The bad: I took my vehicle in to get some paint work done. Received one estimate then a second. Dropped off the car. Then a third estimate after they decided they could milk some more out of it. When asked why - the owner said "we need more stuff.. this.. that.. and the other " and blamed it all on the receptionist. There is a reason for the influx of 1 star reviews recently. These guys took over a business which had a great reputation and are still riding that wave - save your time and headache. Look elsewhere.

Moe is a honest and reputable mechanic! After being told I need a new compressor and I had a leak. I went in for a second opinion on my A/C. He found no leak, and my compressor was fine, I just needed Freon. Priced great and he fixed it in about 30 mins. Officially won t be going back to franchised auto mechanics. Top Notch is the place to go to!

After getting into a small fender bender a month ago and having to deal with the other person's insurance (Not at fault). I'm glad I chose TOP NOTCH. They did a wonderful job on fixing my car and handling the insurance company to pay to fix my vehicle using quality parts.Alan did a great job answering my questions and kept in contact with me; additionally, he worked with me being able to pick my car on the weekend due my busy work schedule during the week.If you are looking for a quality body shop and excellent customer service. Give Alan a call. I'm glad I did.

I count myself as lucky to find Alan and Jeff at Top Notch Collision. I came to them when a previous company did a poor install on a new spoiler that I purchased for my 350Z, and since that time I've been back multiple times for new additions to my car. Even though all of the parts have been authentic, they have still required a fair amount of modification to fit with OEM quality, and Jeff and his team have knocked every single part out of the park! Whether it's troubleshooting on how to install Aerocatch hood latches on an MCR hood (which has never been done before), or fitting and painting my Vorschlag bumper (only one in North America), I trust them with it all. I really can't say enough good things about the whole team at Top Notch Collision. Everything they've done for me has been show-car quality. If you want the best for your car, whether it be a daily driver, or a trailer queen show car, Top Notch Collision is where you want to be. Thank you guys for all the work you've done for me, you absolutely rock!!!

I just purchased a 2019 Ram Laramie Longhorn and I stopped by this shop to have my bed cover and wheel inserts paint matched to my vehicle. I spoke with Alan and he said they could do it. A week later the work was completed and I couldn't be more impressed! Alan and his team did an excellent job! I know he got tired of me telling him thank you and what an awesome job they did... He even took time to assist me with putting my bed cover back on my truck... What a good guy... The customer service was excellent... I even thanked the painter... If you're in need of a professional paint job, body work with great pricing... Look no further... Thanks again Alan!

Best collision repair shop around. Alan and David were great. We've taken 3 cars there for restoration. Unbelievable job each time! Paint matching, very well done. Would recommend them, 100% !And, I sure appreciate their assistance when it came to insurance, getting Nissan parts vs. after market parts, to get the job done right!Top Notch is definitely, Top Notch!

Top Notch is as the name describes; honest, skilled, friendly, and prompt. Their paint matching is absolutely impeccable. My friend had to ask me which body panels they replaced on my car, which has a difficult paint type to match, because the paint was matched so perfectly. They are thorough with teardown and assessment and they handled everything with the insurance company - all I needed to do was sign for repairs. I have taken two different vehicles here in the last ten years - both times accident claims through another party's insurance company - and I will not take my vehicles anywhere else. I was hit in the front quarter panel in 2016 and they performed a seamless repair; I was rear-ended at the end of 2022 and again a seamless repair. They fully detailed my vehicle inside and out each time. Be prepared to wait about a month for a drop off time, though it is well worth the wait knowing your vehicle is in very capable hands.

If I could give more than 5 stars for Top Notch Collision I would. They went way above and beyond our expectations. Alan was thorough with his explanations and estimates, very responsive to my countless emails, and completely understanding of our situation. I can't thank them enough for the beautiful work they did on my son's car in addition to the added touches they included that we didn't notice until we got the car home. :)If ever I need to have body work done on one of our cars they will be the first ones I call.Service: Body & Trim

My car had some rear bumper damage, so we went to Top Notch Collision. I am sure glad we did! They took care of us from start to finish. They were determined to do the best job, and the quality of work is top-notch. So they live up to their name! Definitely recommend!!!

This business is absolutely amazing. The owners are experienced, gracious and engaging. My husband did a lot of research to select this business after somebody hit my truck. He took his time and selected this business due to their reviews and ratings. They lived up to every bit of them! They took extra steps to make sure that my tires matched, and they did a very unexpected incredible job on my exterior! My vehicle looks new! HIGHLY recommended. The staff here are professional, friendly, and do a quality job.I was the victim of a hit an run early January, and while my car only took some cosmetic damage to the bumper and still ran perfect, the idea of driving around a damaged car just irked me, especially since it wasn't my fault it happened.My insurance company recommended a few shops, but they all wanted to use aftermarket parts on my Challenger, and I just wasn't having that. Top Notch was recommended to me through someone I know at my workplace, and I swung by one afternoon for an estimate. I didn't realize at the time that the person I had spoken to and actually did the estimate was one of the owners, Alan. The shop was clean, the staff was friendly, and I knew instantly this place would take care of my car properly, the way it should be.The turnaround time for their work was incredibly fast, a LOT quicker than I expected having dealt with other body shops on previous cars. I dropped my car off on a Monday morning, and it was ready for pickup that Thursday afternoon, though I wasn't able to get there until that Friday.And my car looked showroom ready when I picked it up. Spotless from bumper to bumper, there's no way to tell it was ever in any kind of accident, which is the way it should be, and what all body shops should strive for.I would HIGHLY recommend this body shop to anyone needing repairs or just work done in general. You won't be able to find a place that puts out better quality work, or find friendlier or more professional workers.Thank you, Top Notch!

Literally THE best around. My car has unfortunately been in twice from other drivers crashing into me. But fortunately, Top Notch was always there. They have brought my car back to better than show room quality both times and net and exceeded all expectations. I use this shop now for all misc. aftermarket work because I can count on Alan and his guys to do the best quality work around. Fair, honest, and actually look out for you!!** Edit as of Aug 26th 2022 **I have taken my vehicles to Top Notch for more than one occasion - paint, repair, and unfortunately most recently a total loss. Alan and the guys always go way above and beyond with their services and just overall genuine care for you as a customer. Insurance companies WILL try to screw you. This is unquestionable. But Top Notch will guide you through the process to help you fight and get what you deserve. They really look out for you. Truly a 10/5 star shop! I decided to use Top Notch based upon the online reviews. Boy was I NOT disappointed! They did a great job on the repairs to my vehicle. They worked with my insurance company when they found additional damage once they opened up the vehicle. I never needed to talk to the insurance adjuster, they took care of it all! They were always extremely courteous when answering my questions and explaining what was happening with my vehicle. They even took the time to wash and clean the inside of my car. They were ever willing to have me drop my rental car off and have the rental company pick it up from their office. I have already told three people about my wonderful experience! Thank you!

I was looking for a auto body shop that would repair a damage rocker panel on the passenger side of my car. I read and the reviews and decided to go with Top Notch Collision. When I walked in the staff was friendly and helpful. Alan came out and did an estimate on my 2014 Mercedes e350 and quickly text me a quote.I brought my vehicle in for repair and within a week time the repairs were complete. Top Notch Collision did a really great job and I would highly recommend their service.Eugene.

Needed some cosmetic work on my car. I chose Top Notch Collision for the reviews. When I picked up my car I was not disappointed at all. My car looked fantastic all the small dents and scratches gone. Detailed inside and out on top of that so it looked great. Looks too good to drive. I had purchased a new car and a short two weeks later I was hit by another driver. Top Notch Collision was recommended by my mechanic. And I could not have wished for a better experience.Alan handled everything. And when I say everything I mean it all. The driver's insurance provided a rental for a short period of time and began calling me to inform the rental was up. I immediately contacted Top Notch with my issue; my car wasn't ready and they want the rental. Not only did Alan contact the rental company he also worked even closer with the insurance company and adjuster.Naturally when the shop began to work on my car hidden damages were found. Alan made sure all damages would be covered by their insurance. This was a new car after all and he wanted the best.Through the entire process I called Alan many times with questions and he never once made me feel as if I was overbearing.I cannot recommend Top Notch enough. Everyone was friendly and this was customer service and professionalism at its finest. My car looks even better than when I bought it. Now that is quality service. Thank you, Alan and team.

So thankful for Alan and his team at Top Notch! Wonderful experience here! When our suburban was damaged in a wreck, Alan went above and beyond at every step, and working with them took the stress out of a stressful situation! Great communication. Good advice concerning insurance. Picky about getting the best parts for our car for the best price. Alan and his team are knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and wise -- but not afraid to stand up for their customers to insurance, etc. The work they did was excellent and the car looks as good as new. They detailed the interior nicer than my kids left it before the wreck! :) He even buffed out an old scratch on our other car when we came to pick up the suburban. Customers for life! Thanks, Alan!

I would like to give Alan and his team at TOP NOTCH COLLISION a big shout out for their customer service and the care they took of me and my Honda Pilot. I went to Top Notch based on the large number of 5 star customer reviews and I was not disappointed. Even though the paperwork and the stuff with insurance took a bit of time, Alan was there through out the process. Alan's work and customer service has been nothing short of fantastic. My car looks fantastic. It looks brand new even thought its a used car!!! Alan, thank you very much for taking care of me. You'll definitely be getting my business and I will definitely be recommending you to all of my friends. Big Thumbs Up :)

Top Notch Collision is one of those places where the name really fits the work that they do. Alan and his staff treat every vehicle as if it's their own and when they're finished the vehicle looks brand new. That really isn't an exaggeration the Bodywork, the paint, the care ... I would recommend this place whenever you have any work that needs to be done to your vehicle even down to the detailing on the inside when you go to pick your vehicle up. It truly is worth every penny letting Top Notch Collision heal your vehicle.

This body shop earned my trust within 5 minutes of my first visit. Alan is a straight up guy. Very honest. I was rear ended by someone, and the other driver's insurance company wanted to use parts from a salvage yard. Top Notch Collision won't put a part on your car, that they wouldn't put on their own cars. Alan made every effort to find acceptable parts for my truck, but ended up with new parts. I really appreciate being protected from those cheap insurance companies that want to repair your car with substandard parts. My truck is back home, with a brand new rear bumper, and to my surprise, they buffed out a scuff on my left rear quarter panel from an unrelated mishap of my own doing. LOL! I will definitely recommend to anyone, to bring their business here. The company name is fitting to their work. Top Notch!!!!!
