My experience with them for the first time was great! From customer service down to the mechanics. Everyone is responsive, respectful and friendly. Any questions or concerns were taken care of and the price was right. I had multiple things done and i was only there for an hour.(I showed up around 10:30ish) Thank you to all the gentlemen at this facility for their great work and fixing my car.

Do Not Go Here! We went there several times with 2 different vehicles and spent thousands. Our last experience was the worst however. Our minivan started leaking oil pretty bad. Since we had been here only a few weeks before, we came back and were told they no longer had a mechanic that did that sort of work. We went to pep boys down the street whom they recommended. Turns out, this place had put an after market oil pan on that didn t even fit correctly. They also broke several bolts. We contacted the regional manager who called once and never called back. Now it doesn t even run because of this place. I feel like we trusted them and were taken advantage of.

I hate dealing with car stuff so coming here is really nice because they re honest and caring. You can tell they re not trying to rip you off and they re overall super helpful. Shout out to Fitz and Ostin for going the extra mile for me. Highly recommend this place!

These guys are FAST. I was just driving by and saw the building which looked very nice so I decided to give them a try. I must have been there for what felt like 30 minutes. They had the tires in stock and replaced four tires. The waiting area was very nice. Everything was very clean. The manager was super nice and friendly. Actually everyone there was very friendly. I'd recommend anyone shopping for tires to give them a call or stop by.

Fast friendly service, ties are of good quality. There staff is highly trained state of the art equipment! Thanks to Ostin and Chuck things went very smooth. I was told two hours to get my new tires balanced and alignment. They were done in about an hour and 30 minutes.

Brought my wife s 21 Acura RDX in for a tire price comparison (Pep Boys had just quoted me $1200! ) This place not only got me 4 tires under $800, they were able to get me a free alignment as well! Great prices, great job, great customer service!

Unfortunately didn't have a great visit. I dealt with Austin, who represents the company well,did well with discounts, making the sell, etc.Unfortunately I got home an hour later after purchasing 4 new tires only to come back outside a little later to see one of my brand new tires completely flat. I take the tire back only to be told I've bent my rim. While I have no physical proof my rim was damaged here, it has never failed me once until today. The bent rim happens to be exactly where the previous wheel weight was. There's no irony here. My rim was bent here and the company was unwilling to make it right. I came here due to it being a newly built building with what appeared to be high quality equipment and staff, I regret to have been wrong.

Fitz and his team were amazing!! He took the time to review the issues with my car. Gave me an itemized list of how much it would cost to fix. He worked within my budget and his team worked quickly to get my car back on the road. They will definitely be getting my business again. Thanks Tire Discounters!!!

Had a bolt pop my tire on the road, stopped by here and they took care of me super quick. I had no formal appointment and they still squeezed me in to make sure I d be able to keep driving!

It was the classic story...it was a rainy gloomy day in Georgia and there I was stuck outside in the chill with an unexpected tire blowout; a popped tire out of nowhere. Miserable! I was referred to Tire Discount by my coworker and figured I would give them a try, they are not far from Live Wellness Studios. Long story short, I am happy I did. They treated me so kindly, explained everything well, found discounts, went as far as to even price match...I thought this was especially caring. Their clean waiting area and show room offered warmth and comfort as I sorted myself out, I was so thankful. I eventually came back and replaced all my tires for a nice price. While there, I met another women who drove an hour to this same location, because she liked them that much!Fitz, Jason and the other mechanic's are wonderful gentlemen with patience and welcoming smiles. I recommend this location highly. As a business owner myself, nothing is better than witnessing a high level of quality, customer service and performance. Thank yall so much for raising the bar!

I had a hard time finding a price for 4 tires within my budget. Eventually I ended up here and Fitz went all out for me, getting tires from another store and everything. Got a price I could afford, alignment, flat repair etc. They were so professional, warm and kind.They are definitely a God-sent. You should DEFINITELY check this place out! I recommend 1000%.

These guys are great, prices are the best and I get in and out fast . I ve replaced 2 trailer tires and both experiences were top notch .I used to stick with discount tire but I have to say I m sold on these guys . Beautiful shop too

The entire team was great! Customer service was friendly, funny, and respectful (Fitz)! Jason took great care of me from the phone call to get my tire in (which had to be ordered run flat which came in less than 2hrs)all the way to seeing me out the door! I got to even meet the 1st lady Michelle (inside joke) who was apart of the labor and repairs team! The labor was done timely and efficiently while I waited only 45 mins in the lobby which was nice, clean, and stocked with refreshments while you wait. I appreciate the service provided here from the team and will definitely recommend this tire shop to anyone in need! I'll be back when it's time to get a full set!

This was the easiest part of a stressful day. Fizgerald made buy tires after having a flat, fun and pain free. He explained all the roadside assistance options and help me to decide what the best option would be based on my driving needs. Even after their way a small issue with my alignment(on my part, not theirs) , the team explained everything to me and how to get it fixed! They get ALL the stars thanks guys!!!!!

I had to get a wheel replaced as the one on my vehicle was damaged. I already had the wheel I needed; just needed Tire Discounters to mount and install. FitzGerald was great! He got me taken care of and I was in and out!

Passed another oil place to land here and I m glad I did. Brand new spot, available to service the car immediately. Well staffed, super clean and very friendly. I personally love finding places that just opened because they are always so willing to make the customer happy, unlike so many other places that have gained business and lose the customer service and integrity. Both Jason and Fitzgerald immediately greeted me and got me situated. Great price and service, will be back!!!!

My initial contact with Tire Discounters was with Jason. He patiently listened and offered his best suggestion. He provided me a quote and I took a few days to decide on what I wanted. Fitz picked up while Jason was off to get my tires ordered and informed me on when I could expect the tires to be in. I showed up at the time Fitz said and they were already prepared for my arrival. I showed up at 1:32 PM... they mounted, balanced and aligned my wheels in an hour! Shout out to Jason, Fitz and the guys in the bay that worked on my truck. The entire staff I encountered are awesome. Thanks guys!

This is the most amazing business in my area. I cannot believe what they did for me. Simply amazing! They did an aliment on an impossible to align vehicle and it is straight as an arrow and stopped wearing tires! The price was fair the staff was great, the coffee was great! They pulled me from the fiery pit of death. I come back a few days later with four brand new tires and my wife's Prius they want $156 to mount and balance for tires or $135 or so to install them and we take the old tires that's too much my review was five stars but again this place is prices are ridiculous come to think of it

Great service and friendly people! I initially went in for a flat tire replacement, but I asked for an oil change, brake check, and alignment. I dealt with the Fitzgerald at the customer service counter, and Jason as the shop manager. Both were very friendly and handled my car well. They constantly checked on me while I was in the waiting room to see if there was anything on me. I will definitely take my car back and refer my husband and sons cars there for tire needs!

Such a great experience! The GM, Jason, offered such great and honest service. He made recommendations and SHOWED me the evidence on my car of why he suggested certain items to be considered. His staff was friendly, the lobby was clean, and I was able to work comfortably while I waited. Tire Discounters in Lawrenceville on Scenic gained a new customer today

Truc at Tire Discounters was super helpful in getting my car back in a safe condition right before a critical road trip! I ended up saving a lot of money and learned a bunch about how to take care of my Tesla and how to approach service for my car in the coming years. Truc could ve sold me the most expensive wheels he had and I would ve gone with it, but he prioritized my needs and my situation in that moment.
