Worst place ever.I bought 3 tires on October good for 50k miles and they also did the alignment. Had to replace them all 3 after a month because were totally worn outIn the less that two month I came back today because 2 out 3 , after the replacement, are again worn out and they refused to change them.They said is because my car was in an accident and I bought the tires after I fixed my car and they were responsible for the alignment.Long story short, I have to buy new tires in less that 2 months because this people won t take any responsibility on buying a defective batch of tires.

I booked an appointment for a place across the street but didn t even think about it. I just turned into this place and Daniel was awesome. Super informative and transparent. I needed to get my brake pads and rotors done. I was in and out with the hour like he promised. My car rides sooo much better. Him and the technician were great! This will now be my go to for oil changes and brakes!

I came across this store just by calling a few years ago. I ended up driving and purchasing 4 tires. The atmosphere was so inviting. Offered me coffee or water.So professional and prices very reasonable.I had slow leak and drove over without appointment. They were so kind to check air in all tires. They put the amount of air in each tire to get me back home without additional problems.The tech showed me where to look for air pressure. I thought that was so thoughtful. I made appointment for Monday Nov. 27I ended up having a nail in one of tires.They rotated them the same day . I was in and out within hour.I highly recommend this place.

Don't take your car there. I should call the police but apparently they won t be able to do anything. Long story but just take my word for it! They told me I had 4 dry rotted tires and needed 4 new tires. I took it somewhere else & I in fact do not have dry rotting tires. I just have a nail/slow leak in ONE tire. Oddly enough, the prior time they serviced my car they told me my treads were gone & that was why i needed 4 new tires then allegedly. They are scammers! Hoping to avoid someone else having this same experience. Thanks for coming to my Ted talk.

There's nothing like leaving the house to run some errands and your tire pressure light comes on. I knew immediately I had to find a tire shop to fix the issue. I stumbled upon tire discounters on Sugarloaf Parkway and I was able to be seen very quickly. Ronnie, the general manager was able to check my car in and make sure everything was functioning. I found out that I had a nail in my tire and this is why the light was on in my vehicle. Everyone at this location had amazing customer service. The store location was very clean and the restrooms were amazing. The parking at the location has a lot of space and they also have handicap parking. I would definitely recommend this store location if you need work done on your vehicle. I will definitely stop by again in case of any emergencies. Thank you so much, I truly appreciate it.

I love it here. As a single female who doesn't know much about cars, Tire Discounters always put all of my car issue anxiety at ease. They are efficient, timely and affordable. I go to them for all of my oil changes, new tires, and mechanic needs. I'm grateful for this place. I've been faithful to them for 3 years now. As long as they are open, they will always have my business!!! Thank you, Tire Discounters for such phenomenal service!!

I was out of town on a business trip and stopped by to get a quick tire rotation and they were the only able to do it. After stopping by I found out that I desperately needed new tires and Ronnie the gm stayed late and made sure I got all 4 new tires. I will definitely be back and try to find a local shop at home. Very friendly and fast and would recommend to anyone!

Excellent customer service. They fit me in last minute, gave me a discount, mounted tires that I provided, checked my alignment for free, followed specific instructions, and didnt push extra services on me. Thorough and not focused on unnecessary work. Honest and trustworthy. Im a first time customer who will become a repeat customer.

This shop saved the day after being disappointed by another shop. I needed to get an alignment quickly for a trip I was taking and they were able to not only accommodate, but get me in and out quickly! The guys did not press or push me to get any additional services, like most shops, but also informed me of the various services they do offer. I will be returning here, as needed.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tire Discounters on Sugarloaf Pkwy!!! They are informative, honest, diligent and very quick. Customer service is excellent! Masood and Truc always take great care of me. This is the best spot for any auto services. Go check them out!

Rodney was AMAZING! He was super honest & extremely helpful. This place was the most affordable place in the area for all four of my breakpads and rotors. I definitely recommend. The entire staff was helpful.

I cannot thank Ronnie (GM) enough for reminding me that there are good, honest people in the world and for providing customer service that was far greater than 5 stars. After some issues that happened on a day when Ronnie was not even present, he made it his priority to find a solution that was appropriate and fair. He listened, he understood, he investigated, he apologized for the actions of others, he offered a solution, and made sure that my experience was one that would keep me coming back and encourage others to go see him as well!!!Go by and ask for Ronnie and remind him that being a great human in a not always great world does make a positive impact much bigger than what meets the eye.

I didn t have an appointment I walked in 45 minutes before close. I lost the special key for my rims and I needed my breaks serviced. None of the other places I took my car were able to remove the tires without the special key. My car was pulled in and my car was serviced even though after hours. I was even given a special key so in case I get a flat tire in the future I won t have the same problem. Everyone was so helpful and kind and professional. I had a wonderful experience. If I could I would give 10 stars!!! Thank you guys for the excellent service!!

Miles and his team are super awesome and accommodating! They fixed up my car and helped with all of my problems! I got all four new tires and a free alignment! My car worked like new again! They were really kind and reasonable with prices, so I will come back again!
