The Tire Omni was great! They did a number of things for my F-150 including brake work and oil pan replacement. The work was fairly priced and performed in a timely manner.Prior to my service appointment, Rick, the owner, diagnosed my oil leak at no charge and did so quickly and on short notice. Multiple Ford dealerships wanted me to leave my truck with them overnight just for the diagnosis which was going to be difficult.I will definitely be going back to The Tire Omni as I found them to be trustworthy and very easy to do business with. I encourage anyone reading this review to consider The Tire Omni for all their car-care needs.

They are great. I needed two new tires. They ordered them and mounted them the same day. Everyone is so friendly. They noticed I needed new wipers so I was able to get them at the same visit. They don't take advantage. In fact, since I don't put many miles on my car, he recommended middle grade tires.

If 0 stars were an option. They do not honor they're word whatsoever. And the customer service is nonexistent. The owner has the worst attitude I've ever seen. 10/10 would never recommend to anyone. Word of advice go somewhere else even if it's more expensive. Because by the time they are done it'll be more than what they quoted in the first place.

Rick and his guys at Tire Omni are awesome! We tried 5 other shops and were turned down at all of them (due to the large size of our vehicle). They had us in and out in no time and gave us a great price. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone in the area. Support small businesses that value their customers.

I went to this shop on a Thursday spoke to the owner , asked if they were able to do an inspection on my truck . We talked about how they charge for an inspection he said it might be $30 & or it depended also on how much more time was involved it could possibly be more, I agreed. He then asked me if could bring it in on Monday.I called on Monday around 12 and the lady asked if I can bring it Tuesday because they were busy. I told her that I would go ahead and drop it off anyway so they could start working on it early Tuesday. On Tuesday I decided to take my other car so I could get a quote on some tires. When I arrived the lady informed me that they had already started the inspection on my truck but they had not finished yet but I should be receiving a call by the end of the day . So now it's Wednesday at 1 PM and I decided to stop by since no one had called me as promised. The young lady then proceeds to tell me that they had not had time to finish the inspection. I then told her not to worry about it that I would just take my truck. Don't advise a customer that the service will be completed by a certain day and time & then not come through. Also not even keeping the customer up to date as to what is going on. They obviously didn't want my business so I do not recommend this shop at all . BAD SERVICE

I've been to several "well-reviewed" mechanics since moving to Georgia 2 years ago and these guys are by-far the best. They do great work at a great price. And they're extremely honest. They look out for their customers and genuinely want the best for you.

I've been a customer of Tire Omni for over 30 years. That should say it all. Great people. Great service. Fair prices. All led by an owner who will stand behind their work. Trust me. You can trust these folks.

Rick is the best. Work is done when he says and mostly before time it's promised. Clean. They bring your car to you. Very reasonable prices but you just can't beat the personalized service and friendliness!

This shop does a great job and are fair and honest. We run a small plumbing business out of Suwanee and I will drive out of my way for them to service our company vehicles. Knowldgeable and fair prices! Would highly recommend them.

If you are looking for a tire shop in Lawreneville, do not use The Tire Omni on Buford Dr. I had a couple of tires that had issues and swapped all of my aftermarket rims with the factory ones to be able to get the vehicle to the shop. When I asked if they could reinstall them on my vehicle, I was told they would not. ok weird coming from the owner, I would have paid for that too, but ok. When I picked my wheels and tires up after being repaired, they would not help me load them back in my vehicle. I was told that everyone was busy and that I would have to wait until someone finish working on their vehicle. Now I just spent money at this business... As I attempted to lift the wheels in my business attire, a customer of theirs asked if I would like some help. Their customer service is horrible, I will definitely not be returning for anything.

Needed an alignment on my Silverado 3500 dually work truck. Most places near by don t have the equipment for this size of truck. I called and spoke to Rick the owner. Told me to bring it in this am, I did and I was in and out. Very happy and I highly recommend this family owned business.

Based on a recommendation I took my jeep here for repairs. I had broken down and had to be towed to the shop. I was able to get my car right in and it was fixed same day. I don't know a lot of places that would be able to do that same day. Amazingly friendly staff and I didn't feel like I was getting a bad deal on the work needed, unlike other places. If you're not bringing your car to Tire Omni you're doing it wrong!

My husband and I have been customers for 15 years at Tire Omni. We moved to a town 2hours away and we still make the long drive so they can service our cars. They are honest and do excellent work.

Don't go here... they don't work buy appointments. And if you go when the doors open they tell you they have a big job. And won't be able to work on your car until 4pm. They open at 730am.

My dad started trading with Rick at Tire Omni when they first opened I think in the 80's because they did big tractor tires. He got all of his tires there for decades. Good service, decent price and honest. I sent my sister there and it was just a valve stem they didnt even charge her.

Rick has always worked on my car, only place I go. All the guys there do great work and get the job done. I recommend this place to anyone that likes quality work

Another shop quoted me $500 insisting that I needed new tie rods to get my alignment done. These guys broke the supposedly stuck jam bolt loose, aligned the car, and got me out in an hour for $85.

We have been taking our cars here for 11 years. Even when we moved an hour away, we still go out of our way to take our cars to Tire Omni, that really tells a lot about how much we trust the mechanics there. If there is nothing truly wrong with your car, perhaps it just needs a little tuneup, they won't cheat you by charging you for something you don't really need.

Know what your buying before you go to this place. Policies change and are different for younger people. This guy is a joke and I would rather go to Sam's or Costco at this point instead of supporting his small business.

And there's no comparison on the work that they did oh, I didn't have to wait maybe 5 minutes they had me in and out and explain to me exactly what they did in no time at all
