I m giving 5 stars based off of the quality of work. I m home now to officially see my vehicle and I must say I m totally impressed with the workmanship. I have to contact the shop because I did notice that the alignment is slightly off a bit, you can see it in the pictures, and I m not sure if that can be fixed or not, but for the most part. the car looks like it was never damaged and I m thankful for that.

Terrible customer service! First you are welcomed by 2 employees insulting each other in an office. Then the technician call you and it is now his turn to insult you over the phone. Brendan refused to listen and was consistently interrupting me. He finally hung up on me. The repair took 2 extra weeks to be completed (total of more than 5 weeks). When I received back my car, I noticed they removed the hitch system from the back of my car. I noticed it to them but they answered that they can't find it in their shop and since the pictures they took before repair does not show it, they don't believe me. I sent them picture showing the hitch...now I don't hear back from them at all.Service: Body & Trim

Got my car back after a collision, air conditioning didn't work and once I brought it back and they fixed that, coolant started leaking again which was from the original accident.I advised at the very beginning that it was leaking coolant and they ignored it completely saying that nothing was leaking or broken from the coolant system(coolant had already emptied out so the geniuses didn't notice). I did not find out until after I took it to another shop and had them inspect it.Avoid at all costs.

Amazing service! Brent was so friendly and made the whole process easier! Loved the text message up dates! I had my car back in 5 days!!! Can t say enough great things and my car looks like it was never messed up!

I had an accident and they repaired my vehicle, and I was super impressed by the wonderful customer service! They communicated with me the entire time and provided me with real time updates while my BMW was being fixed. They were kind, personable, caring, patient and extremely professional! I literally couldn t be more impressed. Took them 8 days to order, replace, and repaint my damages. Brent was very thorough and consistent with updates did a phenomenal job on my car. Key (front desk rep) was very friendly and also helpful! I don t think they could ve done a better job.

The truth is that at first I came to think that they provided a good service, but 3 months after having repaired my car, the defense came off a little and the sensors have been falling one by one. I went back to them to explain that they weren't correctly fitted and they treated me horrible, telling me that they couldn't make the guarantee valid since according to them the piece is broken, which is not true. I do not have to make a new claim with my insurance since the only thing I asked is that they take responsibility for what they had not done well. I will proceed legally since yesterday I was about to have an accident due to the wrong placement of the sensors that go to the defense of my car, which was the part that was repaired.

Horrible customer service, The guy was a complete jerk pretty much had my mom in tears because she didn't want to leave the place without it being fixed ,I mean you take your vehicle to a collision repair place to get fixed not be returned in worse condition then before entrusting state farms recommended collision shops. They returned my father's truck with a broken windshield and check engine light ,basically they didn't fix anything it took them almost 4 months to do nothing . I then contacted the the place that the repair bill said they were ordering the parts from and they said that they had no record of them purchasing parts from them basically they took almost 4 months to botch a year old GMC truck and scam my father for $11,460 for a hood that wouldn't shut properly. They left parts to the truck inside the vehicle and the one thing that was supposed to be fixed the ambient temperature sensor hasn't was not fixed I've taken it to emission places both of them tell me that they it's not fixed it's it's failing, two other auto shops are telling me the same thing .

They kept my Benz for 12 days then decided not to work on, since it was taken to another shop prior to theirs he didn t want to fix anymore, he could have told me that in the beginning instead of making wait two weeks then made his decision. Not professional at all.

I appreciate their time and care with my vehicle. Savannah was lovely and patient. Shaun communicated updates regarding my vehicle regularly. The review on Yelp and Google do not match the service I received. I am more than pleased. I would recommend Service King to family members and friends.

I really appreciated the professional and excellent work that was done on my new car. This is second time I have been to the Lawrenceville GA Service King location. My vehicle was initially repair at another service king location (Peachtree industrial, Duluth), but the repairs was never completed. I was referred to this branch and the service I received was exceptional. Sean listened to my complaints, test drove with me and diagnosed the problem. My vehicle is now fully repaired with no complaints. Thanks to Sean and his team for your excellent service.

I actually had a a great experience with Service King. My car was scheduled to be completed on June 18th and I was able to pick it up on the 11th. My car looks brand new, I have to thank Shaun for his wonderful service and communicating with me about the status of my repairs. Savannah was also very pleasant and professiona & friendly. I have another repair on my car that needs work & I will definitely come back here to get that taken care of. Service King cares about it's customers.

Very poor customer service. Only brought my car here because insurance and it was close to home. The work that was performed on my car ended up looking abnormal. When I took it back for them to look at it with pictures to prove it the manager refused. They offer lifetime warranty on their services and don t honor it. And when you leave a negative review they just try and remove it instead of dealing with it. I would not recommend them to anyone that cares about their car.

When I say never bring your car here! Absolutely never. This place was recommended by my insurance company and close proximity to me.They could care less about you or your vehicle.I had to bring my car back several times over....lazy job. Bumper/molding was loose. Scratches that was new, paint was sloppily on other areas it didnt belong. Each time a poor excuse was given, even up to telling me we can look at the photos when it was first brought in (that never happened), and then ultimately we ll clean it up no worries. Only to have a worry.Not to mention when you come in, your serviceAdvisor wont pay you no mind whatsoever. Bless the young lady working at the front, about the only decent person there.

Terrible experience. Absolutely horrible. After being involved in an accident on a Saturday, I was told by my insurance adjuster to bring my car in on Monday morning. Upon arriving, I walked in and the woman behind the counter looked up from her computer and with a bit of attitude asked if I needed something. I explained the situation to her, to which she responded that my car would have to wait that they were booked up 2 weeks. I told her about my insurance and snapped back "that isn't how we work, you have to be scheduled." After more attitude and minimizing the accident I had been in, I chose to leave. I found another shop that actually cared and didnt treat me like I was bothering them.Do yourself a favor and skip this place. They won't treat you like you are a nuisance. No thanks.

I give them 5 stars for work on my son's BMW. My work on my Lexus? I give them NORTON stars. Work on damaged areas were great. However, the finishing and prepping for its return back to me was horrible. New scratches and where dents fix wasn't detailed. I had expected the car to come back to me shining and clean.

I had a wonderful experience with Service King! Kind and professional staff and I got constant updates on my car while it was being fixed. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new! They even cleaned the inside and gave me a nice gift basket full of goodies when I left!! A++

Service King was the shop of choice for our insurance company after an accident. The team at Service King was very communicative about the progress of the repair with texts and phone calls. Even as parts were backordered, they continued to update us multiple times a week. The vehicle came back looking as good, if not better, than it did before the accident.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Brought them my car to be repaired after being side swiped in a parking garage. Looked fine at first but a year later the dent is back and they claim I must have been hit again in the exact same spot. With the exact same damage. Makes no sense. If you don t want to honor your lifetime warranty don t offer it. Will never use these people again

Let me tell you a story. My husband hit a deer. His car went into the shop on December 9th. They told the insurance company it would be a 12 day repair. So after 2 weeks, they tell us it'll be ready on Friday. So we arrange to return our rental car. We return the rental Friday morning and call to see what time to pick up the car. They then tell us that the car will not be ready. Apparently rather than ordering a new hood, they had attempted to "repair" the old hood and it "just didn't look right". Nissan hoods are aluminum, you're never going to get a damaged one to look right. So they tell us it will be another week.On the the next Friday. And we call again...again the car is not ready. Apparently some clip on the front bumper is broken, but after that it'll be good to go. Part should be there on Monday. Monday we call, they tell us the radiator didn't show up that morning, but for sure would be there tomorrow. What radiator? We get some story about having the computer check on the car on Friday and it comes back with a bad radiator, so they order it and expect to get it put in so we could pick it up Monday. So we call our insurance agent and she calls them. They yell at our insurance agent when she calls to find out what's going on. Next day...car is still not ready. Talk to the GM...assured the car will be ready by Friday...again. GM volunteers to give us money off our deductible. Ok fine.Friday rolls around and again we are told the car is not ready. Now the windshield washer fluid sensor is alarming. So a new part has been ordered. We are promised Monday the car will be ready. My husband and insurance agents are both calling to verify. Monday morning, part apparently did not arrive. We are promised by the GM that the car will be ready before the end of the day on Tuesday. Tuesday and the car is not ready, now the answer is Friday. My insurance agent opens a case with their "good hands" team and threaten to remove Service King from their list of approved service providers. Suddenly the car is ready. My husband picks up the car and 5 minutes down the road gets 2 warnings on his dash. One is the "no washer fluid" meaning they never added fluid to the reservoir after replacing it, so obviously it was never actually tested. The other is some sort of check light. There is a broken clip on the door and the car is making a strange whining noise.My husband calls and they go "oh yeah, we knew about the clip, we'll order one. We never put fluid in the reservoir to test it, but the computer said it was fine. Just bring it back in tomorrow and we'll figure out what that noise is". So back to the shop it goes. I call my insurance company and of course they were told we picked up the car and everything was resolved. Finally the following Friday, we were able to pick up a working car. 6 weeks after the initial 12 day repair quote.If you got through all of that, I appreciate it. Please please please don't take your car to this place. They are either running a scam to get as much storage money from the insurance as possible or they are completely incompetent. Either way, don't let them work on your car.
