They did good body work. They seemed nice here. However after I got my car back it stopped working within a week after they completed the work. They claim it was not their fault but they did all the work and my vehicle did not have any issues before the accident. Not a great experience for me. I won t go back.

I wanted to give my business to a local shop instead of the big guys and I do not regret my decision. Everything I expected and more, they answer the phone when I called, everyone I spoke to knew about my vehicle and was able to answer questions. My vehicle was repaired in a timely manner and I love the work, my car look new again. Wish I can give these guys 10 Stars

I didn't get to experience their services, however I did get to experience great character and highly ethical practices. They are on my radar for any future services and any recommendations to others. Was a pleasure meeting these guys.

The boss is such a good boss knows how to run a business and the workers get work done ! This is a great shop to go to worked on my car there and it turned out amazing

I recently took my Toyota Camry to R & B Collison after Auto Nation in Buford, Ga lied to me and told me that my car was totaled. R & B was able to fix my car at a reasonable price and back to original condition. This was my second time using this shop and they do great work! George, the owner is very honest and I would highly recommend this shop for any Auto Body repairs. Thanks to all of the employees for their outstanding work!!

I could not say enough good things about this place. They are very professional and fast. I was promised my car in five day and got it back in 4. The work they do as well is amazing. I can not even tell where the work was done on my car. If quality and honest workmanship is what you want in a body shop this is the place to go hands down!!!!

I was in a fender bender and was recommended to have my car looked at by R & B Collision. The owner, George not only test drove my car to really understand what was wrong, but he immediately had one of his awesome employees look at it with us. I got to see first hand what the problem was. I have never taken my car to a shop where they show you the exact problem. I usually get a piece of paper with a bunch of items needed and a huge price. Not only did they treat my car like a priority, but I even got it back like it was brand new. I couldn't believe the transformation. I would recommend and actually have recommended all my friends to go here! Thank you George & all your employees for bringing my baby back to life again.

I went to the shop on Oct 4 2016 to have an estimate done on a bumper. I called prior to arriving to introduce myself and informed him what the reason was for me coming by the shop. He told me to come by the shop and he'd take care of it. When I arrived at the shop I wasn't greeted or asked if I needed help. I stood outside while the guy I had previously spoke to sat in his office and talked with his buddy. After about 20 mins of workers looking as if I wasn't there, I walked to the office and told the guy that I was the person he previously spoke on the phone with. He examined me up and down and rudely said "well it looks like your gonna have to wait huh" . I paused to calm myself and just told him that it was OK that I would go elsewhere. With all the things going on in today's society I would be doing the wrong to give my business to a place where the owner is prejudice. I am a man, a black man, a young educated black man and I refuse to look at things like this as acceptable. If you are someone who believes in making changes for a better tomorrow, this is where it starts. I hear they do good work but I wouldn't recommend them to anyone due to the way I was treated.
