FRAUDULENT WORK! WORST experience in my life from someone I thought I could trust that I know personally. MR. RICK Put a rebuilt transmission in my Infiniti g35 that was faulty the second I pulled off the lot slipping gears and lights came on. I ve tried to contact about fixing it under the warranty I was given and they have ignored me and dismissed me and they now blocked my number. I ve had to contact legal counsel in regards to the work done on my car. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!! FRAUDULENT WORK BEING DONE ON VEHICLES. NEGLIGENT WORK.

I had a very pleasant experience with this company. I wanted to surprise my son by adding a few enhancements to his car, and Quality Care Auto Body assisted with making it happen! They were very informative and patient as they explained the process of the work I wanted done. They also worked with my schedule and got the work done quick. I will definitely be back!

Rick is a master of his craft. I was throughly pleased with the paint job he did on my wife's car...even more so...so was she. He delivered what he promised and before schedule. Highly recommended!!

Rick is a friendly salesman. I brought a '08 Civic in for driver side front end repair, & to repaint the roof & driver rear quarter panel. The job was done faster than expected, & at first glance, looked pretty good. He polished the passenger headlight to try & match the new driver side one, & even replaced the hood hinges at no extra cost. But, there are some flaws in the craftsmanship. Minor overspray (pictured) on the top windshield seal, inner wheel skirt, & lower grill insert that suggest they painted the parts in place rather than before installation. Also found a few paint imperfections (pictured) on the new hood, new fender, and the repainted drivers rear quarter panel. There was rubbing compound is spots around the car. Paint drops on a couple wheels, & wet sanding residue on areas around the car & wheels as well. Ultimately the car looks better than it did, but it's not perfect, but I guess it will do.

I would often ask male friends or relatives to take my car in for service because I was afraid of being over charged. I was referred to Quality Care by a coworker after my son was in an accident. Mr.Rick explained all of my repair options and worked within my budget. I was very pleased with the quality of the work done and the time it took to complete the work. It was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend Quality Care Auto Body & Accessories for all of your car repairs.

Thank goodness I was referred to Rick at Quality Care is where I'll start..I needed to get my car in somewhere quick and I was getting the run around everywhere I called. 4-8 wks if I was lucky? Seriously?Then someone said I should call Rick at Quality Care.Professional and friendly, he answered all my questions. He also helped me through the process with my insurance company.I couldn't get in or out of my driver door, which was of course unsafe besides being a pain.He worked me in and worked with my insurance company to get it done as fast as possible. The ins co took longer than he did.My Nissan Baby looks soooo good, and I felt like he took the time to make sure it was done right and I would be happy.Completely happy with this company and would highly recommend it to anyone.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

Rick and his people did a great job fixing a deep dent that I had on my car for a very reasonable price. I was super impressed. However, I must admit when I did receive my car back there were multiple cracks in my window, a crack in my headlight and chipped paint that I now have to go get fixed. I do understand things happen, so I m not mad about it. Thank you Rick and your team!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Work done was completed within two days for what I believe was a very fair price and the completed front end damage looked great. This is what true quality service means! We brought Rick our vehicle which for the value was totaled. But given that this car was our daughters only means of transportation he took the job on for a reasonable price. For that I only expected that Rick and his team would get the car road driveable again. But he truly went above and beyond and the car looks now even better than it did before the crash. Rick was both professional but more importantly he truly showed he cared and wanted to make the best of the situation. I highly recommend Quality Care if you have repair work needed, and oil change or any other repairs. They will treat you right!!

I highly recommend Quality Care Auto Body & Accessories. I took my car there and Rick and his team was attentive to my concerns with getting my car repaired. They immediately assessed the damage on my car and gave me a fair price estimate. I really appreciated this because as Women, we are sometimes overpriced by Mechanics and Car Specialist. Although I did not have an appointment, Rick and his team was able to turn-around my car in a short few hours on the same day!!! I was highly impressed with the end result. Can't stress enough how impressed I am with service here. My car was totaled last Friday and we were told that there was nothing more that could be done for my car. The people at Quality Care Auto were able to fix my car for $2,000 dollars less than the damage that had been done to it. My car looks new now, and runs perfectly. The service was extremely kind and helpful, and went to great lengths to make sure my car could be repaired. I will never be able to thank you enough for helping me out.

I would definitely recommend Quality Care Auto Body. The owner was professional and did excellent work without overcharging. The repairs were done in a timely manner without incident. I also needed my air condition serviced and it was serviced with minimum cost as well. If you are in need of any car repairs, Rick is your guy!

My experience at Quality Care Auto has been nothing but the best. I have now become a regular. From the moment you enter the building, Mr. Rick and his team make you feel welcome and special. They make you feel like your car is the only car in the world and they will do their best to take care of it. From diagnostic testing to completion of service, you are kept informed. If they find any additional issues with your car, they let you know instantaneously. They also do not over charge you for minor fixtures. Their prices are pretty much standard and fair. During an accident, they deal with insurance company concerning estimates so that you don't have to worry about an already stressful situation. Rick is very honest, caring, and gets the job done. He will tell you if certain things are necessary or not necessary for your car. We go to him for all our cars, and we are very satisfied. I definitely recommend going to Quality Care Auto Body & Accessories for all your car needs.

Thank you to Rick at Quality Auto Care for a job well done! Our Acura was involved in a minor accident which caused damage to the driver side quarter panel. It also had some damage to both the front and rear bumpers from a few prior parking lot incidences. We were very pleased with the body work and paint job - all done in a few days and for a great price! Thanks Rick!!

I was recommended by a friend to Quality Care Auto by a friend a few weeks ago to do some body repair and mechanical work done on my Mercedes-Benz ML350.Went and get a quote.which was much lest than the 4 other places that I've been to. I was told by the owner this should take about week. 4 Days later I was called that my vehicle was ready.. Went I went to get my SUV I couldn't believe my eyes,my truck looks spanking new.,all the repairs were done ,my truck drives so nice. The staff was very nice and courteous,on that note right now they working on my 745 IL BMW which has some engine problems. The price is right and the service it's great,I WILL not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.GOOD JOB GUS..KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK .

After going through several paint and body shops with no luck ..my husband found out about this place through a basic search to get his car repainted and fix his front bumper. He told the owner (Rick) his concerns and what other shops recommended .. he (the owner) was very courteous and knowledgeable about his craft and also he was honest about what my husband's expectations should be regarding the work that would be performed... when he picked up his car he was very pleased with the quality of work done. His car looked BETTER than he's ever seen it look.. The only minor issue is that I would like better communication from the owner regarding the process and also letting customers know if he will be out of the office so that customers aren't sitting outside of the establishment for long periods of time waiting to pick up their vehicles... But we would definitely come back to this business again.. and recommend all of my friends to this place as well....

Deidre BeachI can TRULY say that out of the many car purchasing experiences I ve had in my life, this one with Ricky Cole at Quality Care Auto Body and his team of mechanics was the best. Ricky was our guide making sure the vehicles we intended to test drive were ready to go, then helping us explore options when I decided that we might want to go with a newer vehicle. Ricky Cole put together a reasonable purchase package for a 2014 Camry LE and I m very pleased. The car is beautiful solid, comfortable and has all the technical features I really wanted. This is probably the last car I ll ever need, or want. And with no equivocation I will be returning to Quality Care Auto Body to do all my maintenance and up keep of my car..This is the right way to sell And care for your vehicle, collaborative approach that puts the customer first and with first class service.Thank you Ricky Cole and your team.Cheers,

My car needed to fixed quickly as I had very little to contribute to a car rental. Rick got my car fixed in only 3 days. All repairs made the car look good as new, I would recommend him to anyone that needs their vehicle repaired.
