As someone who has never had many car issues I found myself in a pinch today when my steering wheel and brakes locked up and I couldn't drive my car. I called Pure Auto Repair and spoke with Rich who was a tremendous help. He referred me to a very quick and reliable towing company that got my car to the shop. They had my car diagnosed, parts ordered, and car repaired within 3 hours. I was very impressed with both the service and work! I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone in need! I could not be more happy with my experience at Pure Auto. They provided excellent service and was fast and efficient. Rich was great to work with and made sure to keep me updated while my vehicle was being serviced. I would highly recommend and will definitely be a returning customer.

I had the pleasure of consulting with William and rich . Firstly let me say this is THE best car shop you could ever ask for . They have excellent customer service . Most mechanics try to get over on women especially but they almost made me and my car feel like family . William and Rich fixed my car as if it was their own vehicle . Not to mention the prices are very affordable. I wouldn t allow anyone else to touch my car moving forward . If you don t want your vehicle sitting in the shop for weeks this is the place you wanna go . Tell them Naionna sent you from my honest review .

I've been here a few times and give them 5 stars for these reasons:1. Honest - My first visit was after I purchased my used car. There was no oil change sticker so, they suggested they do that. I told them I thought the dealer probably had done that, so they checked the oil and said all was good.2. Helpful; did not upsell - My new used car had a flat. They fixed it that day for a small fee and suggested only 2 new back tires, as one of them was definitely bald.3. Recently I came in for an oil change and was hesitant to say that my Camry "runs loud." The road noise had significantly increased, and that was as descriptive as I could get. They found a wheel bearing needed to be replaced and agreed my description was accurate. They were able to fix it the same day.4. They send me coupons in the mail. I've had 2 oil changes so far and they honor the coupon rate w/o even asking for it.5. Good customer service: The waiting room is clean and they are respectful to me as a female. Garrett the manager is pleasant, and another person who helped me last time as as well.

I recently was having horrible car problems . I went to local car shops and even the big name car shops as well . Every mechanic gave me salesman pitch . I was searching for a great car shop that would tell me what i need and also educate me on my vehicle . Let me be the first to say PURE AUTO REPAIR IS AWESOME. They were fast , had great communication , and very affordable . From my personal experience i only let William and Rich work on my vehicle . If they both are there you would be lucky to buy 1 get the other half off lolll . On serious note thank you pure auto repair . #number 1 repair shop !!!!!!!

Never left a Google review , but the team here deserves one. I was traveling to visit family out of state and the dreaded check engine light came on on my crapbox blue oval truck. The local blue oval dealership couldn t get me in for quite a while, so I frantically called all the shops around me on the map. The fella who answered (I believe Rich) was courteous and accommodating, and was able to get my truck in the same day when I explained I had a 600+ mile drive the next day. When I arrived, he was very transparent with the process of seeing what was wrong, and possible time frame to figure it out. Turns out it was an easy fix, and thankfully the part was available. Reasonable prices compared to the places I had called, prompt and friendly service. Highly recommend giving them a try if you don t want to be raked over the coals by a dealership and be waiting days for your vehicle to be looked at. Thanks so much guys!

I haven t done a Google review before, but I had to give my opinion on Pure Auto. As a widowed woman, I have trust issues with mechanic shops. Rich was upfront and honest with the repairs of my older Buick. I wasn t pressured into anything unnecessary, but told about things that had to be done. He gave me recommendations about future preventative repairs that need to be done and I most certainly will be having them done at Pure Auto. My car is running wonderfully and I feel confident about driving my car again. Thank you to all the guys at this shop.

What can I say. A fantastic group of people. From the moment I walked in until I walked out. I was given a ride to and from work that day rather than having to Uber it at no additional cost to me. They fixed my truck and even had it washed. Hard to find that kind of service anymore.

This shop is my forever shop while I m in the area. They were absolutely amazing. Garrett and Rafael were phenomenal! They gave me rides back home when I dropped off my truck for them to do work multiple times, and just super friendly. I also feel they are quite trustworthy. Never once did I feel taken advantage of or anything of the like. They took pictures to show me when they found things to repair above what I was originally there for. In fact, if they hadn t found one specific issue, then the front end would have eventually collapsed making it quite the safety concern! When they quoted me on a job, they never deviated; even if something on my old truck came apart when they were removing things to get to the parts they were originally fixing. They replaced for free and moved on.I would HIGHLY recommend these guys! I took my SUV in for an oil change and overall it was a good overall experience. And fast service, friendly staff, they were helpful in making recommendations of how I think in my tire repair thorough in their reports in what they did to the car given that it was in oil change in and especially on my tire that was losing air. Would definitely come back and check them out one of the services as needed. Lastly, I like their text reminders and technology used.

Rich and his crew detailed everything that wrong with my car without trying to upsell me, they didn't overcharge me and explained everything in detail so i could understand. I just moved up here not too long ago and this will be my auto mechanic place whenever I need anything. Thanks rich!!!!!

A great company with a great staff. I've had a fair bit of car troubles recently. They have been absolutely phenomenal. They stand by their work and will tell you exactly what you need without trying to pressure you into getting unnecessary things fixed. All of my coils went bad one by one, they fixed them. When one of my coils was bad after replacing it they fixed it for free (likely a bad part from the manufacturer). After fixing my car once, Garrett texted me the a few days later to make sure everything was still acting properly. They are always honest and always happy to help out.Honestly, I will be recommending them to anyone who has car issues in the future.

We have been looking for a reliable and reasonable car repair place, and after doing some research we found Pure Auto. From the very first time entering, we were greeted warmly and made to feel welcome. We needed a simple oil change on our older Honda, and they were honest in quoting prices and telling us what else may soon need attention (they even sent us a detailed maintenance update). There was absolutely no pressure, no trying to upcharge us, and we felt like we got a good deal all around. We'll be bringing our cars here from now on for all of our repairs.Service: General repairs & maintenance
