This month I bought a 2007 Honda Element from Nermin at Nerko Automotive. He and his team were amazing. I was searching locally for a second Element to replace one I'd had for years. Buying a car from Nermin was very low pressure. They made the purchase incredibly easy! I'm very grateful I found Nerko Auto!

My friend and I have purchased 3 cars collectively from Nerm, he is always pleasant and responsive. My most recent visit was due to a blown head gasket. He searched until he found an engine with only 70k miles for my 2005 Honda! He also noticed a few other issues with my car and addressed those for little to nothing. He is thorough and very professional! Highly recommend. Thank you!!

Bought a 2006 Honda accord from them this morning after my car crapped out on me the night before. They seemed very honest and didn t pressure me into any decisions, where super friendly and respectful to me and my husband. I ve been looking for a cleaner 2006 Honda that s not rusted out doesn t have a ton of issues. Car seems to run perfectly and I have yet to find any issues. Based on past reviews from others, I m sure if something happens or goes wrong, or if they accidentally over looked an issue, I can most likely call them and they will help me fix it. That s a major plus. I ll probably use them to do up keep on the car and any repairs that come with normal use, due to how nice they were today. Good business always brings repeat customers and I ll be referring my friends to them. 10/10 stars. Enjoy your vacation nermin! Thank you again!

Purchase a 2010 Honda Accord from Nerko back in October 2023 for it to break now on New Year s Eve. Called Norm, he told me to bring it in with no hesitation. I got it towed up there on a Thursday. They called me back swiftly on Monday, come to find out it was a normal wear and tear and the timing chain had broke. By Tuesday my car is ready to be picked up. I was glad Norm suggested that I purchased the warranty at time of the car purchase. Therefore I only had to pay $100 deductible. He did not charge me a diagnosis fee and had great customer service and customer support. 10 out of 10 recommend.

I bought an '06 Accord from Nermin recently. The price was good with no hidden fees or games. We found the car was missing the jack and had a couple of minor issues. Nermin kindly and quickly took care of everything - even finding and repairing something I had overlooked. I'm well pleased with the purchase and the way I was treated. Recently purchased a 2014 Honda Crv and couldn t be happier! The condition of the car was true to the photos I saw online and Nermin was quick to respond to any questions I had! The car did not come to him with a key fob to unlock and lock the car but he offered to program the key for free if I went and picked it up from Honda so I could avoid Honda s high programming fees and even programmed a key for my mother s Pilot for free as well which was greatly appreciated and shows what great customer service you will receive here!

Highly recommend these guys for mechanical work or purchase of a vehicle. We had bad experiences at dealerships and didn't have a lot of faith in dealerships in general until we came across these guys. We ended up purchasing a 2012 Durango exactly what we have been looking for. Overall experience was easy and relaxing, Nermin is great at explaining everything and giving you options. Bought a 2004 Honda Element here. After a month, it began to leak oil, then after a month, generator didn't work, then couldn't jump start. So after 3 months, I even cannot drive the car for a consecutive week. Not to mention it has costed so much money!

Former 1 star reviewer swayed by excellent customer service.Me and my girlfriend purchased a 2003 Honda CR-V from Nerko. Initially felt scammed because of some strut issues after buying. We were charged for the job and felt put off by it, thus the review. However Nermin reached out personally after seeing the review to see how he could make it right. It really stood out to me that he would do that. We definitely will be bringing the CR-V into Nerko for everything moving forward.

Amazing service, prices are super fair and upfront, no hidden fees. I bought an 03 Honda CR-V from them which had some issues. They worked on it multiple times to fix the problem and didn t charge me anything. Super understanding and reliable, on top of friendly customer service. As a 19 year old woman coming into adulthood, I m grateful I found such honest, hardworking people to help with my vehicle needs. Highly recommend!

I needed to get some tires installed quickly and inexpensively for a high mileage Honda Element I own. I was recommend to call Nermin. I am so glad I did. He got me a great deal on tires, charged me a fair price on labor for the mounting, and his team took care of me efficiently! I have been looking for someone I can trust and now I have found them! Nermin is very professional, accommodating, friendly and ethical. I purchased a used vehicle from him, and had the car checked out by another mechanic before buying. He not only allowed me to do this, but was very transparent about all of the steps in the buying process. The shop fixed in minor issue immediately, and I drove off very happy. If I have any maintenance needed in the future, I will definitely come here, because they stand by their work.

We saw an Ad and went to see a 2006 Honda Accord.We purchased the car for a fair price. It was "as is", and needed a couple of fixes, which they did with no problem.The car is great and so is Nermin (Owner)!Very Honest and Sincere People with a great staff!!Definitely going to continue utilizing this Business!!

The owner, Nermin, is so kind and a trustworthy person to take your car to. It s hard to find mechanics that are reliable and won t abuse the fact that you might not be as knowledgeable as they are about your car.
