For you Corvette Enthusiasts I just changed out the brake pads and rotors on my 2023 C8 Corvette Stingray Z51. Not that there was anything wrong with the factory OEM brake pads or rotors that came with the vehicle but more so for looks and performance. Once again NASH Chevrolet Service Department continues to exceed my expectations on customer service. I highly recommend their service department for any and all Corvette needs. Well done gentleman.

Great place to buy a vehicle. Our salesman was Chad Martin. He had the vehicle and all paperwork ready when I arrived. He was very professional and helped walk us through the whole process. If you want a great vehicle at a great price just ask for Chad!

We really cannot say enough good things about the people that we came in contact with at Nash. We recently bought a Class C motorhome at an RV dealer and the passenger door on the Chevy Express was making a popping noise that the RV dealer was not able to fix. We were told that we would need to take it to a Chevy dealer to be fixed. When we called Nash, Sharron did not hesitate to make us an appointment and in less than a week. We took it in today and Greg quickly found the problem and fixed it. While we were waiting in the waiting area, Tommy Nash came through just as Sharron was answering a few questions for us. She introduced him and we expressed to Mr. Nash how pleased we are with this experience. He is so personable and continued the conversation with such ease. We will definitely be sharing this experience with everyone that we can and we will definitely be back. Thank you NASH TEAM!!

Entire Sales staff was very professional and courteous that I did not go to any other dealership afterwards and bought there. Once I said I had my own bank financing, worked with me and didn't try to pressure me to finance with Chevrolet for the Chevy dealer benefits like another Chevrolet dealer did or add additional $2000 to price because I did not want to finance with dealer. Gave me great deal on my trade in.

Sales rep Kia was exceptional. When I am in the market to purchase another car I will, return to her for services. And I will recommend her to my friends and cohearts. My issues was with Laura the fiance person. She wasn't friendly at all. And if I could have used another person to close the deal I would have.

By unfortunate circumstances, I needed a body shop to fix my car. Nash was recommended to me by my insurance adjuster. I was unaware they had a body shop. Everyone I came in contact with was so polite and professional. Nash took care of my car and Alicia kept me informed every step of the way. Anyone needing a body shop, this place is it! There is a reason why Nash has been in business since the 50s. Their customer service is awesome!

In the end, the parts were finally installed after 20 months from the time the vehicle was purchased, but it was frustrating to have to wait for so long. I recognize that the bulk of this time was due to GM and not the dealership itself, but what did sting more was that I was called and told that the parts were finally in, but when we took the vehicle in to have them installed we were told that the parts were NOT there. I had been assured on multiple calls with the service department prior to this that the parts were marked for my vehicle under the associated Recall, but the new message was that the parts had sat there for too long and were sent back. They did source the parts from another dealer... which begs the question, if another dealer happened to have these in stock, why did I have to wait 20 months because this dealer didn't have them available. This certainly impacts if I want to do future business with Nash Chevrolet.

Nash Chevrolet is a family owned business that treats the customers as family. Courtesy, professionalism and friendly. You're not a number at Nash, you are important. I love my new Eqinox LT. The sales staff and, the service department are wonderful.Joe Baptiste and Scot Saffold were so helpful in my purchase.

It s def not the place to go as a woman. I told them I wanted to be the main on the paperwork but they put the guy I was with his name on it. So when I went to make payments, they sent him all the stuff and I never got the info so car payment was late. Bc his name was the main, my bank wouldn t let me link up my account to make payments. So I have to rely on someone who steals my payments in order to feel power over me. I finally got the book but it s all under his name. After I said it s my truck and it s gonna be mine. Now it s being weaponized against me. So thanks again for not listening to me when I said put my name on the financial part.I went to get my truck fixed Jan 22 and it s March 22 and yet nothing. I offered to travel all over the US to go pick up the part. Even offered to go the offices of gmc to get the one piece. I m trying to run away in this truck and all I get are excuses. Imagine if I rented a car how much I d owe to get a rental.Never coming here again.

I bought my 2021 Chevy Silverado PU Truck from Nash Chevrolet in April of 2021. I have had it serviced at Nash at the periodical internals every 5,000 miles. I have always been pleased with the Nash Service Department. The service work has been good and the waiting rooms are clean and comfortable.

I don t know what happened to this place did they change ownership? I wish I can give them zero star. I cannot believe what happened to me yesterday. My salesperson told me he doesn t go outside because it s cold. Which I kind of understand because he is a senior citizen. He sent me another salesperson which was the most arrogant person in the whole world. I hope this place is going to fix their customer service because they used to be my favorite car dealership with a lot of history in Lawrencville.

Nash Chevrolet is one of the best dealerships around. We got our dream car last week and couldn't be more happier with it. What I am truly amazed by is the service that we got from the dealership and (the sales person) Tanesha took very good care of us. She walked us threw everything and kept us updated on the car. Tanesha and Nash Chevrolet made our car buying experience the best yet. Making the whole buying process very easy and even enjoyable! We recommend Nash Chevrolet and Tanesha to anyone around!!!

This was an internet search process for a Certified Pre-Owned Malibu. I was given Mike as my dealer representative. He was very personable and knowledgeable on the car. I got the exact car I wanted, and Mike and Lauren (finance) even stayed late to help me with paperwork since I drove two hours to see the car. They even allowed me to keep the car there for four days as I worked a ride back to the dealer to pick it up. (They did offer shipping for a small fee, but I was already going to be in that area anyway) Overall, I had a superb experience purchasing the car and working with the team.

Easy to set appointments and everyone is super helpful. I have always had my service work completed in a very reasonable time and a good price. Nash does it so much better than other manufacturers.

I very rarely leave reviews that aren t 5 stars but my overall experience in buying a new truck was just poor. Hason was good to us and the inventory of new trucks was incredible, but that s where the positives ended. Most employees we encountered were abrupt and insolent. And unfortunately this trend has continued as I ve been trying to call for 2 weeks trying to track my tag down with no response. I hope to be able to update this review soon!

Knocked the deal out in no time. Mike Rutherford was excellent. Listened to what I wanted and was very transparent with me. I usually feel like most dealerships try to get over but Mike really took care of me.
