I was looking for a ball bearing and came to this location. Jeff tried to find in store. Which was not available then he tried online, write down specs for me. Great customer service by Jeff and the girl on the counter. You guys are doing amazing work.

The gentleman closed at 540pm .not even 6pm like it states at the door. And I needed a special part since my car broke down and needed to get it so I can returned back to Florida. These generation is ridiculous.

The parts that I needed for my car was a lot cheaper at Napa in any other parts store. I had called before going and I had great service by phone and when I got there the this service was even greater. I would recommend this NAPA store to everyone. Tony is great with customers he's very friendly and holds good conversation and he's willing to go the extra mile just to give his customers what they need

Avoid this Napa at all costs / tony didn t want to insert the codes manually because they wouldn t scan after waiting 35m for him to take care of one customer . Minimum wage I get it but that s the definition of minimum skills . Just go to any other location if you value your time . Perfect location sadly

Very helpful staff members. They made my battery replacement quick and painless. They had to order it from another store and it was there exactly when they told me it would be. Great job guys.

Bought a refurbished alternator, lasted a month. Recieved a lifetime warranty with purchase but apparently lifetime means as long as their sticker lasts.That's not my sticker is all this guy could say.Thieves is really my only opinion.

Amazing place. Luckily I broke down down the street and was able to glide my truck there. The lady up front was kind and knew what to look for and check on. She was very helpful and patient as to I kept going back and for small things I overlooked. . I worked on my vehicle for about 1hr in the lot and no problems. I would recomend this Napa to anyone.

These guys are helpful,friendly, and they have most everything you need. If they have to order a part, you can usually get it the same day by lunchtime if you order in the morning.NAPA has been around longer than I have, and they sell good quality parts.

It took Tony at least 35 min per customer, it the end I still couldn't return, the employee don't know how to work the system and really really really slow

One of the best and most reliable auto parts store to go to. They carry high quality oem parts and even some genuine parts for some manufacturers. Great customer service and knowledgeable staff, I would highly recommend anyone especially people new to the vehicle industry to purchace any of your parts here. Many locations also have a service department where you can drop off your vehicle for a repair or just have them do routine maintenance.

Had my car worked on here for about two weeks, an over heating issue with the engine. Long story short they were not able to fix it. They put in the time and the effort so for that they don't get 1 star...but my money went in vain in being able to completely fix the problem. The plus side, I ended up getting a new radiator and hose for antifreeze. But the problem was not fixed and money and time was wasted. So three stars.

This store is legit !! They always have parts in stock and way cheaper then the other auto parts stores ..also the staff is always hella knowledgable about the parts and always make sure you get the right parts overall outstanding store with immaculate service and not to mention lightning fast delivery times!!!!

Great store and corporation just the store manager Keith treats people like we are second class and its does not stand by the corporation standards, i had a return with NAPA logo box and since i did not purchase the parts at that store he didn't even look at the part he raise his voice and say " store dont connect with each other I wont take it" when i now they connect with each other since last sunday I purchase from one store and pick up at another sorry for the low score hopefully this helps to improve customer service

Ask for 2011 Hyundai starter , give wrong part ( 2011 Kia) cost me $160 extra for labor

I love going to Napa. Their prices are fair and in my opinion their parts are a lot better than other auto places. Staff is great

I bought some front break pads and they make a horrible noise like if it would be worn out, and it has made lines on my rotors. Also the stuff at the store were so rude, that I took the new break pads off and took it to the store to at least try to get a replacement, but did not want to accept it. I had to put the bad new break pads back. And now I got not more options that go to another auto parts store and spend another $60 on break pads. In addition I am never again buying anything at Napa.

Between two stars here and two stars at O'Reilly's you've got a Four Star Auto Parts store. Service is to intermittent and availability of simple parts like hose clamps and not them just being on a rack is a royal pain.

Came in needing a few brass fittings and 6-8 feet of airline.was told more or less if I needed to look in brass section for what I needed I couldnt be helped...with that being said,if you dont wanna help me now future opportunities will go to another supplier

Went into the store, needed to buy some wire by the foot. Guy says he couldn t leave the counter because he was the only one working. So if everyone needed the same thing I needed, then what ???? Sorry excuse because there is no excuse !!!

Antonio is not people friendly, and probably shouldn t be left alone on the sales floor. Definitely needs to work on his communication skills.
