Came to get a used car inspection done for a vehicle I thinking about buying, and they did an amazing job. Very transparent about potential issues in the future, it was completed very quickly, and all of the staff members were very friendly and welcoming. I 100% recommend this shop to anyone who is in need of a mechanic

Trust is the foundation to any good buisness. I took my truck for a four wheel alignment. After checking it out, spending over 45 minutes, he told me I don t need an alignment and did not charge me for almost an hour of their time. These folks are genuine and overall professional. This was not my first encounter at this location.

Always love and trust the service here! Had another company quote me for my ac going out an outrageous amount. Midtown told me a wire came loose and didn t charge me a dime to fix it. I ve been a dedicated customer since!

Front end on my truck started acting squirrelly, luckily I made it to the shop. Guys quickly assessed the problem, even tho I got there late in the day. 2 day turn around and it's ready to go. Great service and customer care

The staff here was professional and organized well. I asked about Tire repair for a nail punctured tire. They offered to do the repair but found it was an unrepairable screw doing the damage. I was offered a tire replacement instead. The price was reasonable and the replacement, with rotation and balance, was complete in under an hour.

Folks here are friendly and courteous. Work has always been great and timely. Use to take my vehicles to the dealer but I ve come back as the service and atmosphere is much better. Thanks

First time at Midtown Goodyear and I would highly recommend this location. Rich was helpful with servicing my vehicle within the time restraints of my schedule. The work was done professionally and accurately without any issues. I was provided detailed information concerning services needed along with an estimate I had to approve. Overall, wonderful experience!

We have been customers a long time. They are always friendly and courteous. We buy our tires here and also have our routine maintenance and any needed repairs done here. Just had the brakes repaired, excellent service. Thanks to Rich, Adam and the crew for keeping our cars safe to drive.

I was driving a rental car and the low air pressure light came on. I was over two hundred miles from home. I stopped at the tire store Midtown Tire in Lawrenceville. The gentleman at the counter was very nice to explain what they would do. I was concerned being in a strange place and not sure what kind of people I was dealing with. This was on a Friday afternoon after 4pm. They quickly got my car in, took the tire off, repaired it, and informed me it was not my fault. The tire had previously been damaged and repaired . They documented this so I could get a refund from the rental company. Drove the car another 700 miles with no trouble. Great job. 5 stars!!!!!!

Went in with a tire that wouldn't keep air, they found a huge hole in tire. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Awesome service!

These guys are great!! I needed some new tires and due to the supply chain issues they were difficult to locate. Dawson went the extra mile and looked for the tires outside of his normal suppliers. He even held the tires for me at the shop for a week until my next off day for me to bring the car in. It is rare to find repair shops who extend this kind of courtesy to their customers. I been a customer here since 2016.

Had my husband's BMW towed in to them after sitting idle for several years. First of all, they were so patient about the tow after AAA didn't come get it as scheduled. They also helped me find a reliable tow company. They gave me a complete breakdown of what needed to be done and what were optional, "can wait a bit", items. The jobs were done quickly and to high standards. I'm now able to sell it knowing it's safe to drive. I'll be taking my personal car in shortly for a needed brake job. I really appreciate this place and highly recommend them.

Midtown tire is the best place to take your vehicals. For oil change or full maintenance. They are fair and honest and do a great job. Between me and my family they take care of 5 vehicals. I have been going there for 20 years and highly reccomend them.

0 stars if possible. The "techs" are maniacs on the road. Do not let these people behind the wheel of your car much less under the hood of it. They don't bleed brakes appropriately. Caused my buddy's car to have air pockets in brake lines and almost wreck. Only Privileged folk that talk you down and belittle you work here. No sense of customer service. If you have a death wish, come get your car serviced here.

I've had my car serviced at Midtown for years. Adam and his team have consistently provided solid service, responding quickly, explaining both the problems and the solutions, and don't "fix it" if it isn't broken. I appreciate the honesty and courtesy.

The crew does excellant work. Dependable, thorough and conscience of the customers needs. They always are willing not only to do the work requested but to inform you of potential additional work and alternatives. I have been using this shop for 10 years and would not consider using anyone else for my automotive needs.

Great customer service. The manager (idk his name) is very helpful. He wears glasses and semi bald. Every single time I come with an issue with my tires I always come here because I know they won t rip me off. I do thank you all for always being honest with me.

I scheduled an appointment for tire replacement and a front end alignment. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Service department was very respectful of my time and the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend this location for their customer service and auto service.

Great customer service. Always quick turn Around time on our vehicle repairs. This specific location services over 25 of our fleet vehicles as well as all of our personal vehicles. They are all very honest and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

So thankful for this group of people! After driving across the country, my brake pads were completely shot (my usual mechanic didn't check the back pads on my last brake job). I still have a couple hundred miles to go to visit my family for Christmas but could tell something was wrong. This team went above and beyond to return my vehicle to road worthy and get me home for Christmas. So so thankful and highly recommend!

I have to say that I called for a last minute sencor repair for my niece 2012 Chevy Malibu. This was the first time that our family has done business with Midtown. They ran a diagnostic on her car and fixed the issue in 90 minutes. My niece really needed her car for work the next day.The customer service and complete auto service were awesome. Our family will be returning to have service on our auto's. Thank you so much Midtown. The Robinson family

These guys know how to look out for their customers, and HONEST- which is most appreciated! I took my car to them after dealership recommended service, only to find my brakes didn't need replacing nor did I need an alignment. Thank you for your quality care and service!

I've visited this store a couple of times in the past to have my tires repaired and always received great service. They were friendly, prompt and honest. However, I decided to buy a tire from them for the first time today and couldn't be more disappointed. On Friday, I was quoted $202.86 which included the tire, labor, and tax. Best price in town! I gave them the go ahead to order the tire which arrived this morning. Today, I waited in their lobby for over an hour for the installation and then the manager approached me and said I was quoted the wrong price and would instead have to pay $260. I showed him my original work order (attached) and said I wouldn't pay $60 more than originally quoted. He then offered to charge me $244 which he claimed was their lowest price but I declined. I understand that mistakes happen but they should have honored the original price, especially after I waited for over an hour for the service. Furthermore, I shopped around before making the decision to buy from them and was quoted less than $244 at three other locations in town. Unfortunately, I will not do business with Midtown Tire in the future.

I went there to have my splash shield replaced. It is nice inside and the chairs are super comfortable. Adam was really kind and did a great job showing me what went wrong and why it needed to be replaced. Kimberly also did a great job too. She ran a vehicle report to let me know some additional issues with my car at no extra charge. Their prices are great and the service was quick.

Rich and Adam are great. I use to have six cars to take care of. Rich is the manager and has been there for decades. He always treats me awesome and their pricing is always fair. I always check on major stuff. But never any reed to. Of course he knows I m cheap! But puts up with me any!
