I love this Mavis location. I called ahead and spoke with Andrew on the phone and he was very professional and polite. He greeted me upon arrival and assured me that my car would receive the services needed. In a very timely manner. I received an oil change and will return for an alignment..I also spoke with Keith, the manager, who was very knowledgeable and provided insight about upcoming services. I also briefly spoke with Raul and he was very polite and professional. I must say, that the entire experience was pleasant and the staff is top notch. Thank you guys, I will be back and tell all of my friends about my positive experience with this location.

I called for tire prices this morning and by far got the best rate on tires! Isaiah, took care of me and he was very professional, prompt, great smile and awesome customer service! He did an amazing job and I will most definitely be back again. Thank to Isaiah

I was passing by and needed an oil change, so I called to see what the latest I could come in was. It was a Thursday so they were open later, which is super convenient for the people that work during their regular business hours. I received the best customer service I ve ever experienced from any other mechanic shop. Everyone was kind, transparent, and professional. I was able to get in and out of there quickly, but they have definitely received a new loyal customer. Thank you Raul, James & Keith for the lasting impact and great service.

I booked an appointment at this location and it turned out that the gentleman whom i had spoken to, in fact didn't book it for me. But Raul gladly took care of us and definitely knew what he was doing. Raul was really kind and polite.

Highly recommend this Mavis! I ve been to several & this location by far is the best one. Keith & the rest of the team are very great with communicating & have exceptional customer service. I ve been going here for the last couple of years & they ve always exceed expectations. If you need work done on your car, don t hesitate to come here.

Came in with 2 of my tires flat and were super helpful and showed me the issues with my tires. Were up front about what needed to be done and left me with the options to choose and with information as well. They also saw me right away and were pretty much quick with everything. Super helpful and kind guys.

I needed to get locking lug nuts removed from my tires and the person that helped me out was very nice, professional and courteous. I ve been looking for a place where I can bring in my vehicle anytime for repairs, oil change, etc and I believe I just found the perfect shop for it. I would definitely recommend coming here.

While driving down the road I noticed my tire pressure was really low on my driver front tire. So I pulled into Mavis Tires and talk about great help. They took me right away and located the problem (a nail) right then. 20 minutes and I was walking out the door. The gentleman are very professional. I sincerely appreciate what they did to keep me rolling.

This is officially my go to place for tires! They saved me twice with flat tires, once in a visiting friend's car and once in my own. Both times we were out in less than 30 minutes. All of the 5 or so staff members I've interacted with so far have been fantastic! I'll definitely be back for future tire needs

Mavis always does a great job with my cars and the service is top notch! My van was diagnosed with some issues that they don't service, so they gave me the codes and recommended places in the area that can help. My other car had some issues with the struts and they fixed it that day. Prices are fair and competitive for national standards and they have a quick turnaround. The staff is friendly and helpful. Check website for coupon codes! They do a great job honoring a much as possible! Definitely recommend!

I went in to get an alignment done on 2/22/24. My experience was horrible. In the mit of me paying, one of the mechanics asked me have I had trouble charging my car. I told him no. Come to find out my car would not start at all. I have been getting my car worked on all day, just getting minor stuff done. Then all of a sudden I bring my car to you guys and my car does not work. Well they told me it could be my starter. Come to find out today, these people drained my battery and did not offer to help me with my car or anything. I had to call a tow truck to get my car home. The mechanic has an attitude with me the whole time. I will recommend you to not go here as they customer service sucks. I wish I would have known before taking my service to them.

What a pleasure. I walked in with an emergency & was welcomed with kind smiles. I was quickly taken care of. I was so nervous that my bill would be more then I could afford at the moment I explained my situation & they worked with me on a personal level. I recommend this shop 100%. From my experience, these guys are honest and fair. Had a small issue tonight that had me concerned over the safety of my brakes so I took it in. They were able to get me in, diagnose the issue and resolve it within an hour. No appointment, within 2 hours of closing as well. Very grateful for this. This will be my brake and tire shop going forward.

Came out of LA fitness and had a flat tire. Went here and spoke to manager. They were a little backed up and I couldn t wait so I ask to just put the spare on. Manager put Dwayne on it and in 5 minutes spare was on. Didn t even charge me. Done business with them before and would definitely do business with them again. Thanks Gents!

Wow HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I usually feel intimidated getting work done on my car because I know nothing about it. But Andrew made the process super easy and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Would def recommend and will come here from now on

Andrew and Keith have excellent customer service. Had a wheel (chevy chrome ) that has some pitting issues that would leak most of its air out in 2 days. Their tech was able to get the wheel to seal to the bead to where i only have to add air once a week. And to me that is excellent service!

10/10 service. Was told by pep boys i needed new tires, turns out I absolutely didn t, and Andrew showed me and explained to me how to tell when i need to replace them for the future. They re completely transparent and upfront, and very trustworthy. My car literally drives so smooth and makes no noise now unlike it did when i left pep boys at my last oil change and rotation. This is the place to go forsureeeee

I had such a pleasant experience here, I ve driven past this location quite a few times and decided to give it a shot because I needed some professional advice on the status of my brakes and wipers before a road trip . Andrew greeted me immediately and thanked me for my patience - while their were a couple customers in front of me . The lobby was clean and I was in and out in just over an hour . I have had many mavis stories but this had to be the best one yet . I will definitely coming to bring more business and spread the word about the amazing customer service . Thank you Mavis !

Very professional atmosphere and Andrew was quick to provide friendly quick service and got me all squared away so that I could get back on the road and I no longer worry about if my car is getting serviced safely and accurately or even if I'm getting the best price for my needs highly recommend that you all pay him a visit if you are local 10/10 experience for me

I went to Mavis this morning and was assisted by Andrew, who helped me with replacing a pair of LED headlights on my 2007 Kia Rio LX. The wait time was minor and he got it done quickly. I am a regular customer at this location and Andrew is an asset to this company!

I took my 09 Honda Civic in due to less than a week of grinding from the front end when braking. New customer and one for good now after today! I chose Mavis due to how close they were to me and because they had a great special on brake pads.I was met by the manager, Keith. I had scheduled online for the first, 8am, appointment. Keith and his crew were AMAZING!! I am skeptical of auto shops because I am female and even though many many females know about cars, I do not and far too many people in the auto repair business try to take advantage of that stereotype.I never felt that way at Mavis 406 Grayson. Keith and his team were friendly while professional and went above and beyond with trying to give me the best deal regarding what I came in for. They were genuinely sympathetic when my hope for simple brake pad replacement ended up being pads and rotors. But they did what they could to help while still being loyal to their store. And that s something I want because I want them to be around a long long time to come if this is how they treat their customers.The team did find an issue with an oil leak and notified me immediately. They didn t try to up sell me they actually tried to help me to get it fixed for free by finding the source and asking if I recalled the person/company who may have caused it. Unfortunately, I did not. Only then did they offer their help with details on how they d go about righting the wrong, things I could do in the meantime if I needed some time before handling it, and an offer to do all they could to be fair to both me while also staying loyal to their store when it came down to pricing.In conversation, I also mentioned another issue my aging Civic had been having difficulty steering (hard turns to be more exact). As it was a slow morning and the team seems to truly love what they do and where they work, they even took a quick look at that. Truly amazing individuals. Unfortunately, a true fix for that issue will be costly but again, in the meantime, the team gave me a way to get by so I could keep myself and others safe without causing too much more damage to my vehicle. And I stand by their advice as it worked like a gem during my brief drive home.Far too often people go onto review sites to complain. The truth is, the positive is overlooked due to our need to rage post at times. The service I received today however had to be shared. I know the Mavis 406 Grayson location cannot be as accommodating as they were today for me all the time. I happened to go at the right time. What I can say is that these folks care. They care about your vehicles and they care about their customers. I simply cannot say enough positive things about these individuals. I m sorry if you ve ever had a negative experience at a Mavis, you obviously did not come across the crew I did. If you ve vowed to steer clear of Mavis from a poor past experience, I urge you to give them another go, especially if you can get to the 406 Grayson location. You won t be disappointed!
