I brought my Jeep in after I came outside and saw one of my new tires were flat. They were super helpful, found the issue immediately, and got my tire patched in a timely manner. I usually bring my Jeep here whenever I have an issue and they are always great and affordable! Will continue coming back here with any future issues!

I am BEYOND grateful for the help that Mavis tires provided me, specifically the manager of this store. I live an hour and a half away from this store's location, and was leaving an event when I determined at the beginning of my drive my tire was flat. Roadside assistance was 2 hours away, and as a long shot I called this store to see if there was any way they could assist me, as I was stranded in the rain with a flat. The manager then took the time to leave the shop, meet me about 10 minutes away where I was, brought his own tools, and changed my spare for me. I then followed him back to the store and he was able to check all of my tires and get me set up with a cheap and efficient resolution to replace my tire and realign my car. He, along with the wonderful staff at Mavis, treated me with such care as if I was their own daughter and took care of me to keep me safe. I will most DEFINITELY be returning to Mavis tires for all of my needs!

Recently had a last minute oil change and purchased new tires. Received great service and Ariel was so polite and helpful. She will make a great Manager if she isn t already. In and out quick service.

This Mavis Tire location has excellent service! I was in and out with my tire fixed in minutes. Great selection of fairly priced tires. Ariel is the best! Make sure you go see her.

Amazing customer service provided by Vince. I had a low tire pressure light on. The wait at his location was over an hour. He located the nearest location, checked their wait time which was none, put air in the tire to ensure I made it safely and ensured I arrived. Thank you for making my day better during this stressful time.

One of the best experiences I ve had at a tire place. Management was on point, knowledgeable, friendly and happy to assist. Good looking work crew too! Highly professional! I would recommend for sure and will use them again!

Went into the shop with a flat tire and the sales associate Ariel was super professional and helpful she made a very uncomfortable situation way better. The gentleman who came to put my car on the machine was so pleasant. I had an awesome experience and highly recommend them.

Eric Champain is the BEST! He s worked on several of my family s cars. I always walk away feeling confident that my car is safe and I don t ever feel like he s out to price gouge.. I ll always travel to wherever to have Eric as my personal mechanic!

Venice was awesome!. Very polite and helpful. I rented a car from Hertz across the way and I needed him to check because I had a low light last night. I was in and out quick. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I'll definately come back with my car in the future.

I went to Mavis to get air because my tire light came on Dre and Luke were very attentive and helped me out and they informed me about my tires and the condition so I went inside and spoke with Vince the store manager. He was very polite and friendly.

I had a tire leaking down on my car.I took it to this Mavis, They took it in the shop,removed the tire and inspected it and found no problem. It wound up being the valve stem was loose, and charged me nothing. That doesn't happen much these days. Thanks guys !

Terrific experience. Slow leak in my tire and had to hit road in a short time. They were quick to get on it and the manager was as helpful and friendly as one hopes for in a business.

Good manager. Doing a double good review. My wife pulled in late and stranded at Mavis. The manager stayed late to fix her brake and tire issue. When didn t leave her after closing and waited till she could be picked up as it was a safety issue with the rear calipers.

Amazing customer service! I called ahead and was able to get in last minute. They checked my tire and although they concluded that nothing was wrong, they tested the tire several times. They were very honest and knowledgeable about their work.

Stopped in to have my tire checked due to PSI issues. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Joe and Nicole were pretty insightful as well. It was my first visit in and it definitely won t be my last. Very pleasant and professional experience. And the restrooms were clean. LOL.

I loved this place at first, but this last 2 visits left me feeling very taken advantage of. 1) let me start w/ the fact i spent $1,500.00 in my last 2 visits with 2 days of each other. For things they said HAD to be done. So, i did them. One, of the must haves was having my tire and rim replaced from hitting a curb. I have low profile rims on my car. So, an alignment & balancing was going to need to be done of course. They also told me that they could only do the alignment on 3 of my wheels because the back passenger wheel has a part that needs to be replaced and because of that, they won t be able to align the back passenger wheel. How, do u align 3 wheels and that 4th one won t affect the rest of the alignment? Doesn t sound right to me, but they assured me it will be okay. Against, my better judgement and everything i have been taught about cars. I let them do it anyway. Well, after getting all that done, i still needed my engine and transmission mounts replaced. Unfortunately, the service provider they have in house, could not get them off. So, i had to take my car to my other mechanic to do them. Engine mounts needing to be done, can cause a slight vibration when i drive because the engine is not secure and the vibration from the engine can cause vibration when u drive. So, after getting it fixed, i noticed that my car was still vibrating and the wheels felt very imbalanced. And was getting worse by the day. And i work an hour away from my house. So that affects me traveling to and from work. So, i contacted Mavis and expressed my concerns about that. Told them i would take the car to Butler tire and let them look it over. (As, butler has always been my go to for my tires & rims. And their alignments and balancing are top tier.)But, mavis was closer & was already appointed to do my engine mounts. So, i wanted everything done in 1 place, if i could. And depending on what Butler tire tells me, we may need to talk about a refund or Mavis tires doing the service at no charge to me. Well, butler tire informs me all 4 of my rims are bent in some way. And showed me what they look like when they rotate. It is an obvious lopsided rotation even i could see. So, how was the whees balanced and aligned with all 4 rims having a bend in them. Even the new one i just had put on? All 5 of my cars have rims on them and never had this issue!! So, i bring the car back to Mavis to ask these questions. Do u know i was give. An estimate for other things that need to be fixed around the wheel base of my car and it will be another $1,500.00 for the 2 items they advised me need to be fixed ASAP! Or the tire could lock up on me and have me on the side of the road???!!!!!! Now, when i was fixing all that other stuff, i could have prioritized better if i had known this. So, you mean to tell me when they had my tires off my car and were fixing breaks and rotors they didn t notice the wheel hub and wheel seal and wheel bearing and the control arm w/ball joint and bushings, need to be fixed? That would have been $1,500.00 well spent instead of the little items that i fixed before. It s like we are playing, let s see what works and it s all coming out of my pockets. And also, i asked them how that affects the 4 rims being bent and he said. Oh, that s a totally different issue. So, everytime i come in there they give me new stuff that I DIDNT ASK ABOUT, but they say, immediately needs to be fixed. And also, they know that my tire is rubbing against the inner wall & they keep saying they will take care of that for me. They never do but keep giving me estimates and having me pay for other issues. I m extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the communication and the work they are putting me through. My pockets do not have room for let s see if this works ! My money needs to be spent wisely and on issues that will keep my car in good running condition. Not one thing i asked them About has been fixed. But, i left out with a $1,500.00 estimate! AGAIN! I don t know what training their professionals have been through. But, they need more!

Today I went to get my tire pressure refilled and reset and Mr. VINCE was so kind and nice to me and my family as he serviced my car! I absolutely will return and recommend this business to anyone! Thank you!
