1969 AMC SC/Rambler, From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Kyle is extremely knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that the job was done right. He took the time to explain the work that needed to be done, and his attention to detail was second to none.In addition to his technical skills, Kyle also had a great attitude throughout the entire process. Friendly, patient, and always willing to answer any questions I had. It's clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the satisfaction of his customers.I highly recommend K&R Auto to anyone in need of engine work on their classic car. His expertise, attention to detail, and customer service are truly top-notch. Thank you for everything!

I have been using Kyle for 10 years, he has serviced my families three vehicles and has proven to be extremely knowledgeable on all make & models of cars.He is trustworthy, reliable, and has ALWAYS performed the work in timely manner of returning your vehicle to you when promised.We have never been dissatisfied, highly recommend.

My family takes all of our cars to Kyle. He is honest and performs quality work, letting us know what needs to be done immediately and what can wait. My former mechanic who closed his shop several years ago referred all of his customers to K & R Auto Service. His shop is clean, organized, and well run.

Had a critical issue with my car that basically left me stranded. Called Kyle and explained what was going on - I was able to carefully drive the car to the shop and they had my car fixed in 30 minutes at a reasonable price. They are honest and his staff is very experienced.

I was an Southern Appalachian customer that used to be in the same building. Kyle graciously welcomed all their customer after they closed. All things happen for a reason!! K & R offers polite, friendly, honest and knowledgeable service. Prices are always fair. I am very pleased and relieved as it is scary trying to find someone who doesn't rake you over the coals. Thank you Kyle and your friendly staff for taking care of Gwinnett County and beyond!!!

These days you need a good mechanic that you can trust. K & R Auto is the one I trust to take care of all my autos. I have been taking my autos to Kyle for over 10 years and I always feel like he is doing the right thing and charging me a fair price.

Kyle is always super helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are always the best in town no matter what the issue. Hes the only mechanic I will let touch any of my cars

Not more than a month ago I had my starter changed at this shop. I'm from out of town and was just passing through the area and had the issue, so I had the car towed there and they had it done for me the next morning. As I got back to my home state I sort of have issues with the part that they put it. The starter that they put in was not only wrong it caused the car to catch on fire. I called the shop and they give me the number of their insurance company to call to make a claim. When I got on the phone with the insurance company they started a claim for me and proceeded to tell me that since I was not close to their shop or any other shop that used their same insurance they would work with any shop and just pay the bill. The problem with this is they wanted me to pay for all of the repairs that needed to be done and then they would reimburse me, the issue I have with this is they said it would take up to 45 days to process the claim after I've already paid for the repairs. I ended up the towing the car to a car dealership and buying a new vehicle because the repairs would have cost over $2000.

These guys really know what they are doing. I had another shop ready to replace my turbocharger when I took it to them. Turns out the problem was in leaky vacuum lines. The repair was much less expensive and my car runs better than it has in years. They'll be having my future business.

GREAT RELIABLE FEAR KEEPS MY CARS RUNNING WANT HAVE ANY OTHER PERSON TOUCH MY CARS KYLE KNOW THEM INSIDE AND OUT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE THAT NEEDS THE BEST A FAIR UPFRONT REPAIRS. I HAVE A MAXIMA WITH 420000 MILES, SUBURBAN 213000 MILES, AND THE NEW ONE 1957 VW 56000 MILES. DOSE RIGHT BY ME AND NEVER HAVE TO GO BACK DUE TO AN OVER SITE.

Fair place to get brakes fixed i got roters and break pads .he told me the person that did my breaks last did not. Grease the nessary parts. He no.s what hes doing

The other day , came in for A/C check , and they ware telling me I need to change the dryer , and I was like ok , and then they told me one of the compressor hose is bad , they I told to give me an estimate of $649.89 witch is a crazy high price , I told them I won t do anything, and they still charged me $135 for the labor that they didn t do anything, and they ware trying to sell me parts that my car doesn t even needed . And they didn t even tell me , hey if you want we to diagnose your car will cost you this much , they just a rip offI went to a different shop called ZEUS automotive and I didn t tell them anything they vacuumed the system recharged the system and they charged with Freon , the car didn t need anything A/C is working ice cold , these guys from K&R don t know what they are doing and they rip people off very unhappy and disappointed

I need a motor for my car I was upset because I had a warranty but the company wanted me to pay to have the motor taken out to be inspected which cost 2,000.00 in the mist of all of this I went ahead and had my car repaired I must say Kyle did a bang on good job on my car thank you so much my car has never run better.
