Super impressed with the service at this Jiffy Lube location. I was greeted right away, and they got me right in for my oil change. Everything was fast and efficient, but still friendly. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and professional. I'll definitely be back!

Had a bad experience at a Jiffy Lube earlier today and found this location that was actually closer to home. They went above and beyond to get my car taken care of quickly. They didn t keep my oil filter in stock (they rarely see my model) but sent someone to another location that had it on hand and I was back on the road in under 45min. I m super impressed! Thank you!

Friendly, fast and efficient service with a smile! I went for an emissions inspection. I would definitely go back there again for an oil change. I was treated very respectfully by friendly and helpful service technicians. I was greeted very promptly and served immediately. I was not talked down to (as a single female with some car knowledge) and I greatly appreciate this!

Jarred was super nice and helpful. Filled up my coolant and I didn t even know it was low.Explained a lot of things about maintenance and was overall very engaging! Just came for a top-off but definitely will be back to get a regular soon!

As a customer service specialist it is important that you greet your customers so they feel that they are welcomed. I was not greeted ..next the gentleman in training had headphones on his head and the manager was seated in his car with his feet resting out of his window... I'm traveling but needed a top off . They didn't have the oil I used in stocks however they did use a substitute to get me home , which I really appreciated. This would not be my 1st choice of business to go to in the GA area for an oil change, because this is NOT the customer service I receive at my local branch in SC. I did however receive a smile from the young man in training when I left.Wishing this store much succeeding the future...

I showed up about half an hour before they closed this past Tuesday, with a nail in my tire. There were only 2 employees there, and they were working on another vehicle at the time. They managed to work on that vehicle and get the nail out tire before they closed up for the day. I really appreciate them getting me fixed up and back on the road.Service: Tires

Needed oil change last minute. No wait and quick service. As with every express oil change company they charge a lot but it s quick and easy. Use online coupons.

If I could this place 0 stars I would. First, the guy that changed my oil, charged me for an air filter when he didn t put a new one on. Secondly, he did not fill my fluids like I had asked. The air pump wasn t working so they couldn t add air to my tires. I also had a coupon, they wouldn t honor because they already closed my bill, I informed him 4 times about coupon. The worst experience of all.

I was there today for an oil change, and Jordan helped in making it easy by being very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and went beyond, making me feel comfortable with what was happening and what was needed for my car. Thank you!

I got the oil changed at this location, they did not change my oil filter. They just changed the oil. They tried to charge me $138 dollars just to change the oil. If you all get services done here, double check their work. The owner said to send in my email address. I did sent it right away, and he still has not reached out. PLEASE EVERYONE DOUBLE CHECK THEIR WORK!Service: Oil change

Great shop and the best jiffy lube I've been too! My mechanic Leonard was awesome!! He did a great job on my front brakes and he gave me a realistic timeframe of when I would need to replace my back breaks!!

I brought in my 2011 Honda Accord for a transmission fluid change after talking to the tech. He quoted me $149 for a synthetic fluid change and that it would take me 15 minutes. I drove up at 1:10 pm and confirmed the price of $149, then I went to the waiting room. I saw there were two cars being serviced, but the two techs were sitting and looking at their phones. After about 15 minutes, I asked them what time I would be able to leave. They said 15 minutes, that they were waiting for an air filter for one of the cars being serviced. After another 20 minutes, they finally pulled my car up to sevice. 20 minutes later, one of the techs stuck his head in the door and told me he had to order the right transmission fluid from the warehouse for my car. He apologized for the wait, but then he told me the cost would be $179, tax included. I said I was quoted $149. He said the service STARTS at $149. My service was $169 plus tax because of the amount of fliud my transmission needed. I didn't know what to say other than OK. Then at 2:40, the transmission fluid finally showed up, and I was finally out the door by 2:55. So much for a 15 minute service. Jiffy Lube did not live up to its name.

I received very friendly, fast and professional service on my oil change. The employees here care about the service they provide and are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend going here for your maintenence needs. Leonard, Britini and Miguel are terrific.

My daughters and I went in for a quick oil change and they took excellent care of my car and my wiper blades as well. Everyone was professional and courteous (despite it being closing time). If you're looking for a friendly, speedy, service we highly recommend that you drop by.

Came in for an oil change on my Ford Focus they were awesome! Chris and Aaron were super informative and efficient! I asked probably a million questions and they answered all of them in a way that I could understand! It was a great experience and I d HIGHLY recommend this Jiffy Lube establishment! Also can t forget Monte was extremely kind and hospitable while servicing me when the others worked on my car. Basically GO HERE!

Janayea was knowledgeable, had a teaching spirit and was kind. We came for an oil check with the understanding that there might be other issues with the car. She showed us what the other issues were with the car and explained what they were in a non-patronizing way. We definitely appreciate her customer service.
