Not sure why the complimentary carwash is now just an exterior wash. Paying $77 for an oil change as little easier to swallow when it included a complete interior and exterior wash. I was a loyal customer for over 10 years, I probably won't be coming back.

Poor excuse of mechanics in this place. Passed my emissions test however some of my dashboard lights stayed on after it and they did not know how to fix it. Now Im going to the dealer to pay for a mistake they did. Also the mechanic in the breaks section has an extremely condescending tone and was extremely useless.

Tried twice to get an emissions test and they couldn't accommodate either time. The first time was because the inspector was "out for lunch".. at 4pm. Seems like quite the time to go for lunch, 2 hours before closing.

I was able to pull right in no wait. They took me in immediately and changed my oil. The employees and manager was very thorough and Manager was very kind and new his cars. I always love coming here but I am even more happier than ever. Will defiantly return.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

It was super easy and convenient going to this location for an oil change. I was In N out in 30 minutes. Only complaint was they reset my dashboard but the oil change light still comes on. Until today I had no idea Jiffy Lube did emissions testing. I called in to verify and the girl on the phone very sweetly confirmed. I went with my friend, and I loved that between our two cars we were there for less than 15 minutes. Absolutely loved the customer service we received, I don't recall his name but the cutie with blue eyes was very attentive and super polite. 10/10 recommend! Plus you get a free car wash after doing the emissions testing with them

I have been changing my oil in this place for about 7 years. The oil change used to come with a free car wash outside and inside, but lately they dicided only outside. I feel sad for the customers and the employees that they used to make their day out of the tips cleaning the inside of the car.Last time I went, I didn't use my free car wash, because it was about to rain, and they said I can come back to use it any other day.So I came back yesterday just to vacuum, I was vacuuming my car and a tall black guy wearing glasses, and think his name is Christopher or Christian, one of the managers, came to me in a very rude manner told me that this service it's only for a paid car wash, I was like "so the oil change, doesn't come with a free carwash anymore?" And I showed my sticker in my car's window.He said, "this is not Macdonalds to come anytime you like"After that answer I left, there are many places that can do same service with proud of their job and not being rude and disrespectful.They just lost 3 customers, my self, my wife and my cousin.Service: Oil change

I had my oil changed on 11-5-22 and after that my Husband noticed that I was leaking oil. I went back there the following weekend and was told by the Manager Mike that his guy hadn t wiped the oil off the skid plate and that s where the oil was coming from. He said that there was nothing wrong. Since the oil leak continued I took my car to Walmart and upon their inspection found out that there is a severe leak around the drain plug and that it was stripped. I have contacted them and their corporate office by email and phone about the damage they did to my car and have not gotten a response from the franchisee. Not only did they wreck my car and lied to me about it, but they are not responding to my request to resolve the issue. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!Update:I took it back again and was told that the rear main seal was leaking and the oil pan gasket had to be replaced. They did not take responsibility for this, but suggested I take it to the dealership. When I did take it to the dealership it turned out to only be the drain plug, as Walmart had said, because Jiffy Lube had reused it and shouldn t have.Does anyone else notice how they always reply to positive reviews, but have not replied to mine? Also when contacted about paying for the bill from the dealership, they went silent.

I've been to this place twice in a row and still have not been able to get my tires balanced.The 1st time there were not enough employees to do it. The 2nd time, the machine is broken. Not really happy with this service as they are the closest Jiffy Lube to my home. It's an inconvenienceService: Oil changeService: Oil change

I came here for an emissions test. I have never been to a jiffy lube so I waited in the car line until I was ready to be attended to. One of the workers came up and immediately started pulling on my door handle. Why would you think that my door was going to be immediately unlocked and wouldn't you wave hi and say what you needed first? So I opened my door because I'd like to keep having a door handle on my car and he scanned a sticker on the inside of my car door jam and walked away.When I got to the front, the technician Josh was excellent. He walked me step by step through the emissions test ( he did not know but I never had an emissions test done before) and was so professional and nice.Unfortunately I would never bring my car here for service. The other guy working on the other cars kept constantly yelling for Josh to come over and help him. I wondered if that guy knew how to do anything other than fill air in tires.Josh is the only one that seems to know what they are doing. I feel if I did go here I would ask for him. I was unimpressed with everyone else.

Took my car to get an oil change a few months ago at this place. Took my car to get an oil change at another place and they told me the oil pan was tapped. Basically stating whoever did my oil change last time, stripped the original thread of the oil plug, and rethreaded it without me knowing. Great service Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I got an alignment here on Sat. Jun 26. After it was done, later that afternoon I noticed the wheel was still off center. I didn't have any time to go back until the next Friday. So I called them and asked if I could come back and have it looked at. I was told that's fine.When I showed up that Friday July 2nd, they told me that they were too busy and wouldn't be able to look at it. I was told at this time that I probably needed to get my tires rotated to fix the crooked steering wheel and the car pulling to one side. I was told to come back the next day and they'd have some time to look at it.I got there the next day, Sat. July 3rd. This time they told me that all of their lifts were broken and there was nothing they could do for me that day. At this point I really should have given up and gone somewhere else, but since they had performed the alignment for me already, I wanted them to do the rotation as well. So I asked if I could make an appointment for the following Monday. They told me that's fine.Monday, July 5th, I show up ready to finally get my car where it needs to be with the rotation, and I'm told that they can't do a rotation because I need new tires. Now, if that was the case, why didn't the mechanic notice that when he was doing the alignment and say something then? It's almost like no matter what I did, they just didn't want my money or my patronage. At this point I took my car to Discount Tire and got what I needed to get done, done.It was all such a confusing and annoying process. There are no clearly defined areas where I can go to ask someone from Jiffy Lube a question, as more often than not I found myself walking around until I could find someone. The people at the desk inside were of no help either as I was told "if you have a Jiffy Lube question you have to go outside and find someone".Service: Steering & suspension repair

Michael was just awesome! The entire team was courteous and super fast and friendly. This is the best experience I have ever had during an oil change! In and out in less than 30 Min on a Sunday...you cannot beat that and the prices were even better! 100% Will reccomend to everyone! Thanks Michael and Team!

Got my oil changed and tires rotated and none of the lug nuts on the driver side were tightened. They were not even hand tight. I went to pull out of the parking lot and it felt like my wheels were about to fall off. It was disappointing because I ve taken my truck there for well over a year now and have always had a nice experience. Quick, professional and got a free car wash.

I get great service from this location, and I'm on my third vehicle to mostly be serviced here. I am a little frustrated that they rarely have their top-tier oil in stock, and they didn't have my air filter, either. Overall, though, they get me in and out quickly.

I took my second car for my emissions test, which was quick and free of drama. I'm sure I was out of there in less than 10 minutes. Each emissions test comes with a free car wash so you can kill two birds with one stone.

Went to this location which is independently owned (awesome) however the Computer s were down.The employees were ALL inside. I pulled up someone walked and I had to ask Are you Open? Their response. Our Computers are down. I asked Do you know when or is their an estimate for resolution? We don t know . This is acceptable; however i would suggest your placing a sign or something noting we re-open at 11. I had to ask and the answers were not concise so I drove less than a half mile away and went to another Jiffy Lube location. I would have returned to the Duluth Highway location had they had the sense to say Were sorry for any inconvenience but we will be more than happy to help you later this morning or afternoon. An opportunity lost due to ignorance. You have 10 people standing around looking simple and as a result I m certain your business is prospering but could be doing more.....

We have Mr Clean to change our oil because for over 5 years because you get a free full wash with the oil change, this time they told us that was changed and only the exterior wash comes with the oil change, so we paid $68 for oil change we re charged $20 extra for the interior plus the tips we give to the cleanersService: Oil changeService: Oil change

I can't truly rate the service because I waited for 30 minutes or more and gave up. So my rating is based on the length of time I waited and had to go somewhere else to be serviced. I went to the one on Riverside instead.However, this location was clean and brite and looked new. All staff were wearing masks. It's a shame I could not stay.
