My husband and I have been bringing our vehicles here for the past 8+ years. We love Alex. He doesn't upsell you on items you don't need nor overcharge his services. His work is guaranteed as well.

This was by far my worst experience with a mechanic. When they first received my car they called and quoted me 680 dollars . Which was fine and when they called me and told me my car was done they told me it would be 700 dollars I assumed that parts were more expensive. When I got to the mechanics they told me it would be 900 dollars. They up charged me 200 from the moment they called me to me coming to pick up my car. That is awful business practices and is so shady. I will never go their again.

I took both of my sons cars to J& M Auto Center. One for a fuel pump, and a fuel pressure sensor on a 2006 Acura TL and the other for valve cover gaskets, plenum gasket, and a lower to middle plenum gasket on a 2005 Infiniti G35 Coupe. The service was very professional, The work was done as stated, and the prices are reasonable. J & M Auto Center has earned a new customer.

We moved here 4 years ago and needed a mechanic shortly after moving. I was recommended this place by another shop. I have gone nowhere else since. Honest work for an honest price. I highly recommend J & M! We have had small (oil change) to big (transmission replacement) work done here. Plan on going no place else.

Very surprise about how this team helpe me out with my pick up truck , after two weeks with a weird sound every time I put gas on the pedal for last two months I was trying to get this fix and visited few places but thanks to a friend who referred J&M alex found the problem and fixed thanks guys fou

Friendly & respectful staff, clean waiting room & bathroom, competent mechanics. A place where you get a sense of family environment. Everyone was very nice to me & my older model car. Highly recommend Grayson Tire & Auto.

Took my 2014 Explorer sport to do the water pump, oil pump and all the timing components. I spoke with Alex and he is amazing. Alex said it will take 5 days to do the entire job and on the 5th day he was already calling me in the morning letting me know the car is ready and it has been tested and all is good. I would definitely recommend J&M. They were professional and their prices were the best compared to other shops. Thank you AlexService: Auto maintenance

I think it's unfair that you guys ask me about j&m Auto a lot. Perhaps it's because I go there often whether I'm taking one of my many vehicles there or someone else. These guys are fantastic they're honest and I've been so many times we're like family. I love the fact that they will give you their honest opinion and tell you if you need something fixed or replaced. I love Alex and the whole j&m Auto center family. Thanks for always being so kind honest and straightforward. I am glad that you are in my neighborhood.

I scheduled an appointment and arrived on time. I was told that my car will be seen in a little while. I've never been to a shop where they didn't honor appointments time slots.Then I was asked if I was in a rush! My understanding of appointments is that you are being scheduled to be seen at the time of your appointment. The rep continue to get an attitude with me when I asked how long will it take for my car to be serviced. Then he told me I can take my keys and go when I asked whats the point of scheduling an appointment if you don't follow them! Very disrespectful. I NEVER BEEN TREATED THIS WAY.

Take your car to this shop when it needs to be repaired. They are reliable, dependable and will not cheat you. We have been going to J& M for over 3 years and Alex is amazing

Alex and his team, did a great job on 2003 Toyota Avalon and my 2012 buick enclave. Very professional and great price for the work. This is my go to auto repair shop will recommend them to my friends and family.

I've been here twice. Each time I tried going to the place down the street only to be told that there is around a week wait (even for small things). Every time the guys at J&M got me in that day, got the job done quickly and professionally and at a great price. They've helped me with a coolant flush when my heater wasn't working and they helped me with a used car check and found issues that ultimately gave me a better bargaining position and better price. I value their opinion and have decided that they will be my first call next time around.

First time going to them and I m never going anywhere else. They are super honest, there were things I thought I needed done to my car (that other mechanics said I needed) that they could have just done and made some extra money off of but he was honest and let me know what did and did not need to be done and didn t try to make money off of me. Every other place I talked to was charging 2 times as much for less work. Definitely going back for anything else my car needs, it s nice to deal with an honest mechanic.

My experience so far has been all good with J&M. I ve had a couple of rude, condescending engineers lately at other shops and Alex is the opposite. Nice, clean, friendly & reasonable service. I would recommend this place.

J & M is one of the best places to take your vehicle in the Lawrenceville/Grayson area. Alex will tell you the real. Rather you like the price or not. They are the only ones that work on my vehicles.

Alex and Daniel are awesome. I talked to Alex on phone after doing a internet search for mechanics. He was very polite answered all my million and one questions. I took my car to Alex he is the best very honest which is hard to find. My car runs like a champ. Thank you Alex & Daniel.

Sold me a vehicle that doesn t work properly. I only drove it 30 miles and it started giving me issues. I ended up spending an additional 3000 dollars to fix it. Do not go here! They are money hungry !!9/18 Update the owner must not be aware of the fact that they sell vehicles, if you can t pay for the service. He probably doesn t recall a white xterra sitting out front for months .I wish your business well despite your shady business practices.

Greatest place to take your car. I hate being pressured by mechanics to get a million and one things fixed on my car when it isn't necessary. Alex is honest, friendly and all the guys do great work! 0 complaints from me, I would refer everyone I know to this place! Wish I knew about this place when I first got my car!

Fantastic job of diagnosing the check engine light on my 2006 Dodge Caravan! I took this van to several shops who simply replaced parts without knowing the root cause of the problem. These guys did some real diagnostics on the van and discovered the real cause of the check engine light. They fixed the problem at a fair price and I was on the road again with a clean emissions check!I'll use these guys for all my future repairs!

Although I wasn't able to get my truck serviced today (my fault) Alex was very responsive and accommodating. I'll be going back as soon as I receive the right parts.
