There was a problem with the engine, after diagnostics they found out that the problem in cylinder head gasket, ordered the necessary spare parts and fixed it as quickly as possible. The best shop in town, professional mechanics, great managers and most importantly honest people. Would highly recommend to anyone who has mechanical issues either for a truck or a car. I always come here for my regular maintenance and any other issues arise.The best shop!!!

Excellent service! The guys fixed the oil leak in my Mercedes Sprinter in just a day by replacing the heat exchanger. Fast and for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Excellent service every time! Listen, my sister and I have a fleet of 5 trucks and being women in a male dominated industry can be daunting especially when it comes to truck repairs and maintenance. Finding Vlad and Ideal service truck repair has been a breath of fresh air! They are patient, kind and explain everything so we know exactly what s going on with our trucks. The mechanic Mike was very professional, he handled my car with care. He fixed all the wires on my driver side light harness, and got me back on the road riding great This is now my go to mechanic shop for all my car needs!!!

Worse experience ever brought my truck in with black smoke told me running on 2 cyclenders I ask him to check turbo says turbo was fine after my mechanic say to check later he informed me I need to fix 2 value and then informed me I need to replace turbo.after he put truck back together days I needed to replace injectors after doing that truck had blowback informed me I would need to rebuild motor cost of 30k. The reason I had blow by was they left my motor uncovered and it rained that night and there was puddle on my uncovered motor after I informed him the blow by was because there was water in my motor he said no way that was the issue after having a conference call with my mechanic contradicting everything he did he finally agree to change oil but said it was a waste of time after he change the oil it did correct the blow by. This guy said he's been rebuilding engineSince he was 14 chaged me 7600 and was then trying to charge me 30,000 for a engine rebuild that wasn't meeded my mechanic also informed him that the computer would tell him what's wrong with my truck told him and me no codes were showing not sure what to believe what this guy Val the owner says period you've been warn he did help deliver our load to customers so he did do that for usmy
