After 220K miles our 2006 Prius pulled the dreaded triangle of death card on us and the hybrid battery faulted out. I contacted Chad and he had us back up and running an hour and a half after he arrived at the house! If you re looking for a mechanic to service your hybrid battery LOOK NO FURTHER! Anyone that has a car with a hybrid battery knows the headache they can be. My P0A80, P3013, and P3014 all disappeared instantly after the module swap. Replacement modules were load tested right in front of me. Chad was amazing. He was very professional and friendly. Explain in details his work and was very knowledgeable about Prius. I m so glad I found him if not I ll be another person who would of taken it to a dealer and spent thousands of dollars. Very budget friendly and I would recommend him to my friends.

I researched my hybrid battery options thoroughly for a 2006 Prius. I would suggest that everyone do the same and determine the best options for them. The options can be very expensive with few guarantees, depending on the path the owner chooses.Chad was very professional and explained the process throughout and allowed me to discuss, question and observe. He offered to come to my home or office and set an appointment that would work for both him and myself. He showed up on time and began working immediately and completed the process in a little over an hour. Chad evaluated the vehicle codes to identify the bad cells, completed the replacement, cleared the codes and verified that the vehicle was now running properly. Chad clearly explained the work he completed, explained his warranty, explained the cost of additional battery cell repairs and charged exactly what was agreed to over the phone.My vehicle is performing perfectly so far after a month post repair. Only time will tell. I received exactly the agreed upon service and understood from the beginning that this is not a new battery replacement. I appreciate Chad and the service he provided and would not hesitate to use him again should the need arise. Thank you!

Oh my gosh!! I couldn t be more elated or willing to share a 5 Star review for Hybrid Battery Repair because my 2007 Toyota Camry is officially back in operation only after a couple of hours with Chad s magical touch and technical skills to fully charge life into my hybrid battery pack.Bless his heart - he even worked under abnormal and somewhat cruel working conditions (rain and freezing temperatures); yet never complained once while maintaining a steady work pace.I highly recommend and trust Hybrid Battery Repair (Chad). Not only is he knowledgeable in his field, he is well prepared with all necessary tools and Toyota technology in order to get the job done correctly. Plus, he s mobile and does the work at the location of the car! Can t beat that or his reasonable bounty charge!!Chad has saved me approximately $5k (a brand new hybrid battery and labor at the dealership). I cannot thank him enough. There s no doubt in my mind that he can do the same for other individuals with hybrid battery issues.Chad, sincere thanks and appreciation for your service to our country as well!!

The battery on my 2007 Prius died and World Toyota told me it would be $2600 to fix. Frustrated, I tried to find someone who could fix it for less. I found Chad Craig/Hybrid Battery Repair online and scheduled an appointment with him and I am so glad I did! The service is super easy-Chad comes right to your house and fixes your hybrid battery in your driveway. He was right on time, and an hour to an hour and a half later, my battery was fixed! My car drives great now and I can feel confident that it will continue to work with the warranty Chad offers. Highly recommend.

I was very impressed with his services. He came to my home to service my Prius and arrived on time. Because my husband could not take off, he took the time to explain everything he was doing before he did it and allowed me to take photos to show my husband. The best part was that he offered a warranty on his services. I highly recommend him to any woman who may feel uncomfortable about choosing a reliable battery technician.

Chad replaced a bad module in my 2007 Camry today and had the car running again in about 1.5 hours. He is professional and punctual and it is a much better experience than going to a dealership or a repair shop. Crossing my fingers that this repair lasts for an extended time. I would recommend this service if you are not up for a $4000+ new battery.

Chad is amazing! H e saved me so much money by repairing my 2007 Prius. he is mobile so he arrived at my house promptly with his equipment, and spent an hour repairing my car. If you own a Prius or Camry and you're having battery issues, call Chad he comes highly recommeded. He even offers you a warranty on his service.

I reached out to Chad after learning that my Prius's hybrid battery needed to be replaced. First, I called a couple of other hybrid mechanic shops and learned that they would charge me more than my car is worth to completely replace the entire battery pack. I asked if they do repairs and they tried to intimidate me into replacing the whole battery pack, which I knew I wasn't going to do. Then, after digging a little bit more online, I found reviews of Chad, which were almost entirely very positive. I called him, he responded immediately, and we set up a time for him to come to me to perform the repair.He came on time, quickly got to work, and clearly knew what he was doing very well. I was curious and hovered while he worked, occasionally asking questions. He was very professional and kind and didn't seem to mind me and my questions. He found one cell that was bad after carefully testing all 28. He replaced it, put everything back together, and then made sure the car was working fully. I found him to be very trustworthy and transparent. He did a good job from what I can tell so far--for a small fraction of what I would have paid someone else. And, he guarantees his work and will do any follow-on work that might be required years down the road for an even smaller flat fee. I would definitely recommend giving Chad a call long before you resort to paying $4000 to have a shop replace your entire battery.

Chad was really nice and professional. He was punctual and very cost efficient. Also, it didn t take him long at all. I would recommend him to anyone trying to save money on a Camry hybrid battery! You d save thousands of dollars :-)

This guy is AMAZING!!! Contact him first before going to anyone else. He is trustworthy, always on time, and probably has the best price and warranty in Georgia. He fixed a bad battery cell in my 2005 Prius back on April 16 for $599 and another bad cell on May 14 for free since its covered by his warranty. He also gave me advice on how to take care to my Prius. I wouldn't go to anyone else. If you call and he doesn't answer, then send a text. He doesn't answer his phone when he is driving.Service: Battery service

Chad was Phenomenal! Gives you first available appointment. Arrived to my Home on time. Easy to talk to while he does the repair. Explains everything along the way and the diagnostics of the battery on his laptop. Professional, Incredibly Affordable, and the Best Choice for Hybrid Battery Repair. Don't waste money on a new battery! The Warranty was just icing on the Cake! Don't bother to look elsewhere!

I recommend Chad and his service as a great alternative to the high prices of independent and Toyota Dealerships. Chad is transparent and informative about the work and ramifications, compared to replacing the entire Battery with a new one or refurbished. I will not hesitate to use Chad again!

Chad is a welcome change from the usual ripping that we get from the big shops and dealers when it comes to Hybrid cars. He is honest, transparent and most importantly a good problem solver interested in solving all things related to Hybrid batteries. I am a proud Prius 2004 owner still going strong around 170K miles. Last week, I got the dreaded P0A80 error code on the dash. Being a father to a 10-month-old and the fact that it is our only car, I did not have time to work on the car myself. Upon speaking with Chad, he showed up promptly early on a Saturday morning and took less than an hour to fix my car. Just got my pruis fixed by chad who was very professional and on time. I was ripped of a couple of weeks ago by another mechanic and chad helped me out in a jam. He was very informative and letting me know how my battery worked. He is a very nice and honest person and without him today i don't know what i would've done. Knowledgable, quick, and affordable. Chad is the man. Go to him if you want your car fixed. The dealership wanted $3k to fix my Prius! I found Mobile Hybrid Battery Repair on a Sunday afternoon and Chad came to me in less than 2 hours and my Prius was up and running less than an hour later! He was extremely professional and easy to work with. I recommend everyone I know with a hybrid to use Mobile Hybrid Battery Repair.

I thought this was a too good to be true company! After searching the internet and finding prices from 1500-3000+ i had resigned on junking car. But after some research on my end, i figured i would give it a shot and monitor what was going on to make sure i wasn't getting scammed! I pleased i took the chance. My daughter's 04 Prius is back on the road and i am totally confident that it is safe and road worthy. I highly recommend this service. Very fast and prompt service. Very pleased customer!

Our 2004 Prius was diagnosed with a failing hybrid battery. The estimate for a new battery was more than the car was worth. Enter Chad and Mobile Hybrid Battery Repair. He was able to repair our battery in our driveway in about an hour. Excellent service, great value, and quick repsonses. We are so glad to find someone able to repair our battery and get our Prius back on the road.

Even though it didn t turn out to be a hybrid battery problem, he is very knowledgeable and I now know what to do next. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING work ! Very trustworthy and kind gentleman. He came to my house diagnosed it was NOT my battery and gave me the solution. He could have EASILY said I needed a new battery and charged me. WHICH would have NOT fixed the problem. He was so honest and gave me the solution which IMMEDIATELY fixed my "Check HYBRID system " issue. He knows what he is doing !!!! I am forever grateful! It was my first time using Hybrid Battery Repair's service and so far...so good. I don't have any complaints as of yet. This is a great alternative to replacing a whole hybrid battery when only a few cells needed to be replaced at a much lower cost. I now have better mileage and the car runs smoothly. Chad did a great job on my prius! He showed up to two different locations I was at to replace the modules. He KEPT his WORD on the warranty and showing up! He explained what he was doing and showed me. Very friendly and kind.

I have a Toyota Prius with over 230,000 miles. My battery died suddenly I called Chad. He was very professional and affordable. He responded in a very timely matter and answered all my questions I had about hybrid batteries!
