Thank you Gunter Automotive! My car is running great!! I am so happy I found a car repair place that knows what they are doing. Michelle is extremely nice and explained what i needed very professional. I definitely recommend them and I will be going back whenever I need service again.

It can be a challenge finding a good auto repair place when moving to a new area, but Gunter Automotive is the best. The service is top-notch. Michelle is so personable and professional. I love that they explain everything to customers. I highly recommend this auto shop.

So happy with the service from Gunter Automotive. From the moment I first called to the time I picked up my car the team from Gunter was incredibly helpful and kind. I never felt like I was being rushed off the phone and they sent regular updates on status via text message so the entire process was super easy. Their pricing is also very transparent and fair. They go to extra mile to make sure the work is done right! Very excited to finally have found our go-to auto shop in the area!

I had such a pleasant experience - from scheduling my appointment with Michelle, to checking in and sitting in the waiting area. They recommended only what was needed and I felt such a huge difference driving my car home after my oil change, tire rotation and air cabin filter change. Thank you for taking great care of my vehicle. I will be back again!

Since we moved to Gwinnett County in 2016, we used a different car repair shop that was highly rated via Google and Yelp.The management changed there, and we have not been happy with that change at all.It prompted me to look elsewhere, after the owner/manager was such a jerk and failed to even to any detective work on why my car kept smelling like electrical wires burning.Well, Gunter received stellar reviews here and on Yelp, etc. so I decided to take my car there for a second opinion on the burning wire smell.Let me tell you, this is a well-managed, customer-focused auto repair shop. I liked it that it's managed by a woman, and she takes care of facing the public and doing intake on what's going on with your car.Michelle is fantastic, and I love an auto repair shop where I'm asked to actually write down what's going on with my car, in detail, to give to the mechanic working on my car.Gunter's mechanic, and Michelle (who knows her stuff about cars), took the time to look at most of the components of my car which might be making the burning electrical smell I keep experiencing.It turned out it was something remarkably simple to fix, at this point, and I was kept informed, via phone and text, of what the mechanic found or didn't find.Reasonable price for what needed to be replaced, and it was overall a wonderful experience. We will now be going to Gunter for the ongoing maintenance and repairs for our Hondas.Thank you, Michelle, and your team of mechanics.

Gunter Automative is trustworthy. I've been to many shady shops throughout my cars' lives, and I finally found a mechanic who knows their stuff and won't treat me like "sucker number 100". Integrity is priceless and so worth the wait. Do not settle for less.

Michelle at the front desk is VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE about cars and upkeep needs, AND repairs!!! She is also VERY PLEASANT & CARING!!!I've been coming here since moving from NJ in 2022, and have been pleased AND happy with Gunter's.

I am soooo happy to have found Gunter! Being family-owned is what made me try them out. I have taken my Jeep to several local dealerships and felt fleeced by the labor and part costs. The team and Gunter serviced my jeep in two days and the repair was just over $400. I was SO happy with their level of communication, 3-year part/labor warranty, and, of course, the PRICE! I will be back.

They repaired my vehicle in a very timely manner and did only what was necessary after running a complete diagnostic check of the engine. I was very pleased and will not only use them again, but will also recommend Gunter Automotive to any of my friends who are in need of auto repair.

We have trusted these folks for 5 years with our Avalanche. They helped us get it ready to two our new camper, rebuild the AC system, and chase down lots of codes. They do what they say, in the time promised at the price promised. They are easy to work with on everything we have asked. And they are just really nice folks. I always have a good exoerience. Everyone is so nice. The work was completed in the time frame they gave me. They patiently explained what the issues could be, and then called to let me know once they verified it. This company is the most honest, caring, friendly, auto mechanic shop I have ever been to. We were recommend to them from Brandt Auto brokers and Now I WANT TO RECOMMEND them to EVERYONE I CAN. I went in to get alignment and balance wheels car is driving excellent feels so much better on my he road and also they told me I should add more air to my tires because I had put bigger tires on my suv so I had to add more air so thanks for that and the good job you did!

Very professional shop. They completed the work on my car in the amount of time that they said it would take. And, the work was done to my satisfaction. The dealership quoted me a price. Gunter Automotive saved me $500.00!

I just moved to GA and My check engine light started flashing out of nowhere. I was so worried because I don t know anyone here and wasn t sure where to take my car. Michelle is so sweet and very informative. She kept in touch with me and the only time I had to go down to the actual shop was to pick up my car. The work was done fast and I love that you can pick up your car after hours with a lockbox which is so convenient. Dropped my car off and they inspected it, ordered the part and was ready the next day. Michelle continuously provided me with updates and I appreciate that so much. I will always be using Gunter Automotive for all my car repairs. Thank you, Michelle!

My truck was having pretty bad exhaust smoke coming out the muffler. The mechanics at Gunter Automotive did a thorough inspection of my vehicle to pinpointed what the issue was. I would recommend them to everybody. I really their hard work!

My check engine light was on. I knew I could not get an emissions test with it on and I could not get a tag. Although my car is older and probably not worth much to anyone else, I love my car and I am not ready to just give up on it. Gunter s Automotive found the problem and corrected it for a very reasonable price. They called me with the price before they fixed it, which was very nice. They repaired the car and I have not had any problems with it. All the people there were friendly and nice. Often, at other locations, I have felt targeted as a stupid female. I had nothing but respective service and I appreciate it. I will go back there when I need to and I will tell anyone about their competent service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was trying to find a new mechanic as I was not happy with my current one. No one referred me to Gunter I just saw their exceptional reviews from several different sites and decided to try them out. The staff is amazing, they were very professional and knowledgeable. The place was super clean and organized. They replaced my brake pads, resurfaced the rotors and put in a new cabin air filter. So far I am very happy with their work. Best of all their prices are extremely affordable! I would highly recommend this garage to anyone!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto brake repair

My check engine light came on and my car was making a terrible noise. I had my car towed to Gunter and the lovely receptionist calmed me down. the technician was up front the price was reasonable and everyone was professional courteous and polite. I will gladly use their services again and I have already told others about my experience. My 2nd experience was great as well I had my fuel pump replaced.Service: Auto engine diagnostic
