Best service ever. These guys will help you keep your car operating properly. I met Michael and Jered and they are amazing. I m visiting family here and boy what a gem of a service station. I wish we had them back home. I got an oil change and a couple of filters changed. It was an amazing experience. Really good people! Don t hesitate to go there and get your car serviced

What an unusually great experience for a mechanic shop! Coming from a lady like myself! There was luckily no line (around 4pm), so they got me right in. EVERYBODY was so warm and welcoming, efficient and helpful. My oil change was done in less than 20 minutes and the Assistant Manager, Justin, even showed me a cool trick to reset the oil meter on the dash! Have never had such a wonderful experience simply getting an oil change!! 10 out of 10! These guys are AWESOME!

I stopped by Grease Monkey of Lawrenceville today because one of my headlamps blew out, and I received a warning on my dashboard. Three wonderful guys, Zach, Alex, and Robert welcomed us in kindly. Zack and Alex took over and worked tirelessly until they were able to figure out which bulb needed replacing, and they replaced it for us in little time. They gave great customer service with a smile...I can always appreciate that! It'll keep me coming back. I've been coming to this location for oil changes and minor mechanical work on my vehicles for years, and I highly recommend them.

The guys were super helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciated them taking the time to actually do the inspection of my vehicle. I normally don't pay much attention and don't like being upsold, but when they pulled my moldy cabin air filter out I was shocked and could only respect their genuine efforts. Thanks again!

I was in search of a new place due to the last one my dad and I went to for years suddenly did credit card fraud on him. My friend recommended this place and I have nothing but great things to say about this place.Everyone was very attentive and kind. They told me of issues that needed to be fixed as I have a older car. They gave me a price point and also didn t pressure me into getting anything unnecessary done to my car.Also! If you go to their website there are coupons, they have a $12 off an oil change as well as 20% for women on the first Wednesday of every month!!

Ive gone here at least twice and the first two times were fine, after yesterday though everything went terrible. The staff was nice and all but somehow the person giving me the change messed up the cover of my engine and pulled it so hard that essential parts went missing and as soon as i left the shop my car was shaking violently and my engine light was blinking. I pulled it to a nearby mechanic and they told me that they could ve done a lot of damage to my car. Im really unhappy with this experience as it has cost me money and will unfortunately be not coming back.

This place had a turn over for the better! New manager new crew. They did the full service as expected they were quick but efficient and I got a free fuel injection fluid ( whatever it s called lol). I will definitely becoming back now that it s being managed properly! Thanks guys

Since they have come under new management this service station is remarkably better. I went here at 9 am on Friday morning and received the best service I have ever received from a service station.Jessica displayed wonderful customer service, is very polite, honest, funny, and extremely knowledgeable.Michael and Robbie both display expert technical knowledge and treated my vehicle with the care they would give their own. I am very pleased with the new standard and caliber of service here. No one forced or tried to push any additional maintenance or repair beyond what was asked. All suggestions were given with care and I was not made to rush into anything extra. A great job done by a great team of people.!

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a disheartening experience my family and I encountered at one of your service centers, located at 358 Grayson Hwy Lawrenceville, GA 30046, on December 15th, 2023, around 4:00 pm.On that day, we brought our Toyota Sienna Van in for an oil change and were recommended to replace the Engine Air Filter, which we declined verbally. After completing the service and making a payment of $131.57, we later discovered a charge of $30.99 for an "A6116 AIR FILTER" on our receipt. This charge was in direct contradiction to our explicit verbal decline of the recommended service.Feeling both disappointed and mistreated, we promptly returned to the service center five minutes later to address the issue. Unfortunately, we were informed that the store manager or the person responsible for refunds had already left for the day, and we were instructed to return the following day.On December 16th, 2023, at 9:00 am, we returned to the service center hoping for a resolution. However, we were once again met with disappointment as we were informed that the store closes all accounts each night, and we would need to address the issue with the corporate office. According to the representative, a check would be mailed to us, further inconveniencing my family.This entire process has been unacceptable and has left us feeling cheated, mistreated, and inconvenienced. We believe this incident reflects poorly on the integrity and professionalism of Grease Monkey. The unethical billing practices and lack of timely resolution have tarnished our perception of your company.I kindly request that you thoroughly investigate this matter by reviewing the merchant receipt and facility cameras, as both will clearly demonstrate our explicit decline of the recommended service. I urge you to take corrective action to rectify this situation promptly and prevent similar incidents in the future.The store has a new management team and The facility store manager did offer to fix the problem.Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I trust that you will uphold the standards of integrity and customer service that we expect from a reputable company like Grease Monkey.

I have been going to Grease Monkey for about 2 years. This is a superior Crew. Professional, highly competent and extremely efficient; Robbie, Sam, Arthur King, Robert, Jessica, KB, Micheal, and Zach are fabulous. Every time I visit this shop, I'm treated with excellence and my car is fixed quickly. This is absolutely a 5 Star Auto Shop. And they're so polite!!!! The Best. Robby is AWESOME! He took such good care of us as we waited for our oil change. He was thorough and made all necessary recommendations for the maintenance of our vehicle. His pricing was fair, and he granted our military discount. I really appreciate that we are able to return at any point to have our fluids topped off or checked for leaks at no additional charge. This was my first time visiting this location; and, no joke, I wasn't expecting to get what's probably the most thorough car inspection my car's ever gotten after what I thought would be just a simple oil change. After visiting several other facilities that offer similar services, this is the one location that probably gives the most attention to your car. I came with a better understanding of the issues related to my car after visiting Grease Monkey that I suspect other locations might have noticed but simply might have not cared to bring to my attention.If you're looking for great service from staff members that are better diagnosticians than other mainstream stores that offer similar services, Grease Monkey is one of your best options. I'm not sure what the previous management was like but the new one is leagues above other shops like this.

First off, I don t do google ratings.Had to make an exception for these guys.Most certainly 5 star service.Fast ,VERY thorough. Every employee was knowledgeable and informative.one employee even drove to a store to get the oil I required, and was back before the old oil finished draining.They didn t make it a problem and turn me away like another location did not 30 mins before. They simply took care of their customer.If you re nearby this location and need an oil change, these guys deserve your buisness.Services: Transmission, Oil change

The new crew at this location, Mr. A. King and his team are incredible. They took the time to complete the inspection of my lights, wipers, fluids, etc., and gave me feedback on what is needed for better care of my vehicle.
