First timer! Just moved to area and needed an oil change and they were amazing ! The techs were very friendly and informative, especially Madison ! Heads up if you've never been here, there are people in the floors! will for sure make this my go to maintenence when needed! Also they don't force a sticker on your car if you don't want it on the windshield, i personally love being able to stick it with all my other car information in the book!

Today I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They showed other things that would need to be done in the near future , but there was absolutely no pressure. The entire staff was very courteous and you could tell they enjoyed their job. Prices were extremely reasonable. I highly recommend this Grease Monkey for your automobile needs.

Second time I came in for a routine oil change and was recommended to replace air filter and suggested other services! !!I Went ahead and had it one of them done! Great service and communication throughout the visit!! Shall return again!!

Got my oil changed here and John was super helpful and informative. As a woman I don't know too much about cars and he educated me on when to bring my car in and how my oil sensor works, etc. I appreciate this information bc looks like I've been changing my oil too often but nobody telling me. It's a waste of money but apparently my $5k engine appreciates it. Then he showed me how garbage my windshield wipers were and they were torn apart. He helped replace them. Thanks John! Will definitely be back!

I went in for an oil change and came out with much more. The staff is very friendly and informative. This is my first time here and I plan on coming back every time. I especially want to highlight Madison Edgar and Johnathan Sproles. They help me fix a light problem that I have been dealing with for a year!

I can honestly say this was THE BEST experience ever going to get my oil changed. If you run into Dylan he's going to take great care of you. I got an oil changed, my lights checked, my filter changed and tires rotated in under 30 mins. I even got serenaded. I wish I got the other gentleman's name. They were the nicest guys. 5 stars aren't enough.

This location needs the owner or owners to come in and clean house. I needed an oil change on my company truck before a trip and the dealer couldn't get me in, so I went to this location which I used before on my wife's SUV, there is all new staff with the worst type of attitudes, the worst I have ever seen, they are miserable people. When I pulled up three of them were standing around kinda chatting with each other. Took ten minutes before anyone approached me only for him to yell for a young lady to come help me. She seemed very flustered and not sure of what to do, after guiding me in she said this is a fleet truck you need prior approval for a oil change, I asked her to explain what she was trying to say, because yes it is a truck owned by my company and I have a credit card with my name and the company's on it for the work to be paid for. She said you can prove the name on the card is you. I honestly didn't understand what her point was. I said to her I usually get work done at the dealership since it is fairly new under warranty, she rolled her eyes and one of the guys who was changing the oil on car next to me said get out of here I don't like your attitude, we don't need your business, at that point i was like these people do not know what they are doing, the girl yelled at the guy in the pit if he had started draining the oil and he replied laughing he didn't think so, to which i said did anyone loosen the oil drain plug or filter, the first guy laughed bowed and said maybe its a surprise. So now I will alter my travel plans and take to the dealership, if the filter or drain plug was loosened I will find who the owner is and let him know. I believe in helping neighborhood businesses, but this place is not doing the neighborhood any good.

Went in for oil change left with oil leak. The oil change was the only part of the service I paid for that I recieved they did not check anything else nor did they put air in my tires I did that the next morning. Been back 3 times to correct and given a different excuse every time as to what the last pit guy did. Drain plug cover ripped off of the bottom of car I just recently bought. Oil dripping from the plug. The manager zip tied the cover back on missing the cover lock and told me I would be good its just missing a screw. Came outside and checked a yesterday and there was no oil in my car so I had to to buy a quart to top it off. Long story short not going back there for service taking to dealership now to see why its leaking and to correct. Also have to buy the drain plug cover on my dime that they pulled off and destroyed told by manager he would reimburse me for the cost of the cover if the zip tie doesnt work for me. Now my whole belly cover is saturated in oil and you can smell it everytime I shut the car off. Pics provided just to show you I swear you cant make this up. Stay far away!!!!

Really cool manager!! Showed me coupons to use for my service, and explained everything to me! Im terrible with getting my car serviced but I finally found somewhere to go consistently for my car! :)

Workers were unprofessional with language and actions, and they tried to charge me more than what they quoted before I started my service. There was continuous hounding and pressuring to buy additional services totaling hundreds of dollars. The worker asked me to leave a good google review before I even had my car taken in. He rung me up at full price even though there was a discount, and he was reluctant to give me it when I brought up that I had a coupon. The service is unfortunate this time around, as it seems like they got new workers since I first visited.

My oil change today was so satisfactory and so fast and so pleasant that this is the only place I'm going to use from now on. The dealer never seemed interested in servicing my car even though I bought the car from them All they want to do is sell me another one

Professional, courteous and they gave me honest input with a great sense of humor to boot! My visit was longer than expected but only because they took extra care since I went over on my mileage.I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a timely and thorough service on their vehicle! My first time doing business with Grease Monkey. I had an oil change and replacement of two filters. Staff was exceptional, explaining the services needed, not needed, and projected in the future. Recently went into this local grease monkey location with little to no understanding to my situation. It's safe to say I left more informed and felt much safer on the road after my time with the crew. They were extremely honest, personable and even made me feel like family to a degree. They checked my prior history, diagnosed as a team and ensured I was comfortable before doing any major work. I am now back on the road for a very reasonable price! Thanks again yall and Merry Christmas to each and every one of you.

Melissa and her team are top notch. I have an issue with my car and Melissa told me to keep coming by weekly to let her look at it until I get it fixed. Every time I drop by she always has a smile on her face, checks my car out, and never makes me feel like it bothers her. This kind of service can t be beat. She s taking car or my car from oil change to oil change and in between.
