Dewayne and Caleb were very professional and courteous they pointed out that my dry plug isn t that fastening and should get that fixed before I should get an oil change. They did top of my fluids and I m very thankful to them. Awesome guys, I will definitely be back to get my oil change over here.Mohamed

I trust the service technicians. They make recommendations, but are not at all pushy if you decide to wait. Very friendly and fast. I was in and out quickly.

This place gives you the best service. Each time I ve been I ve never been unhappy. The workers are always so respectful and kind. I m glad they show their love towards their customers. They always double check their work to make sure it s done correctly. Highly recommend.

Love going there for oil and emissions. The gentleman I usually deal with,who I never catch his name is great! He's always honest never tries to up charge. Has great costumer service.

I got an oil change today at Grease Monkey. Their employes were great, almost military type. The oil change was quick. It also helps to be a repeat customer, because they have all my previous oil changes recorded on their computer. I will definitely go back again, well done oil change!

Great, attentive, quality service at this location. I always go here for my oil changes. They're so quick. Unfortunately I wanted to get my brakes done here but their lift has been broken for several months. (Need to repair the lift. Took off 1 star for that.)

Grease Monkey on Oak Rd in Lawrenceville is the best. Dewayne always makes sure my vehicle is well taken care of. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and has amazing customer service. I would recommend this particular location to anyone.

I used to go to the dealership where I was made to wait for HOURS and always recommended to spend thousands of dollars in repairs. At Grease Monkey on Oak Road, I do not have to wait and will receive honest recommendations by considerate and kind workers.

Took my daughter today for her first visit the place was very clean and the front desk receptionist was well spoken and seem to be friendly signed her in and sat down til she was called back took her back and the doctor was well spoken and explained everything to me very clearly and we are now looking forward to getting her braces done she very excited and ready for her next return visit to getting this job done me and my spouse was very pleased with this visit!! Thanks you guys

Service was fast. No wait. Filled fluids and did inspection on car. Dewayne is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and gave me recommendations on service for my vehicle. Would have gotten tires rotated and balanced but lift was not working. Maybe next time I go the lift will be working and I can get my tires rotated and balanced along with the oil change.Service: Oil change

UPDATE: still 5 stars. Keep coming back for amazing service.A great place for an oil change! I just found our new go to oil change place. Super kind, inviting, patient and quick. After giving our last go to place 3 tries to redeem the experience I decided I needed to go somewhere else and I am so glad to have found Grease Monkey. I know I can come here with any questions and the right kind of customer service. Thank you!

I must say today was the most blessed day for me in terms of getting work done on my vehicle. Today I met Dwayne and he showed me exactly what kindness means work ethic integrity and moral standards how a virtuous person can live and work in an area and change a person's life everyday not just by taking care of their vehicle but taking care of their heart., if only for the day. I value him his expertise his team the way he works with his team, and the way that he approaches customer service. I would encourage any person that I know to go there and be served in such a special manner. I can only pray that he continues to be a blessing in the lives of his customers as much as he was a blessing in it mine. Grease monkey would do well to move him forward and up within the corporation to teach how random acts of kindness can be beneficial to each of their locations, however I would be a Miss if I don't say I would be hurt and would terribly miss him here in this place and in that position because he does bring rays of sunlight into an ordinarily cloudy day. Much success to him and continue to grow within the company and for this location here in Lawrenceville on oak road 0
