I have been using Grease Monkey oil changing services for more than a year now. Each time they have been pleasant, professional and thorough. I believe my vehicle is being well taken care of. I will continue to use and refer them because of my experiences.

Brian was very congenial and professional during my oil change. Gave me sound advice of how to keep my vehicle running smooth and save money on costly repairs. He gave me a really good deal on labor to change my low beams. Thank you Brian for making this experience surprisingly stress-free.

Really nice people! I have a hard time finding places I can trust to take my car to, but this first impression they made definitely helps build that trust! Will definitely be back. Thanks to Paul, Derek and I believe Keith at least I think that s what his uniform says, and the dude underneath the car letting the oil out.

My experience was great & much faster than I expected. Derrick (sp?) let me know what my treatment of my car will lead to if I don t take my car s maintenance seriously. He was factual & professional yet didn t make me feel like he was talking down to me. I highly recommend & will be back!

I needed an oil change and never used a company outside of the dealership. I decided to give Grease Monkey a try since it was close to my office..to my suprise customer service was excellent. All of my fluids were topped off, with my oil change and I received a coupon to use immediately.Great job guys. Thank you for your service.

Derek was awesome! He knew exactly what I needed fixed from popping the hood and checking my engine; Derek was 100% on the money with the CarFax! Had to wait for someone before me and still finished in less than an hour! Great service and honesty!

Pulled up Crystal greeted me very friendly young lady. The techs Caleb Aaron and Cody were cool dudes who knew alot about preventative maintenance. Very fast friendly service. Great teamwork

I was pleasantly surprised with the service. It was the first time I went there for any service. I went there for oil change 1/22/2024. I met Brian, George and another person (Can't remember his name). Brian did my oil change and he was absolutely the best. From when I pulled up, Brian was friendly and treated me with such respect. Overall everything went very well. Grease Monkey is my go to place now for oil change.

I initially went to another location in Grayson but they were OUT OF OIL . luckily this location was fully stocked! I have used Grease Monkey for several years and this BY FAR is the best location I have ever visited! Mr. Brian and his crew were absolutely phenomenal, from customer service, vehicle service and even giving advice on future necessary maintenance! I will now be taking all of our vehicles to this location! If you re looking for great service all the way around, LOOK NO FURTHER!

It was wonderful those guys are so helpful and knowledgeable they check everything on your car and also inform you on the maintenance that is needed.. The mgr treats his team good and they all work together so your in and out fast with quality work

I have been a faithful customer at Grease Monkey in Lawrenceville for years, but I was not pleased with my experience this morning. The attendant (long gray beard) was gruff and unfriendly. He made me wait almost 5 minutes while he looked on his phone for a picture, just to rebuke me for attempting to drive my car into the oil change station. If you don't want people to drive in, all you have to do is put up the yellow chain when no one is present to guide drivers. That'll take care of the issue, not scolding customers. He needs to be trained to have more friendly and pleasant manners. The price also keeps going up. After today, I think I'll take my business elsewhere next time.

The guys here are top-notch. They work hard and charge a fair price for their service. You never have to worry about them overcharging you because they ensure you get the best parts they can give you that help keep your car going the way it s supposed. They are knowledgeable and are willing to go the extra mile to help you. Especial Derek, he s hilarious and enjoyable to talk to. Plus he works hard to get the job done, and I know I don t have to worry about my car cuz he ll take care of me. Like even now he s going the extra mile and staying over to get my brakes fixed up by himself cuz I ve been hearing a concerning noise coming from it. Grease monkey has it s reputation for a reason, and it s because of the quality service their guys give.Service: Brakes

It was a really great experience at this location. My brakes were making squealing noises and Brian was the one who took care of them and was very helpful in explaining the issue to me and replaced the brake pads for me. I also got an oil change earlier in the day and everyone was very helpful and accommodating.

This was my first time going here and I must say I will be going back! The guys there were super kind And the service was so fast! I would usually take my car to the dealer and I would wait for over 2 hrs! I was in and out in less than 30 mins!

Waited an hour and a half for an oil change. The crew was busy and the folks were polite but it looked like they did not have enough people. Oil change was $80 after discount for synthetic oil.

Derek was fantastic! The service was fast. He explained what I need for the longevity of my car, but also explained an appropriate timeline to work with my budget. I did not feel like a stupid old lady being sold extras. He was kind and well-educated about his job and auto information. I needed a tag light and they did explain for the effort reaching the light, I was better off to do both or later be charged more by someone else, plus an expensive ticket! This is my new oil and car work place for sure!
