It's about time for a welk earned review. These guys have worked on several of my families vehicles throughout the years. In fact I had a Chrysler that kept blowing fuses and they were always honest and didn't add unneeded parts to the bill, no charge and pick up. Well I had some unexpected brake problems with my new Impala and was terrified not see what the dealership would cost me. So Eldin told me to drop it off, as well as mentioning a finance program they use so I could get both front and rear brakes done plus a new tire. Jose is also awesome he has tightened battery cables for me and sent me on my way no charge in the past. They have earned my trust and are a pleasure to deal with. Thanks

Eldin and Jose were great! Its great to see good customer service still exists and even better to experience it. I called to see how busy they were and Eden was very pleasant despite it being 7 in the morning. Jose assisted me and took care of me upon arrival. They took care of everyone in the shop at the time. I will definitely come back if Im in town and need an oil change.

My husband and I have been taking our vehicles here for around 2 years for regular service and repairs. My car broke down today and the team at Goodyear had me back on the road within 5 hours. They are always very thorough and helpful.

Great first time experience, customer service was good and not rude and grumpy like most automotive repair shops... Techs actually do good work rather than just do what you pay for, They make sure that you actually need it. Great first experience.

I had stopped because my tire was flat and he made sure I did not leave until I knew everything that was wrong great customer service gave me and my brother suggestion about our car a great helping hand he needs a raise for sure lol He was great super nice person !! Great experience

I ve been bringing my car to this shop for the past four years since we moved to the area and they have always been on point, kind and professional. The manager is always very friendly and knowledgeable and I appreciate his professionalism. If you re looking for a local auto shop, this is the one!

Jose and Eldin helped me out extremely quickly with a punctured tire, I was in and out within 20 minutes and had fantastic customer service, will definitely be coming back

My favorite Car repair shop to go to!Eldin the General Manager is Amazing!He knows a lot about any type of car or truck and he explains and show you what needs to be done to your vehicle and tells you about maintenance on your vehicle too!Me and my husband and son been going here for years and we wouldn t go anywhere else to take our vehicles!I highly recommend and Jose is Amazing too and he explains everything to you too and the mechanics are good!!Thank you!!

I was having the worst day possible because my car broke down, and I came to this Goodyear to get it looked at. Eldin, the general manager at the spot, helped me from start to finish. He was super compassionate to every customer that came in while I was waiting on my car. In addition, he was incredibly professional and knowledgeable about what was wrong with my car. He is a huge asset to Goodyear, and I will be referring all my people to this location.

I ve been here a few times not only for an oil change but also for tire repair (twice) and the service is always great! They re always friendly, fast, and professional. Prior to coming here for my car services, the other places I got my car serviced had rude people working in the front office and would explain things in a condescending manner (I know my basics about cars but still have questions) hated that.Customer service is big and they provide excellent customer service!!!

Good, quick service!Manager was very informative and helpful, not just for me, but for all the customers who came in (most of whom were repeat customers).Would have given 5-Stars, but I wasn t sure if I really had the appointment I requested because it says someone will contact you to confirm, and I scheduled Sunday night for Monday morning, so there was no way for them to confirm .

Best customer service I ve experienced since moving to Georgia over 12 years ago. Honest and down to earth workers. Manager Eldin is top notch, dedicated, takes care of his customers, great person and manager. Been doing alignment and tires here for 3+ years.

I have been coming to this place for at least 10 yrs. to service my infinity the service is outstanding. Their prices are pretty reasonable, the turn around wait time is fair and they have my 100 % trust. Always done right.I would recommend them to anybody. I've had my car for two weeks since Mr.Eldin fixed my car. My car has been running AWESOME. This was my first encounter meeting Mr.Eldin. I was referred to him by a friend. The day I called & spoke with him he told me to bring my car & he would take a look at it. He kept my car for only a day & not only did he fix my problem but he also fixed my water pump. He explained everything to me in good details where I was not confused. He called me the next morning my car was ready & most of ALL he gave me a fire discount price & I didn't even ask for it. Mr. Eldin was very reasonable & helpful. I wanted to let him know that he is my new mechanic & I truly appreciate everything. See you guys soon!

Eldon is such a nice man, he runs the front office. I took my sons car there for new rotors, pads for the front area, and the price was excellent. Had the job done in one day on a Saturday. Didn t know if I needed the back brakes done, and Eldon advise me to wait til after over 3,000 miles, then have it done. Appreciated his honesty and not just wanting more money. Am very pleased with the service and the people are really nice there.Add on: had to go go back a few times to get problems with the car done, had warranties and they honor them nicely without a problem, they are ver accommodating and not just Eldon, also Jose, and Josh are new and very nice. They all took care of us and the car is running great. We appreciate them and will continue to do business with them. It s a well run company and these guys are honest with us and do not argue, or make excuses, they have knowledge on auto problems. Feel secure with them. Thank you all.

Wonderful. They are always very helpful. I received two new tires and the next day the censor wouldn't go away. I went in for them to check tire pressure. They checked, I left and the sensor was still on. Went back, 3rd time...he showed me how to change it on my console. Wow.

Thank you so much to Eldin and the team!!! I really appreciate the professionalism and customer service. My car was shaking and I didn t know why. Within the minutes the guys diagnosed my problem and gave me a logical price. They always go above and being and being a single mom I am forever grateful. I will always come here <3

Great experience at this Good Year location. Manager Eldin was super helpful, friendly, and most importantly knowledgeable about products and services. If you are looking for quality service please do yourself the favor by going to the Good year location in Lawrenceville. Exceptional service and efficiency. Thank you again for all your help.

I had a great experience today. As a woman (at least for me) going to any mechanic I worry that they are going to try to take advantage and tell me I need things that I don't. That didn't happen here so now they have a loyal customer! Their prices are also pretty fair. The man that helped me was very kind and professional. I wish I caught his name so I could give him a shout out!

This location is phenomenal. The first time I went to them, my tire pressure light came on and I happened to be in the area of this Goodyear. The team not only looked at all my tires, but they filled them all up with air, and patched one up for free within 30 minutes. The second time I went to them, my check engine light was on and my AC was out. I came in around 3pm that day, but explained to them they didn't have to get it back to me same day if they didn't have the availability. Collin (I think that was his name) was extremely kind and genuine. I got my car back that same day and the price wasn't too bad! Other places would talk down to me if I didn't understand something, but Eldin and his team are very respectful and comfortable to talk to! Most definitely will be a life long customer!

We've been to this shop quite a few times for both my car and my Fianc�'s for repairs. Each visit was pleasant and they really push in taking care of their customers and helping in any way, the cost of repairs. We just found our new mechanic shop that we both trust. Took us quite a few years!

Hands-down the best service repair experience that I have ever had in my entire life. Eldin is a phenomenal representation of what a leader is and also what a true man that cares about his customers is. Not only did he take care of the issues that was presented with my vehicle, he gave me a very well in-depth review of what needed to be done and assured me that I was going to be taken care of without breaking the bank. Truly a blessing to have someone like him work for a company like Goodyear. I wish all mechanics and service repair shops modeled runs their company after Eldin. His team is also very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job with my car. The service here was so great that I would come over here just to hang out and talk and be around this kind of energy that this team embodies, without having any work done to my car. Thank you so much for making my day better.

100% recommend coming to this location. The GM Eldin made sure I was taken care of promptly. He was genuine in his service by making sure all my needs were taken care of. He even took care of something that I briefly mentioned regarding my vehicles mileage display which was not the reason why I was there. Great guy! Thanks Eldin

Mr. Eldin Nukic has provided customer service and customer satisfaction like never before. Being retired military and having lived all over the world, it's great seeing this type of old school connection with his employees and customers. I will definitely spread the word and will be a new customer for life. Great connection with all customers in the waiting room. Thank you, CLIFFORD HANEY, RET, USN.
