I've been a customer for years now and always satisfied with the service. Mike at Global Auto is fantastic. He is open and fair on pricing as well as quick with repairs. He provides timely updates on receiving parts and will recommend repairs that need immediate attention and others that can wait to help you budget repair costs. I highly recommend Global Auto.

The best automotive shop I have ever been too. I do not stay locally but this shop will have my business whenever I am around the area and full recommendation for anyone needing car help. Professional, honest, helpful, fair and informative. No one wants something to be wrong with their vehicle but Michael and his crew have really made the inconvenience tolerable with their fantastic customer service. Thank you for everything.

We are very happy with this place. My husband found this place because they did repairs using my husband's car warranty. We had brought it in for multiple problems and each time he fixed it. There were many times that my husband brought it in and he took a look at it for no charge and fixed certain little things that didn't take very long. Most places will charge you for that.... I have also brought my Honda in a few times as it's a 2006 and needed the air conditioning replaced. Every single time he took my car right away with no issue and even offered a loaner which I did not need at the time but is very helpful. Most places will make you wait or say they can't see you until the week after. But he took me right away as it was hot and I have a baby that I have to take from place to place.... Then my husband's engine was going out and I feel like he went the extra mile to work with my husband's warranty insurance coverage and get it replaced. I feel like he worked very hard with the insurance warranty company even though they didn't want to replace it for some reason.... My husband and him worked very closely and it was approvedIn my opinion he is very great and honest and we will continue to bring our cars here! We are very happy with the services that are provided

Michael has been absolutely incredible. I've never met a more honest mechanic. I initially took an Infiniti in for a pre-purchase inspection and he was extremely thorough with everything, including pictures and written descriptions of the issues the car had. He steered me away from making a bad purchase and gave me great advice and recommendations for other vehicles.He genuinely cares about his customers and will go the extra mile to ensure they're taken care of. I would highly recommend Global Auto Solutions to anyone that is in need of car assistance, repairs, or inspections. I live about 30 minutes away but will only go to him if I have any issues. I walked in not knowing anything about Global Auto Solutions but left a customer for as long as I live in Georgia.Service: Vehicle Inspection

This is the second time I've used Global Auto Solutions for a vehicle repair and both times I've experienced outstanding service. This morning I brought in my car that developed an odd engine oil leak that I couldn't locate in the middle of the engine bay somewhere. I was fearful it could be a major gasket issue. James took my keys at 8am and promised to get back to me asap. He called me 3 hours later and informed me it was an oil filter gasket malfunction. He charged me for the oil change and filter replacement and that was all! Global Auto Solutions will be my go-to mechanic from here on. They are honest, fast, accurate and affordable. This is the best auto repair shop I ve ever been to. It s hard to trust anyone else to repair my vehicle after my experience at Global Auto Solutions. Mike and James are honest, prompt, and dependable. I had a lot of repairs that needed to be done on my 2013 Dodge Dart and they consulted me on how to prioritize my repairs, all while staying cost efficient and taking my financial situation into consideration. Within a couple months my car was driving like new thanks to those guys. If you having car troubles, I highly recommend them.

My experience at Global Auto Solutions really exceeded my expectations. Much of my auto care needs are covered under my warranty but it is such a relief to have a trusted shop to take my Range Rover Sports for anything that falls outside of the warranty. I actually found him because my wife's RR Sport is no longer under warranty and I am so glad I did. I can't stress the word "trustworthy" enough. We have all been there before when going in for auto repairs. You are always scared you will pay too much and for services you don't need. They always provide an honest assessment on what needs to be done and recommendations for what can be done but with time frames for when that repair is necessary. Never "salesly", just honest advise. Best of all, every service I have ever had done has been completed the same day. They always provide realistic time frames of when I can pick my car up and they have never been late in doing so. I have referred many of my employees to Global Auto Solutions and I am honestly surprised at the full range of services they provide. If you are in the area, certainly its a great place to take your care for a wide range of services but honestly, I think its worth the drive even if you aren't.

I've dealt with several different mechanics throughout my years of driving and having a car and they are the most best professional nice group of mechanics. They keep you up to date on everything that is going on with your car. they do the best to help you get everything handled with your insurance so you don't have to make several calls back and forth. what made me know I picked the right people to do the job is when I left my car so they could look at it and tell me what was wrong they called me at work and when I explained to them I couldn't really talk because I'm at work he said " Don't worry about anything we'll do our job, while you get back to yours" and that made me feel really secure they called me back with a great place to book a rental from and everything. they got my car fixed in less than 3 days and my car is running smoothly like brand new. they replaced my wheel bearings and did a alignment.Micheal and James are the best. I am a female and James even let me know that if I have any car problems in the future I can give him a call and he will give me advice first before I bring it any where else and get ripped off. For all my future mechanical problems I will definitely bring my car back to these guys and ive been recommending them to all my coworkers the hospitality is great here and once again James and Micheal are great helps.Service: Wheel alignment

This would be my 2nd auto repair with global auto solutions...I don't usually write reviews...bad on my part...but this time was the exception. On this particular day I was stuck in a kroger parking lot for about 1 1/2 hours.My car wouldn't turn over at all although I had lights and horn and windows work ..it was super hot. Finally I got her to start up. As I'm driving I call Global and Michael answered and really calm me down and told me to head on over...when I arrived there he was super kind...and set up everything with my Maxx care warranty..he even offer and did give me a ride home...the next day when my auto work was completed he came to pick me up to get my car... good service is sooo rare now a days..I appreciate you Mr. Michael and will be a customer for life... thank you always...

Global Auto Solutions (AKA Meineke) uses used/fake parts, has horrible customer service, and "repairs" their customers' cars with dishonest methods, taking advantage of their customers. I am one such customer. I've been taking my luxury SUV there for years for oil changes, wheel alignments, etc. I've gotten my brake pads replaced there, also. Well, in August 2021, I needed to do an oil change, so I called and asked if they could get me in that day. They said they would be able to and that they'd call me back. They never did. I was in a hurry because I was going out of town that week, so I decided to have my SUV serviced elsewhere. To my surprise, I was able to walk in to Suwanee Service Station, and they took my car in within minutes (unlike Global AS). Shortly after they took my car in, the mechanic came in to talk to me. He said there's a part there that he's never seen before. He didn't want to mess with it in case it caused any issues and I'd have to leave the car overnight. He invited me back to the service area to actually show me what he was talking about (also unlike Global AS). The next day, I went to Global AS to tell them what I had learned and to replace the correct part. The manager was extremely rude and condescending. He ignored my concerns and nonchalantly said, "Oh, we can take it out. We have the tools. We'll do the oil change." Regretfully, I said okay, and they did the oil change. Fast forward to January 31, 2022. Yesterday, I took my SUV to Express Oil Change in Duluth, who were PHENOMENAL. They were able to perform the oil change and show me the part that Suwanee Service Station was reluctant to work on and that Global AS were supposed to replace. The mechanic showed me the difference between that part and a new one. The part that was in my car were two separate pieces, not one whole piece. It almost looked handmade. The part was also busted because, apparently, the previous place to do the oil change overtightened this part, a steel bolt, which goes into an aluminum oil pan. As a result, the inner threads on the oil pan have been damaged so that, the next time I get an oil change done, they won't be able to screw the bolt back in. They informed me that I would need to replace the oil pan by my next oil change, which can run anywhere from $535 to $1,980. (Also, the air filter that they took out and showed me was gray and filthy, which shouldn't be if Global AS replaced it back in August as they should have).I trusted Global AS to do their job with honesty and integrity, even though they never gave me paperwork for the work they did, which is my fault for not asking for it. Nevertheless, they should not be taking advantage of their customers. Do NOT take your vehicle to be serviced here. Both the manager and the owner are not to be trusted. They both are rude and unprofessional, telling me that Global AS is "losing money by doing oil changes, when they're busy working on Porsches and Audis. Doing the oil change was a favor." I drive a luxury SUV myself, but I guess that's a waste of time for them. You have lost a loyal customer for good. I hope my review prevents others from wasting their time and money at Global AS and potentially costing them thousands of dollars in repairs.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

Having lived in the area for over 7 years, it s great to have a trust worthy car repair shop within walking distance. We have been taking our cars to Global Auto Solutions throughout the years, and the staff has always gone above and beyond to meet our needs and also to explain thoroughly the issues and best route of repair while taking into consideration cost. Mike provides excellent customer service with integrity and honesty. Highly recommend the shop!!

I have been a loyal customer to this place for 6 years now. They always beat the price by huge margin compared to the dealer and do a great job. I had a problem with the fuel indicator and got it fixed here for less than half the price the dealer quoted. They are good in telling you what your car needs at what time. l suggest you guys try them at least once and compare how much you will save compared to the dealers.

My car started misfiring late on Christmas. I called Global first thing on 12/26. He had several people already but promised to try to squeeze me in. James told me exactly how the warranty process would work, got all the information needed, and took care of the entire process including rental authorization. This is great service and not to mention my 328i was driving better than before. Car broke down on Xmas and running like new before New Years Eve. Will be using these guys in the future.

Global has been our go to mechanic for years but we haven t been in a while. We took my car in around 11 am with no appointment and spoke with James. We told him we really needed it back today. He called by 1 with the diagnosis and my car was ready to be picked up before closing! Always top notch service!

It was nobody but GOD that led me to this place. Michael is not only reliable and precise but, he is very genuine, truthful, fair, and he cares about what concerns you. James at Global Auto Solutions has great customer service skills. He made sure that I knew every detail before I got off the phone with him. My Honda CRV was having A/C issues. The Mechanics found the problem and fixed it with no issues. They were determined to make sure that they checked every little thing, so I would not have to come back for the same problem. Michael and his staff are extremely professional and are true masters of their craft. I meet with small business owners every day for work and I can see that Michael is one those rare finds these days that still offers superior customer service. while waiting in the lobby I saw several client interactions in which he treated the customer like family and even drove a nice couple a good distance so they wouldn't have to wait at the shop. as a female I trust global auto solutions with my vehicle and drive from Suwanee to do so. highly recommended!

Took my vehicle here, it was misfiring and also had some check engine codes.Not only did they give me a ride back to my house ( Which nobody ever offers anymore anywhere else it seems) they performed the diagnostic and did the repair and had my vehicle back to me within 24 hours. Amazing job would definitely recommend this business. They were honest and communicative with me the throughout the whole process.

This place was supposed to replace my motor after Valvoline ruined my engine with a poorly executed oil change. Global Auto Solutions Never once contacted me to update me that my vehicle was ready for pick up. I showed up at 1030am on a Saturday which according to they hours of operation is during open hours. No one is at the location. I call the number associated with this location and an automated answering service says they are helping another client. I can see straight through the windows. Nobody's is inside to help anyone. I am beyond fed up. This place its terrible with professionalism and at this point I'm afraid to retrieve my vehicle in fear that the job may have been conducted as unprofessional as everything else. If I could 0 star this place I definitely would.Service: Engine repair

My family and I have been utilizing Michael's shop for years. We've had a number of vehicles (old and new) serviced and or repaired there. He has went out of his way to ensure that we aren't needlessly getting work done on numerous occasions. Find any local dealership's service department that you can say that about...good luck. The one place that I've found that integrity still matters.

Bought my car in to have the Xenon headlight repaired and Michael diagnosed the problem and went the extra mile. He told me that the issue was somebody tried to fix it and actually caused more damage to it. He knew that it was me but but didn t mention it. Super friendly and helpful, but the prices are absolutely ridiculous! I was quoted over $600 to install some lowering springs (couple hours with all the tools) and an alignment! I was told it would take over 6 hours to get it all done!? Anyone who is in the car community knows that 6 hours to install some lowering springs is absurd! Even with little to no experience this job should take no more than 2.5 to 3 hours TOPS. This is why people are so afraid to go to mechanics cause they are just out to screw you! I ll be installing them myself and it ll take me less than 6 hours in my driveway with a ghetto jack and hand tools...avoid this shop unless you don t care about overpaying for simple installations.

Not only do I use Global Auto, but so does my son and an employee of mine. Michael is a pleasure and his knowledge is exceptional. It is hard to find such an honest mechanic and the price is well worth the level of service.

I highly recommend this company for all of your car needs!! The customer service is outstanding, certified technicians made sure the job was done correctly. I came in on Saturday dropped my car off and picked it up on Monday by choice. Ask for Mike!!

I've been going here since 1997. Global has serviced all the different vehicles I've owned. Their pricing is fair, their service is excellent, and if I've had a issue with their repair(s), they made it right. Global is knowledgeable, friendly and fast!

I paid $2585 for Mike and the guys at Global Auto to fix my transfer case (the part that makes a truck 4x4). The repair took a while due to some shipping issues which isn't their fault, when I received my vehicle a month later, it still wasn't fixed!! I was told that there would be a $200 charge to replace a $30 switch. I was told this was a problem from the original issue.If anything had shorted out during the original issue there would have been other symptoms (like the radio being reset, and the clock being wrong etc). When they let me drive the truck for a week these symptoms were not present, but now that they had my truck for another week the radio is on a random AM station and the clock is off by 20 minutes. Meaning that the second time they attempted to fix the truck, they didn't disconnect the battery terminal and shorted something out.
